We had a fantastic week-long stay at Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville! The location is unbeatable, with easy walks to Broadway, Printer's Alley, The Gulch, the farmer's market, Germantown, and even Nelson's Green Brier distillery. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable bed and cozy living area. The building was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville!

we had a great stay with Kasa. Place was convenient for morning coffee and close to Broadway. Our group was 6 people, sisters and brother with spouses. We had a couple of note for improvements. Notified the day of check-in, pull out couch was non functional. However, Kasa provided an air mattress. Seating for a place that advertises up to up 8 people. Only comfortable seating was 3 person couch. 4 Kitchen chairs was the other options. Plenty of space to allow for more seating. Received a note from Kasa on first day at 2 pm for excessive laughter (too loud) set off sound sensors. Six people provided 6 bath towels. also more towel bars to allow towels to properly dry. unless you use washer and dryer. All in all, we would definitely stay at Kasa. With some changes, our rating would change from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Kasa was perfect! Close to everything. Walking distance to the main Broadway Street. Loved the beds. Super comfortable & slept like a baby. I would recommend Kasa and can’t wait to visit again.

Great location! Five minute walk to the Tennessee Capitol and short walk to Broadway! Pizza place just feet from the Airbnb for the late night munchies. Spacious flat . First experience staying in an Airbnb. Will look into it again.

This accommodation was so clean and charming. It was a block from all the central, historic buildings by bicentennial park and surrounded by history. So easy to find, access, and an easy walk to Broadway. Also a fun 10 min scoot over to the newer part of town! Clean, orderly, and the management was very proactive. 10/10 recommend

Very walkable to main amenities, such as broadway. Large kitchen but they do not provide much by way of refreshments. Spacious flat with very clear instructions. I'd recommend for large groups.

The location of this place is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Broadway, which made it super convenient. However, for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of basic amenities. There was limited toilet paper and tissues provided ( 1 extra roll for 5 nights) so we had to run to the store, which was inconvenient. The shower had very low water pressure, and in some areas, the place felt unstable, almost like the ceiling was about to give way. Overall, great location but could definitely improve on comfort and essentials.

We stayed three nights for a girls’ trip to Nashville to see a concert at the Ryman. The location was close though to Broadway to walk back and forth but not so close that it was super loud at night. We had more than enough space for three people at a price point lower than most of the hotels we checked.

One of my favorite places I have stayed down in Nashville! Amazing location for the price we paid. They told us ahead of time that there was an issue with the pull out bed and provided us with an air mattress to make up for it which was very comfortable! Overall great stay

We were extremely happy with our accommodation for our Nashville trip . The location is super just a short walk to Broadway and nice and quiet. The room is a generous size and had everything we needed . Communication was great thru out our experience also. I would highly recommend

Although having all the amenities and space. And having a good stay overall. I got a basement room with no windows or natural light. And it had a weird smell. Very depressing for someone who needs to work remotely. I'm sure there are great rooms for rent, but you’ll have to get lucky to get one of the top-floor rooms I guess. Good communication and easy access!

Our stay at Kasa in Nashville was perfect. We are 6 adults travelling together and the condo was roomy and spacious. It had all the basics in the kitchen and was clean. The location is very close to all the action of Broadway! Checkin and checkout was seamless. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Likes: Quiet, spacious, great location. The walls are thin and you can hear quite a bit (footsteps, car sounds, voices, etc), so the sound machine + ear plugs were a nice and necessary touch. Dislikes: No housekeeping, so if your trash gets full or you need new towels, you have to go through extra steps.

Terrible experience, had to go back and forth for hours to receive a 10% discount and by the end of it, they only ended up sending a portion of that 10%, claiming the rest is stuck with Expedia

Getting luggage into building and to the condo a bit of a challenge. Think luggage carts should be made accessible to people checking in and out. Key pads to get in outside doors are very difficult to enter code.

While the property had a good location, was well kept (for the most part) and had all amenities listed, I don't believe the value was truly there in the room we got booked for how much it costed. To start, the only window in our space was about 7-8ft up the wall and facing a parking garage so it always felt like night time, which for us is not ideal when trying to get the most out of our days on vacation. There is very little soundproofing in the building as well, which makes sense of the noise rules, however, you can hear people whispering and walking all the way down the halls. My allergies were also acting up like crazy in our room. The couch was also broken and sinking in in the middle upon our arrival. same with one of the soap dispensers in the shower. The water pressure was very poor. We didn't see the value for what we paid for 3 nights but we still mostly enjoyed our stay. Pros: comfy bed/sheets, spacious, location and ease of check-in/out. Probably best for longer stays.

Achter Kasa schuilt een bedrijf en dat is voelbaar. Alles is netjes en ok maar het is niet echt gezellig alleen semi functioneel. Bijvoorbeeld geen haken voor natte handdoeken maar wel veel loze ruimte in de badkamer. Weinig plek voor pannen etc. Voorzieningen voor 2 ipv 4 terwijl we voor 4 boekten. Het zijn al dit soort kleine dingen die het net niet zo leuk maakten en het besef dat er niet een mens achter zit die zijn/haar appartement verhuurt maar een groot bedrijf die een heel complex met appartementen verhuurt. Ook was er echt een probleem met de sofabed. De spiralen waren heel voelbaar. Kasa kwam met de oplossing om een opblaasbed te plaatsen. Erg ongepast voor dat het bedrag wat ik betaalde. Dankzij de mevrouw van housekeeping werd het opgelost; niet door Kasa. Wasmachine en droogtrommel waren heel fijn, maar concluderend: ik zou er niet weer voor kiezen.

Location was perfect for our mothers-daughters girls trip and walkable to all the fun of Nashville. Broadway and printers alley both just a few blocks. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the extra mirrors and natural light for getting ready. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra charging stations/blocks and noise machines though we didn’t need to use them. The sofa bed could use an upgrade, so maybe better for 4 than 6 guests if all are adults. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived very late on a Friday night for a 2-night stay. The location and building were ideal but when we took the elevator down to the Garden level, there was a TERRIBLE sewage/mold smell throughout the hallways that lasted the entire trip. Thank goodness the room didn't smell. We discovered when making the sofa bed that the sheet had blood stains on it and the sofa bed kept collapsing at both ends. There was also a lamp with a broken glass shade. I immediately texted Kasa and was told that they would send someone over to take care of our issues. They brought over a new lamp the next afternoon but we didn't receive new sheets and the smell was not corrected as they said it would be. I notified them again. They apologized and sent me a $55 gift card to buy my own clean sheets. I didn't need a "job" to do on my short vacation. I just needed clean sheets.

Thank goodness the room didn't smell. We discovered when making the sofa bed that the sheet had blood stains on it and the sofa bed kept collapsing at both ends. There was also a lamp with a broken glass shade. I immediately texted Kasa and was told that they would send someone over to take care of our issues. They brought over a new lamp the next afternoon but we didn't receive new sheets and the smell was not corrected as they said it would be. I notified them again. They apologized and sent me a $55 gift card to buy my own clean sheets. I didn't need a "job" to do on my short vacation. I just needed clean sheets.

Great location, walking distance to broadway but not too loud at night. Apartment was fantastic, clean with everything you need. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near downtown
