Reviews of Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown NashvilleReviews of Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville

We had a five-star experience at Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville, TN. Two adults stayed on 5th floor apartment with zero issues! Zero. The apartment had a full bathroom, full kitchen as described with everything we needed for a perfect 5 day stay. The Kasa was spotless, spacious, airy, modern and the neighborhood felt very safe. The amenities included (too many to list!) large bathroom towels, upscale toiletries, coffee bar area, salt, pepper, olive oil, kitchen utensils, stoneware plates, coffee cups, glasses, full sized washer & dryer with laundry detergent pods provided, hair dryer, sound machine in bedroom, plenty of plugs (USB and electrical), privacy shades, I could go on and on! All in all a GREAT value for the location and price. We like to walk to destinations and we were in the best location for live music, entertainment, bars, restaurants, sports arena, museum and historical tours. We booked via AirBNB and had no issues. Communication was clear & easy. Five Stars!

Great apartment Location to Broadway Very well appointed

Good location that was very close to a lot of what Nashville has to offer. Very clean and easy to access. We would definitely stay there again on another trip.

Close to Bridgestone and Broadway- Excellent place and location! Likes: The apartment was perfect! We went to a concert at Bridgestone and walked to the venue and food places. I would definitely stay again!

The Airbnb was nice and clean! Definitely easy to get into and in a good part of town. We had issues with the WiFi and getting a parking pass initially, but communication was great and they fixed it quickly,

Great stay Very nice and comfortable condo that was fully equipped and spotless. It’s in a convenient area and easily walkable to all the major events. You keep in touch via text and are given a code to enter the building and condo which at first was a little confusing because the text would update each time you accessed it but easily solved by taking a screen shot. Parking garage is next door. I think it’s a bit expensive but it’s not associated with the condo.

Great place to stay close to downtown attractions!

The location was as described. Communication was great and host was extremely responsive. Would stay again!

Very responsive. Place was bright, spacious and clean. Perfect location-10-15 minute walk to everything. Unit 409 was amazing! Quiet location.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location in Downtown Nashville, just a few minutes walk from Broadway. Highly recommended

Great location and easy access into the building. Came fully stocked.

Super walkable from Broadway and spacious place!

Loved this location because it was easy to navigate walking Nashville and enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard. Our room had large windows making natural light thorough the living space. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great walkable location and responsive host. Overall a nice stay!

Picked based on proximity, plans for days in Nashville. Great home base for duration of our stay.

Location was key, close to everything and great walk to restaurants, bars and more. The communication was great and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this location in Nashville. It was clean, beautiful, spacious and was close to everything! Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

Great location and easy to walk to everything. Only concern was that walls were extremely thin so a lot could be heard from the hallways. It would have been nice to have pictures of the actual room because what’s posted vs. what we had was very different but was still a good space. Overall good place to stay, would recommend, and would stay again

Great place, very accommodating and in an amazing location - just a short walk to broadway. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms are spacious

So the room was not perfect (queen bed suite), but it was very nice and the value was incredible. Lots of space. Great full kitchen/eating/living area. Central location walkable to the main downtown sites. Also a big $$$ savings over hotels in the area. Downsides: bed dipped a little in the middle; needs more support or a mattress rotation. Bathroom counter was small; we moved an end table into the bathroom to have more space. Shower was clean and functional but basic. But the rest of the place was very nice, way better than many hotel rooms, and the value was fantastic. Would definitely go back. (The service was actually very helpful; it was the fact that it took me 20+ minutes to get in touch with them is the reason why I gave 4 stars.) PARKING: Here's what you do: park in front of the building on the street, unload your stuff, and put your blinkers on. Go into your room and there's a parking garage card in the room on a lanyard on a shelf on the wall. Bring it back to the car and then park in the Sheraton garage right across the street, using the card to get in and out. $30 a day. Your other option is the public garage next to the Kasa, but it's $45 a day and not as nice.

Great, quite place within walking distance to many restaurants and Broadway.

