Excellent location in Downtown, walkable to main attractions, and had all facilities - extremely responsive.

Great location! Only two blocks from everywhere we needed to go. With great accommodations and responses to our needs!

We had a great stay at Kasa - helpful instructions, spacious place and extremely comfortable bed/linen! Was super easy to walk to Broadway and enjoy the attractions.

the lodging was okay. where you turn on the shower is not connected to the wall. And I really did not like the parking situation, there should be a better solution to get into the parking garage. Maybe be able to scan something to get in instead of waiting on an attendant to answer

Nice place and in a great location. Short walk to broadway and printers alley. Would 100% stay here again.

Was a great location and smooth check in

The hallways have motion sensor lights that flicker. Its kinda had a "The Shining" vibe. I stayed in a ground floor unit and my a few of the illuminated parquet floors were lifted and need to be adjusted or replaced. Overall, a very nice place and I will definitely stay there agian.

Nice apartment like in a building building, Super quiet , Great location Walk to everything Could use: More towels Sofa bed couldn’t be set up but comfortable enough to sleep ( for a 5-11” person) Could use one of those squeegee things to clean the shower door glass …for sure Also a can of deodorizer would be helpful

Unit was clean, quiet, and as described. Building and lobby were beautiful. Great restaurants and sights were easily walkable. Communication was easy and quick.

We loved our stay at Kasa. Everything we needed and the host was always quick to respond. Quiet area, but close to downtown. Our place had a great amount of room for all of us. We will be back!

The apartment was walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium so it was perfect for everything we were doing. Comfortable beds and good kitchen also.

We had a fantastic stay and experience! I appreciated the responsive communication - from booking throughout the stay. The spaces were warm and inviting. The location worked well for us and allowed us access to things to do with a quieter space to relax and unwind at the end of our long days.

Nashville Great location! Room was just a described and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Directions for checking in and out were simple. Access to the room was very easy. Would definitely stay again. Parking was available in a garage across the street.

A great apartment in an area close to all Nashville has to offer. If, like myself, you have mobility problems, being on the north side was challenging because of the hills. Uber/Lyft were reasonably priced to get back and forth. I found any issues were dealt with promptly. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in re booking in the future.

A beautiful property with a very accommodating, LARGE room (suite) at a reasonable price. Ongoing communication via text messages and e-mails made checking in and out a breeze. The room was well-stocked and SUPER CLEAN. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Nashville, and will certainly stay at this MOST REASONABLY PRICED accommodation in the downtown area.

We LOVED our stay at Kasa, it was far beyond our expectations! Very, very clean. Soft and comfy beds. All the amenities you could ever need. A wall of windows to let in natural light (or if that’s not your jam, you can close the blinds). Very modern and bright decor. Just a really nice place to call home for a few days. The location is perfect for strolls to Broadway, the hockey arena, outdoor malls, shops and boutiques. Many restaurants close by (Puckett’s being a must, do not walk by!!). We will be back!! Great location, walking distance to everything, check in and check out was seamless, clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and flexible when we asked if we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Nashville again.

Very nice and clean, just needed a luggage cart! Our apartment was very clean and well appointed. The location was safe, and it was in a great part of downtown Nashville. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. My only complaint is that they did not have a luggage cart. It made it very difficult and cumbersome to get all of the bags out of the car, through a heavy door that needed a code, and then on the elevator, off the elevator, and all in the room. Be in a lot of small bags and it took several trips. I took one star off for that. Everything else was perfect.

Good location, we decided not to rent a car and were able to walk to Broadway, the river, Titan stadium, grocery stores, the Capitol, etc. all within 10-30 minutes.

We had a great stay here while in Nashville. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to downtown.

parking fee process was a little confusing. may want to add it to the check out instructions as I do not always check my email other than that nice, inexpensive, close to everything but far enough away to provide peace and privacy

This place is amazing — location was so close to music row and TPAC theater. It was spacious, modern, and clean. A few things to be aware of — there’s not a whole lot of shelf/cabinet space, and there was definitely some kind of pet hair left behind on the couch and carpets, so beware if you have allergies. Definitely recommend staying here! Perfect for 2 people.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the walkability to Broadway! We had plenty of space for our family.

Wonderful space! Felt like home. Bed was comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, fairly quick walk to Broadway. The text messages had clear instructions and came in at the right time. No complaints!!

Great place and convenient to lower Broadway. This place has fantastic communication throughout the stay! Parking was conveniently located across the street and the apartment was just as described. Provided all of the basics but if you wanted to do more extensive cooking they did not have many utensils necessary. The main drawback was the cleanliness-small details were missed that required cleaning when we arrived. I would recommend this place to others.

Great place and would stay again This is a great option at a budget friendly price. I love that we could use the luggage lockers while awaiting checkin. We also requested and received early check in which was great. It was EXTREMELY clean. We were only there for a weekend so didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice having a full size kitchen if we needed it. Unfortunately we came during a snowstorm so most agendas and restaurants were closed. Our museum and opry tickets were canceled. I would suggest maybe adding a list of the closest restaurants as we had to call around to see who was open and try to determine how far away they were. The bathroom is huge and there are so many pillows on the comfortable bed. My daughter slept on the couch and said it was comfy. While we were there it was very quiet. We barely saw anyone in elevators or hallways. Because of the weather there weren’t many people outside either and we felt safe at all times. We walked to Broadway and the Hall of Fame which weren’t that far. Only two slight issues for our apartment 1- the bathroom sink drains slowly and 2- no space in the shower to store anything (soap, razors). Also I was in a 1BR but if you have more than 2 people there weren’t any extra chairs in kitchen area. Maybe add some folding chairs. I would definitely stay there again and I am a very picky person.

Couldn’t say a bad word about staying at ‘kasa’! Was only a few blocks away from broadway and still felt surrounded by everything you needed. Next visitors will love staying here

Appartement spacieux très bien placé, facile à trouver, parking juste en face, déco sobre et agréable, manque néanmoins un siège si l’on veut manger à 4, il faudrait l’ajouter. Bon point pour les interlocuteurs très pro et réactifs. Au vu des autres commentaires élogieux, j’imagine que nos soucis furent l’exception : draps tachés et tellement froissés que nous doutons qu’ils aient été changés (il y en avait des propres dans l’armoire) et une poêle et le filtre de la cafetière pas nettoyés. Mais salles de bains et salon très propres. Merci pour votre réactivité.

The kasa team was very responsive. The unit is sparsely furnished but functional. Perfect for a large group or family. It was clean. The windows look out directly into the elevator. Typical corporate rental apartment. Plastic laminate floors. It was not bad but just not a ten wow place. A solid 8 in our opinion. Safe and clean. Easy parking. Grocery store within short drive. You can walk downtown and to nearby restaurants.
