The location was perfect - not too close to Broadway but easily walkable to everything downtown! The unit is great - and the temperature was so comfortable - especially in this Nashville heat!

Location was good not great but walkable to broadway. Our space was roomy but needs upgrades. The area rugs in the bedroom and living area are very worn and need to be replaced same with the couch which had torn armrest. The fully stocked kitchen was a plus it has a coffee pot which is nice because there is no onsite restaurant. They do have locked luggage storage and keyless entry was not a problem.

Great stay on short notice
My family and I stayed at Kasa Capitol Hill in downtown Nashville just yesterday. What a beautiful property with lots of space! It’s also very conveniently located close to Broadway. This was a huge selling point for us as we wanted our two adult kids to experience downtown Nashville the right way. Anyway, this property was perfect for us, very clean, and easy to get to. Will definitely stay here from now on when we visit Nashville.

Loved the location and clear descriptions for access and support!
Very convenient to downtown Broadway, unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space and very helpful, responsive support staff. Kitchen was nice, could easily support longer stays.

The Nashville Capitol location was great. Within walking distance of many downtown locations and convenient parking right across the street, it's right in the middle of the action. The room was excellent. Having a full kitchen, this location would be perfect for an extended stay.

We are so grateful to have found this Kasa home. It is simply, stylishly, comfortably furnished. It was immaculately clean. The building is beautiful. The lobby was so welcoming and the common area was the best surprise bonus. We made great use of the water vendor. Love the quiet, peaceful neighborhood - just two blocks from all the action. The communication with Kasa was always prompt, friendly and useful. Honestly can’t say enough about our accommodations.

Great location! Walkable distance to everything you might need and close to broadway, so if you're going to enjoy the nighlife, that's the perfect place. The room was very comfortable and cleaned. The washer and druer were definitely a plus. Highly recommended

I was not at all familiar with the virtual process and it was a bit of a struggle because of that. Communication on the phone was excellent and people helped me through the process.
The facility was great with lots of room and lots of amenities. I was very impressed. It was the first time I have ever stayed at a Kasa, and if the others are like this, I would definitely search them out. Overall great experience.

I booked a deluxe studio room with king bed and sofa bed to accommodate 3 adults. I was notified that the sofa bed was damaged and would not open, so I was offered a blowup mattress instead of a new room or even an upgraded room which I could see were available online. After much discussion, I was offered another room the next day. Again, the sofa bed was damaged and not functional, and one adult had to sleep on an air mattress for a 3 night stay in Nashville.

Great place to stay. We came for a business convention and it was good for me and my colleague, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen / living room area. Comparable to a hotel experience but more affordable if you are fine with sharing a space.

It was great. Exactly what we paid for. Cheaper than all of the massive hotels. PARKING at the Sheraton garage is a huge game changer for Kasa. That was phenomenal. Our room was on the warm side when we arrived. We never complained. They sent someone to fix it the next day. My only small gripe was that we had basically zero notice that they were coming. Which wasn’t a huge deal, but since I also do HVAC, I know other people would freak about that. I forget your names, but everyone was great. Thanks for making our trip worry-free. We will most definitely stay with you guys again in the future.
Really entitled rich people should stay away. It’s too cheap for you, and you will compare it to the ritz so then the reviews will be skewed.
P.s. the mini split in the basement hallway needs checked for a refrigerant leak and charged up. It was not blowing very cold at all.✌️

Was in town for a conference at Grand Hyatt. This was a great alternative to a hotel. Privacy, kitchen and walking distance to all the conference venues. Kitchen doesn't have many supplies for actual cooking, but there are plenty of plates, bowls, cups, utensils which was really nice.

The Property was great, affordable and such a close walk to Broadway. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Couple things I wish they had was breakfast served in morning, a pool like other places, and definitely need handicapped parking spaces in the parking garage but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely stay again in the future and will recommend this property to everyone that asks about a stay .

This was a great location very walkable to broadway and all the attractions. Publix supermarket right around the corner. Hosts are very responsive, we had an issue with our door - very proactive communication - did not disturb our stay. There is a fair amount of street noise but was a trade off for the great location. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience with Kasa on our recent visit to Nashville. The rooms in the unit were spacious and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was plentiful with amenities and the location was fabulous, walking distance to Broadway and downtown activities. The employees for support with parking was excellent and they all were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Nashville area.

Beware, this property requires you to upload a video selfie and your government ID which they store for three years and share with multiple unnamed third parties. They also gather more information about you from multiple other unnnamed third parties. I dare anyone to actually read their privacy disclosure and still feel comfortable staying here.
Furthermore, they hide all this information until after you've booked their non-refundable hotel. Horrible dystopian experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

Perfect retreat
The location is great for walking downtown! All the common areas and rooms were exceptionally clean. The accommodation was a wonderful quiet retreat at the end of the day, and the bed was so comfy too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

So grateful to have found the Kasa on Capitol during my first visit to Nashville. The building was quiet, easy access and within walking distance of nearly everything we had planned. Despite it being a digital check in, whenever I texted the responses came quickly and efficiently.
