Only thing I wish was different was clearer communication about parking. We saw there was public parking right beside the hotel after we had already parked down the street and had to walk. Everything else is going great

Good location for the price The location of this place was great. Close walk to Broadway but enough away to be quiet. The building itself was quiet and clean. The storage lockers were very convenient. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There were only a couple of little things that we found not so great. The ceiling fan did not work and the ceiling had holes all in it. Also, right near the bed was this lit up panel that you could hear water travel through. If you are a light sleeper this could be a Major issue! Also, at this time, there is construction going on right across the street. Jackhammer happening early in the morning. Besides those little items everything was good. We would stay here again.

The property itself was nice but the parking was a pain extremely overpriced I was charged 70$ just to park in the parking garage overnight next to sonder.

It was fine, not the cleanest, stove top, refrigerator, walls were all dirty. Couch bed was pulled out and had a bunch of crumbs etc. location is great, secured and a great building otherwise. Thank you

The first nights stay was great. Two days later when trying to check in we were unable to access the property and were forced to rent another hotel room across the street. Tried calling (texting) to rectify the situation with no resolution offered. Hotel was nice but the booking service not helpful.

This was so reasonably priced, I thought something must be wrong with it. It was GREAT!! The location was about 4 or 5 blocks from all the action in Nashville. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

For public parking you have to use a american phone nr. Next parking for free has a distance of approx 2 km 30 min walk to the Hotel. It is not so comfortable with your baggage.

It was a good stay. Timely instructions. I had asked for a high floor and ended up in the basement. We were not pleased with that as it felt like a bunker but otherwise the amenities functioned and it was walkable for what we wanted to do.

Underwhelmed You know the devil is in the details. Some minor repairs needed in bathtub fixtures, towels are old and need replacing, shampoo/conditioner were provided but no bath soap. Instead 2 bottles of shampoo and one bottle wasn't installed correctly and fell off. Shower curtain needs attention. Coffee condiments needed replenishment . Comforter for the coach bed was a total mess with comforter not secured inside the duvet cover. Paint spots actually throughout our guest floor need to be blue taped. Just doesn't present well and gives a poor first impression. Space in unit was good, but we realized we didn't really have much more room than a standard hotel room and would have had access to more guest services and property standards. I probably won't use Sonder again unless I'm staying somewhere in an extended stay.

The Score is in a great location, providing easy access to the main downtown Nashville area while being far enough from the Broadway strip to avoid being noisy. Additionally, the entrances to The Score are locked with a keypad at all times, so we felt adequately safe during our stay.

When arriving to this hotel we didn’t know there was no parking on site. When calling to speak to someone from the hotel we were told we had to pay $2.25 an hour to park on the street or to park in a garage which they didn’t know the price of. So add another $40-50 a day just in parking. There isn’t a front desk to check into. They give you a long code to access the building. The room was clean but the pullout couch didn’t have a sheet on it and you could see hair and stains from pervious guest. When asked for towels we had to wait 24 hours to receive them. Don’t turn the ac or heat on we started feeling sick while in the room. Couch congestion headache overall tired and no energy. All signs of mold toxicity. Reviews have mentioned a smell and it has to be from mold in the air ducts. The walk to broadway was also about 5 blocks and it’s a hill so walking back is all uphill. It feels like a long walk especially after walking around all day

Exceptional customer service! Great decor, and easy to check in. Loved how prompt Sonder is about replying to chat questions and concerns. I had planned to switch rooms after my first (which I completely forgot about!) and they were so understanding to give me extra time to pack and move. I dropped of my bags in the new room and ran back to my conference. What I hadn't realized, was that my new room was in a basement next to some type of machinery that was SO LOUD. When I originally booked that room, there was no indication about any of that. That night when I returned and realized there was no way I'd be able to fall asleep, I requested a room switch and they were able to accommodate me, thankfully. While I hope they update their description, they handled my stay so well I would definitely check out the Sonder first for any of my travels.

Dislikes: Very noisy surroundings. Lots of loud people heard late into the night outside of building. Awakened early in the morning by the constant sound of honking and beeping from trucks & construction vehicles.

Great place. You should let folks know that when they stay at these type of places they neee to take pictures of themselves, provide their license over the internet etc. Seems like a serious invasion of privacy you should inform your customers before they pay for a room.

Room was very clean, new. Walkable to Broadway, Bridgestone arena You will not interact with any humans to get in your room, ( front door and room is touchpad), I booked day of while I was on the way there and did not notice this on the write up. So When I arrived I spent 20 mins or so standing out in 35 deg cold establishing a profile ( upload drivers license and pic etc)....once done, all good. For those that book and establish profile ahead of time, this isn't an issue. You will have to pay $40 per night parking, so factor that in. But if just going to bdwy, due to closeness you will not need to spend $ on Uber/cab I stayed on a Tues night, and room price was good.. I would stay again as long as room price stays reasonable ...Fri/ sat night may not be

Great property. Walking distance to downtown Nashville. 10 minute drive from airport. Very modern, clean and spacious. Only recommendation I would give to owners is to get some sheer pull down shades for daytime. The night shades are great but daytime, anyone in parking garage next door can see inside. Only other suggestion would be to replace shower heads with one that allow some pressure. Everything else is great!!! Would definitely recommend and go back.
