Reviews of Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown NashvilleReviews of Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville

Apartment was amazing. Spacious, clean and the air conditioning was blowing cold during our stay and was a nice relief during a hot Nashville day. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer is a nice bonus. Building and foyer well kept and the area is clean and very close to Broadway.

A little to far of a walk to Broadway . Not bad down but difficult heading up the hill

Such a cute place on the heart of Nashville! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a long term stay at Kasa and was so impressed by its close location to everything - all within walking distance. I also greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer within the unit + a full kitchen. For those visiting Nashville, this is a well-priced gem. Fun Fact: the building was once used for the YWCA!

Best Airbnb stay I have ever stayed. We were in town for a concert and Bridgestone was a 10 minute walk. Looks just like the pictures. 10/10!!

Such a beautiful place to stay

To tell you how disappointed I was I staying would be an understatement. The parking pass and having to return it after I get in my car is not ideal. You have to illegally park your car, enter an access code to get into the hiding, go to your room to grab the parking pass, leave the building just to park your car. When you leave all together you have to get the parking pass out of your car just so you can return it to the room and then leave again. That wasn't the worst part. The door in unit 209 shakes as if someone is trying to forcibly get in to the room. I stayed awake for 2 nights because I thought someone was trying to get in. The sound and shaking was all night long. Lastly, as I was leaving today there was throw up by the entryway. I tell your employee that someone got sick. He walks over and looks at it. He said he would take care of it. I get my car and when I returned the parking pass the vomit is still on the ground and the employee went back in the room to finish his movie and shut his door! I will never stay with Kasa ever again and my shoes smell like throw up.

we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Great expérience

Clean, comfy, close to everything.

The location and clean rooms.

It was a great experience. My only concern would be with the sofa bed that was damage and a bit dirty, but the situation was solved by the staff very fast. I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Nashville.

Zero stars if I could. We booked Kasa Capitol Hill in Nashville from the UK and arranged our entire trip around this stay, including flights and travel plans. Despite this, Kasa overbooked the property and only informed us when we were already travelling, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodation. I genuinely don't understand how, in this day and age, a company can still overbook confirmed accommodation to the point where paying guests are simply left without the accommodation they booked. The only explanation I can think of is greed and prioritising getting as many bookings as possible over actually honouring those bookings. Kasa did offer alternative accommodation, but it was a significant downgrade. We had booked an apartment, yet the alternative offered was essentially a room, with none of the space or facilities we had specifically paid for. It's not an equivalent replacement, particularly when you're travelling from another country and have planned your trip around the original booking. The fact that they knew we were flying in from the UK makes the last-minute notification even worse. We had very little time to find somewhere suitable, and what should have been an exciting trip was instead made unnecessarily stressful before we'd even arrived. If you can't guarantee the accommodation people have paid for, don't take the booking in the first place. Extremely disappointing and not an experience I'd recommend to anyone.

Admittedly I was a bit worried with such a reasonable cost, but this was a fantastic experience. The room was ready earlier than expected. It was clean and nice and cool. The only thing challenging was the parking but that is being resolved with new procedures to make things easier. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Nashville.

We had a fantastic week long stay at Kasa Capitol Hill Downtown Nashville! The check in instructions sent are incredibly thorough including photos of the exact door for entry, the parking garage etc. The apartment and communal areas are spotlessly clean and lovely to come back to after a long day sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Would definitely recommend staying in a Kasa!

This location is a blessing. Not far from Broadway, parking garage across the street, Publix nearby along with other shopping, huge and I mean HUGE space, luggage storage, and southern hospitality all around. Absolutely highly highly recommended to all!!

Very nice experienced The room is nice with a big living room and nice kitchen. It’s walking distance to broadway and very convenient place.

Perfect place to stay - great for a family GREAT experience! Location is safe and convenient to all the action on Broadway. It is clean, spacious and very well equipped. Please note that there is a lovely space prior to check-in for your convenience. We sat in a dive bar unaware that this beautiful space was available in the hotel!🙄 So nice to have a comfortable space rather than a cramped hotel room. Will stay again!

Unacceptable experience – Had to leave immediately Likes: The location was good Dislikes: We booked for 3 people, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was broken with a "DO NOT USE" sign on it. The only "replacement" provided was a deflated air mattress hidden in a closet. Absolutely impossible to sleep there. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. Although I eventually managed to get a full refund, it required way too much time, stress, and endless messaging to get it processed. Unreliable host and a completely avoidable bad experience.

Very clean and accommodating.

