Great place at a great value. It was nice to have a full apartment with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms as opposed to booking two hotel rooms for much more money. Great location. However the need to be a little more clear on the check in procedure. If they would have simply stated in the check-in instructions that the entrance is on 7th Street (this seems to be a private apartment building with no signage at the entrance) and that our parking was right across the street, it would have made our arrival go a little more smoothly.

Location was perfect, two and a half blocks from Broadway. Lots of places to eat and visit. Everything was very walkable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. This place works if you’re going to be busy enjoying Nashville and you’re not worried about having access to a pool.

Got foot punctured by a nail while walking barefoot in the unit. Multiple hairs were found on the bedsheets in two separate bedrooms. One bedroom emitted an unpleasant odor from the bedding. The air conditioning unit produced excessive noise throughout the night, rendering it impossible to operate while sleeping.

Loved the photos but this place is a party place. The room design is not like the photos the rooms are dark and all the view is of a parking garage it’s awful. I got 3 noise complaints before 10 pm on the day of the masters they said my room hit a certain number of “decibels” I think the have recorders in their units . I saw the other bad reviews. I mean this place is nice but they went cheap on electrical the fan goes on all night and they say it’s because of humidity- dude no one is in the bathroom bro - but then the front door opens and closes by itself and all the lights flicker and the second elevator doesn’t work. Cheap ! Don’t stay here.

The place is not the same as the pictures. It seems like they took the best looking apartment in the building and use that for all bookings, even though the apartment layouts are very different. For the amount of money, I expected the large size they advertise in the pictures.

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville very much. I was hesitant as the agents and front desk were all virtual but they communicate quick and thoroughly including pictures with check in instructions. Beautiful room and very comfortable along with the lobby/entryway. We stayed one night but could definitely see ourselves staying for a more extended amount of time. Hidden gem for sure, great price.

What a great find when we needed it! We needed a place to stay in Nashville since the room block for our event was closed. The team said this was better than staying at the hotel since it was close by, quiet, and very comfortable. For our company, it provided great savings. We would definitely use a Kasa property again if one is available for our next trip.

Another great stay with Kasa, consistently impressed. I came to Nashville for a short business trip. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, which made working from home easy and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, a charming lobby and was located just steps away from great restaurants and bars. Everything was smooth and convenient. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in town.

Kasa Nashville was the easily walkable distance from the Broadway nightlife. There was some slight road noise but they already had a sound machine and ear plugs in each room which was a nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and place was clean. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday, and the host went above and beyond to celebrate us. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again when we go back to Nashville. Caution that the noise detector is actually monitored and we got warned about noise once for singing Happy Birthday too loudly. Overall still a 10/10 stay. Thank you Kasa for making our first Nashville experience fabulous.

Likes: Check in was easy, the lockers for luggage storage made the arrival process very convenient, the room was spacious and clean, and the facility was located in a great spot close to downtown! Dislikes: The floors are unleveled, and I wish there was some type of shelving in the master bathroom shower to store products. Other than that, this facility was excellent!
