Dislikes: I rented a Kasa apartment in Nashville to celebrate my birthday with friends. The listing showed a bright, well-lit space with large windows — but when I arrived, I found the apartment was actually in the basement, with windows at sidewalk level facing a garbage bin. I had to keep the blinds closed the entire time just to have a shred of privacy. There was no natural light, and the space felt nothing like what was advertised.
I paid over $2,400 for a 4-night stay, and when I called to ask for a room above ground, they offered me a $65 refund — which honestly felt insulting.
This was a huge disappointment, especially for a special occasion. I won’t be booking with Kasa again.