We had a nice stay. It was nice to have a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every night. We stayed in the studio king and there was a good amount of room for the four of us. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. The place itself was very clean and had everything that we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

Overall great 2nd experience staying here, super walkable to broadway with parking across the street. Only thing is pullout sofa is included as a bed but didnt have any additional bedding or pillows for it.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable unit. We booked a night for a concert at Bridgestone and it was a 10 min walk. We would definitely stay here again when planning a trip to Nashville.

Great location and good communication. Appreciated the photos provided regarding instructions.

Our one night stay was great! Location wise it’s so perfect! The street it’s on is very nice and quiet compared to broadway the next street over. The room was very unique and the bed was soooo comfortable! We need that bed lol. Only thing I wasn’t in love with was the walls were very scuffed up from peoples luggage so it looks a little dirty since they’re white walls but I didn’t feel like I was in a dirty room or bed! Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Likes: Close to places to eat and drink.

Nice stay. Kitchen area and seating area were very nice to have. Bedroom was had what you needed and bedding was good. Bathroom was large and simple. Water pressure was a little lacking in the shower, but it got hot like you want, so no big deal. Comfy place to stay!

Our room was in the basement. Lampshades were broken and the ceiling fan wouldnt turn on. The walls were all marked up. Room was very dark

Best stay in Nashville! What a great place! Spotless, beautiful space, spacious, the beds and linens are very comfortable, no noise at all as it’s in a quiet street, but just steps away from everything! Very reasonable price. It was very convenient to check in and out, we didn’t need anything during our stay but it seemed so easy to do online. The apartment is in such a beautiful building, very well decorated, well kept, spotless. It has every amenity you could ever need, including plenty of towels, charging ports, washer and dryer, iron… Perfect location, perfect accommodation. We will be coming back!

Great place!

Great location. Quiet location. Was confusing to get in when we arrived but was just a phone call away.

On top of a wonderful stay, the property was in a great location with plenty to do and several places to eat. Close enough to all kinds of night life but far enough away to escape from the downtown noise. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect off the beaten path apartment within walking distance of Broadway and many other bars and restaurants. Felt super safe and secure. It was quiet and relaxing inside the building at night.

Didn't use kitchen would have rather like a upper unit wirh more light. Did really like bedroom with no windows. We'res nashsvilles fire code. But parking worked good. Three blocks to broadway is nice also. Would stay here again but in higher unit.

Superfint! Välutrustat och fint

Overall it was pretty amazing. The only thing I would suggest is adding a range hood to the kitchen stove for smoke but overall it was perfect 😍

The location is very good, however the way the parking is set up and you have to park in the middle of the street to unload the car is a little bit dangerous. The street is not quiet enough to allow you to do that. The sofa bed was hard to open and close, but it was very comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The view for the parking building was not pleasing. The HVAC was super loud and the floor was very uneven. We tripped all the time and if you have a mobility issues, it may be an issue.

Loved our stay here! The location is easily walkable to Broadway and everything we wanted to do downtown; or a super short/cheap Lyft ride. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured; and had great AC and a comfy bed. Super easy to check-in and access with the coded smart locks on the doors. They even have early check-in and late check-out options. Would absolutely stay here again!

(Translated by Google) It has multiple bedrooms and the beds are spacious. The location is also excellent. (Original) ベッドルームが複数あり、ベッドも広い。 ロケーションも最高。

Super great place! We were super impressed with the cleanliness and the building, at a super great location too!

Excellent location and spacious comfortable rooms. Contact-less check in but went well with code.

Amazing Experience! My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculately clean and way bigger than a hotel room of its price. It had everything we needed to make the kitchen useful as well. Only constructive criticism I could have would be that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing, which might not be able to be helped in an old building.

This has been one of my favorite places to stay. The room is equipped with all that you need (soap, cups, dishwasher, first aid kit etc. ). The room is way more spacious than I originally thought which was a nice surprise! The distance wasn’t that bad to broadway either. It is up on a pretty big hill so that is something to keep in mind. At the end of the night it can be a tough walk. Highly recommend stay here though!

とにかく広い

My wife and I will never stay at another hotel. This place was amazing. So spacious so close to Broadway we thought the parking might be an issue but it was no problem at all. We are already talking about coming back next year

Great location. Only a few blocks away from Broadway. We were in town for a concert and were able to walk to Nissan Stadium easily. The 3 bedroom is perfect for a group. There was a lot of space. The only thing that was slightly confusing was the lengthy check in instructions. You have to park temporarily, go to your room to get the parking pass, and then park your car across the street. You can request early check in, but if you have 3 bedrooms it won’t be accepted. You can’t park your car early either since the parking pass is in the room. Overall it was a good stay and a convenient location.

The space is nice and cozy! Not too much cooking amenities in terms of pans but very good location. They did have an electric kettle which was cool.

Great Stay!
