Property was within blocks of Broadway and adjacent a paid parking desk. It was a nice mix of being close to "the center of the action" without all the noise. That said, let me suggest you bring your map of downtown as you don't see Broadway's signature neon lights from the building door (which was part of the sites charm). We loved the fact this was multiple rooms, a unique feature. We did not like this asset does not come with parking, but hey this is downtown Nashville. Factor the $40 / night parking cost in and move on, right. We also joked about the fact it is a walk downhill from here to get to the Painters Alley or Broadway and a walk uphill "home." You have to work off the few drinks somehow, right. In any case, solid property in which we would gladly lease another night in.