This place was literally the heart of Downtown. My Girlfriend and I will be coming back to stay in this place again.

Loved the proximity to the Broadway, great property, clean and safe.

Great place to stay for the money. Convenient and easy walk to downtown.

Thank you

This was the perfect airbnb for our girls trip! Had a ton of space and was a 7 minute walk to Broadway.

Great well appointed apartment In an excellent location Had need to contact them and they were very helpful

Great space. Terrible parking and water pressure in the shower.

The building is historic, nicely furnished and feels safe. Easy entry with a code to get in the lobby. The bed was large and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were very nice to have. We shortened our trip by one day and they were extremely accommodating about refunding us for the night we didn’t use. Easy to use HVAC system. Very clean and clutter free. We would stay there again. My complaints are very minor. I prefer a local host that responds quickly. Response time was generally hours rather than minutes. We anticipated a nice view, which is why we picked a multi story building. But we were placed on the first floor which only has one row of windows in the living room and no windows in the bathroom or bedroom. It felt a bit like a basement flat. Also the two of us were there for 3 nights and they left us 3 individual high end coffee packets and 3 decaf packets. So unless my husband and I were going to share a cuppa coffee, it wasn’t enough.

A lot of room. Very walkable to the strip. Great place

Loved the place. We did have 2 sinks and a shower drain that would not drain. The problem took a few visits from maintaining but was resolved in a timely manner.

Great location and beautiful place. Instructions were very clear.

Great stay, perfect location! We had a lovely time and would definitely come back

Great place and great location. Would stay there again.

Great location, well appointed Likes: Location is very good Two separate bedrooms appreciated (1 couple + 1). Nicely appointed. Dislikes: More expensive than ideal once fees are added on.

This spot was great. Very central, close to downtown, lots of space in the apartment and easy to get in and out. Staff was very helpful and communicative as well. I would stay again in an instant.

דירה נהדרת. מרווחת ונקייה. מיקום מעולה!

Excellent place to stay relax.

Very nice and big apartment, in a perfect location!

Comfortable stylish apartment walkable to the action Likes: Beautiful apartment in a renovated classic building. Technically a studio but the bed is in a separate room (without doors). Seriously comfortable bed, quiet building, full kitchen, large bathroom. There's a late night pizza place on the corner and very good breakfast at the hotel across the street. Dislikes: Close to lower Broadway / Honkytonk highway / stadium, just 5 blocks down a moderate hill which also means back up a moderate hill on the way home. Parking garage next door was 40 a day, we found parking in the library for 20 a day.

Wonderful, easy walk ability to Bridgestone arena, quiet and well equipped

Great!

Great place at a great location. Highly recommend

I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re staying in downtown Nashville! It’s reasonably priced and in a GREAT location, about a 5-7 minute walk to Broadway and 15 minutes from the airport. The building itself is very safe with special codes to access the building and your individual unit. The building is also very clean and modern. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay with Kasa. The location was great and very walkable to Broadway and surrounding areas, and the are around the Airbnb was quiet and easy to get to by car. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed, even a pack-n-play for our infant. One downside was the broken couch in the living room, but that wasn't too big of deal since we were out of the unit for the most part anyway. We would recommend Kasa for staying in Nashville!

The location is nice and quiet. The issues we had upon arrival was no stock on toilet paper. After a long day of traveling and walking around the neighborhood, we found the couch bed broken and uncomfortable. We reached out to kasa via text and by the end of the next day all was remedied. Our experience was very good, but make sure you have all the necessities and all beds are functional.

This was a perfect little space for myself, my husband and my 11 yr old. It is a short walk to Broadway. Everything was clean and in working order. I couldn't find sheets for the sofa bed, but other than that it was perfect.

The location was great to walk to Broadway and around downtown Nashville!

Pictures didn’t do it justice

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville! The location is unbeatable, with easy walks to Broadway, Printer's Alley, The Gulch, the farmer's market, Germantown, and even Nelson's Green Brier distillery. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable bed and cozy living area. The building was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville!
