Great place to stay within walking distance of downtown Nashville. Clean, quiet building, comfortable beds, spacious living area, kitchen, and refrigerator, as well as convenient parking. Appeared to be a safe area day and night. The only thing we heard was construction work being done near the building with outside noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Highly recommend. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, a spacious refrigerator and freezer in the nice size kitchen. 3 beds/2baths. Perfect for the 4 of us, our food and drinks. Parking across the street and 4-6 blocks to restaurants and Broadway. Communication by text was excellent with answers to all of our questions!

Kasa was the best place I have stayed in a while. It was basically an apartment to yourself in the heart of Nashville. There is no staff but the check in and check out process was extremely easy. Would totally stay here again!

Lovely apartment right off Broadway Likes: This is a beautiful property in a very good location only about a five minute walk off Broadway. It’s a large apartment with a well decorated living room and kitchen and the bed is very comfortable. Dislikes: As we were paying the same rate as staying in a hotel, it would’ve been nice to have had towels replaced as we stayed there five days. There is a washer dryer combination in the suite, but we didn’t feel like we should run the washer for just a couple towels. As well, replenishing the coffee on a longer day would be appreciated as well. We did ask for more coffee and they delivered it quickly to the suite.

We had an amazing stay. We had the 3 bedroom unit. Tall ceilings, New York loft type appeal and design. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed / mattresses and pillows were top quality. A quick 10 min. walk to Broadway was a must have. We won’t stay any else, going forward. 10 / 10 ⭐️

Kasa Capital Hill is a Great Place to Stay! Everything was sent prior to getting there making it easy for us to get to our room with a midnight arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

PERFECT Nashville Stay The property is in the perfect location. Very easy to get to, easy parking, and easily walkable to the Ryman and other popular spots. The room was large, clean, and had all of the amenities. LOVED staying here and would love to return.

This was a close proximity to where we were attending a conference which was great. Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue that required us to not get the accommodations that we had booked at with a small 10 percent refund. We were offered a blow up mattress. For four adults. There was no help find other accommodations as we were in the air flying to the location when this happened. We did solve our own problem with the accommodations but help with finding a solution would have went a long way for us to consider using Kasa in the future.

$1000 charges for stains we did not make The unit was alright, but they charged us a $1000 fine for stains on the mattress that was definitely were not made by us. In the pictures they shared they clearly to have completley dried out wert stains, if those were made by us they would not have dried out within a day, and we only stayed there for a night. Also we asked them to show us the pictures of the sheets with the same stains and they stated claiming we might have removed the sheets and made the stains. They did not at least assure us that they will investigate. Very untrustworthy. Unfortunately, Hotels.com was not able to help either.

Routine upkeep was questionable as living room rug was all stained which looked to be urine stains. Poop was outside a couple doors. After making aware they still didn’t resolve.

Excellent! We had a blast! Likes: Location was great! About a 5 minute walk to Broadway. Easy access. Bonus that you can store your luggage before and after check-in. The apartment was very spacious, clean and was definitely above our expectations. Dislikes: The water pressure in the shower was not great at all. Difficult for us girls to wash our hair.

A great find! This place was absolutely perfect in every way! We rented the studio apartment and it was everything we needed and more. The place is incredibly spacious, the bed was super comfortable as was the couch (which also was a pullout so could have slept 4 if needed). It was very clesn, fully stocked, and conveniently located to all the downtown Nashville fun with just a short walk. They communicate everything you need to know very clearly and timely. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

Stayed here for a girls’ night with a bestie and it was perfect! We saw a musical and had an incredible dinner….all less than a 10 minute walk away. And we loved this perfect studio. If I come back to Nashville this will be my first choice place to stay! Very affordable too. Don’t change a thing!

Pleasantly surprised with our stay. Very cute building with secure entry. Parking the first time took some choreography- you have to park curbside and run into the building, find your room, then retrieve your parking pass, THEN repark in the garage across the street. Once we navigated that, we were impressed with the rest of our stay. Building has a ton of character and the way it’s set up, we rarely saw or heard anyone else. A nice little walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. It was comfortable, clean and our kitchenette was well stocked. We would definitely choose and recommend this place over a traditional hotel!

Staying at the Kasa Capitol Hill was a fantastic experience. The location cannot be beat, so close to Broadway. Getting into the building, the condo and navigating the parking across the street was clearly explained and a breeze. The condo itself was perfectly clean, well lit, and the linens on the beds were luxurious. When we come here again, we will be sure to stay here.

It was a nice room, but it took us overnight to get internet service. The room was clean and fairly close to places to eat. Closest parking was across the street at another hotel so we had to get the parking pass first at Kasa before we could go park. It’s a nice neighborhood.
