Pros: location was top notch. Unit was clean and spacious.
Generally the Kasa model was effective and convenient. Except for when the upstairs neighbors broke their toilet and flooded our unit at 3am. Calling the number results in an overseas service with zero concept of urgency or common sense. Telling us to pay for a late checkout when requested since we were up all night cleaning- or canceling our door code making our belongings inaccessible if we left.
Redeeming factor was Bella, the front desk worker who wasn’t notified of the catastrophe until she arrived that morning- but promptly used her common sense to make sure we were taken care of.
Bottom line: would I stay there again? Probably. The value was undeniable and the situation was a wild fluke (hopefully). But it was a huge pain and caused a massive headache in our last day of travel.
