The place was cute, easy to find and digital check in was easy. Only complaints were the lack of a full length mirror and missing shampoo. Parking was easy to find in the lot and we probably could’ve both driven separately and parked on the street elsewhere nearby if one of us hadn’t taken the train. We stayed in the studio which was very spacious for a two night stay with a full kitchen. I really liked that there were full ice cube trays in the freezer!! Not sure if that was from a prior guest or the housekeeping staff but either way it was awesome. This building is not accessible, it’s a three floor walk up as far as I could tell (no elevator) and all the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Not a problem for us but it could be for someone! I’d recommend this place to someone looking to stay in a quiet area near DC. It’s a decently long walk to the metro train at Potomac Yards, not impossible for those already used to mile walks to transit or to stroll on a nice day. Ubers to the train were like $5-7 if you don’t feel like walking. There are plenty of restaurants but the bars nearby all seem to close by midnight. Appears to be a family friendly area, lots of children around and several cute shops that cater to parents and kids.

Wonderful location, full of food, drink and services options. Close to DC and Arlington attractions. Cordial and prompt response by the virtual Front Desk. We missed some utensils, but it didn't affect our stay.

Likes: Bed was comfortable Dislikes: Room was shabby and worn out. Needs a refresh desperately. Value for money lacking considering poor condition of room.

Second stay at a Kasa. Negative was size of room, hall way and room could be cleaner. Positives customer service....issues were addressed in timely manner. Felt like concerns were being addressed. Great location.

Located with good local restaurants all around, simple check-in process, accommodating, and a parking space provided!

We loved how family/dog friendly the area was. Very walkable and uber/lyft service into the city was fast and affordable.

Great location. Nice spacious apartment with all the modern convenience. Enjoyed the main entrance ambience with the welcoming foyer, music and scented smell. One minor complaint is that the bed looked like it was slept in by someone. Maybe the fluffiness of the bed cover makes it difficult to iron. Maybe you could place a garbage can downstairs to get rid of any garbage. Overall all we were happy.

The location was great! I didn’t realize how dog-friendly Alexandria was. I wasn’t sure about bringing my dog this time, but I’ll definitely bring her next time. The Airbnb had all the essentials and was perfect for a weekend getaway—comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We were there on a Saturday and had a great morning exploring the farmers market—such a fun and local experience!

Stay was great the building walls are super thin and you will hear noise from outside and inside but overall a good stay.

The building is in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria with plenty of independent shops and restaurants within walking distance of the unit. The unit I had was a large studio great for one or two people with a king-sized bed and a kitchen along the wall in the unit with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. I love the model of Kasa with a "virtual front desk" where you don't interact with people, but instead, you receive all check-in/out and property information by text, email, and through their web portal. The instructions provided were easy to follow, and they had plenty of free parking behind the building. Please note that you do have to provide a copy of your license and auto information if you are parking a vehicle prior to your arrival, but the process to upload the information was quick and easy through their web portal. Dislikes: The actual room could use a refresh and needed a deep cleaning. Also, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling in the shower area where it appeared there was a leak that was poorly patched. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it just didn't look good.

My experience was far better than the pictures or listing could even describe. My Honeymoon stay was amazing! Very comfortable and convenient. We loved it and may make it our go to get away when we need a break from the norm!

The location is 10/10. You are within walking distance of a downtown area with lots of great restaurants and coffee. The space was clean and what we expected.

It’s was fairly clean & a nice space. Only thing I didn’t like was that there are some many rules, but some of the guest don’t follow them. The first few days were private then after that you could tell when guest were being nosey. Multiple times guests hung outside of the room or constantly slamming doors late at night. Hard to get rest without the tv on.

Amazing customer service I stayed at a Kasa for eight days and cannot recommend them enough. My Kasa was in an older building and not as large as what I’m used to. But it was the amazing custom service, follow-through, and attentiveness that made me want to stay. Everything from my work order to my extension were super quick and seamless. Thank you Kasa for being such incredible hosts.

Very busy street in the afternoon and on weekends . Especially if the weather is good . Very convenient though. plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.. They do have parking which is great . Beautiful area. I sure did enjoy my stay .

This was my second time at this location. The bathroom was disgusting. Slum lord level. The mold and dirtiness of the shower was sickening. The water pressure was non existent. The hot water took 10 minutes to arrive.

Great pricing for what I was looking for. The inclusion of a kitchen area WITH utensils and cooking needs made it feel like I was at home.

We loved staying at Kasa. It was snowing, and everything at Kasa offered comfort. We were able to cook and enjoy our favorite cuisine without having to go out in the snow to find food. I missed having a blender and a hairbrush or comb in the bathroom. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Kasa and will stay at other Kasa locations in the future.

Great room compared to the surrounding hotels at similar or higher prices. Check in and check out were very simple with no one you had to talk to.

Horrible smell, disgusting carpet, useless text “service” If you get apartment 7, beware that when I stayed in early Jan 2025, the room smelled of mold or trash. It took them 2 days to come and figure out it was some problem with the sink. They should have checked that out before allowing a guest to stay. Second, the water heater went out. What’s worse, the cwrpeting in the unit was very dirty and should have been replaced. It was disgusting, with all kinds of spots. Location was good, but my experience was so bad with “service” that I wouldnt recommend Kasa ever again.

Great Spot! This was a great spot for my wife and I while we were visiting friends. Nice and clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Good local restaurants / shops right out the front door. They were also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely return!

I loved the location of the property. I was right in the middle of Del Ray and it's beautiful main street of Mnt Vernon. The distance to Old Town and DC was perfect and there were bus stops right across the street for you to catch to the metro. BUT the room itself was not great. I felt like I was swindled and catfished. The property and the room was nothing like what was pictured on the website. The images on the website and what you see advertised on Expedia is a bright and clean space with tasteful, minimalistic, modern décor. Well, it was the same décor as in the pictures but everything was dingy, poorly maintained, stained, and not cleaned. For example, when I pulled back the covers to inspect the bed like you would in any place, there were stains on the sheet and on the pillow case. But the worst part was that the fabric headboard had human and dog hair all over it from previous guests. Another thing that grossed me out was the mold in the shower and the carpet that had ripples in it from where it was coming off the floor and stains all over it.

Spent Christmas at Kasa and we had a wonderful stay! There were just some minor inconveniences but that didn’t ruin our stay. I loved how close it was to restaurants and coffee shops. The virtual front desk was also easy to navigate. Overall I would definitely come back and would recommend Kasa!

Great location for a great price. Kasa staff were very responsive. As noted in the description, there are no elevators in this location. It would have been helpful to add that some (all?) of the units have steps up to the bathroom. Would definitely book this again for out of town guests.

Decent for what we paid, but not as clean as I would have liked. There were various hairs on the bedding and the towels. Love the restaurants and shops in such close proximity.

This place is great for what it is. It was clean, kitchen facilities and amenities. Likes: Liked the location. It's right in downtown Delray. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Dislikes: DO NOT STAY IN RM 2! You will hear ALL the street noice. It was HORRIBLE. You could hear every frikkin time the front door to the building front open and close!! Be aware it's an old building and windows aren't double paned. Originally, our reservation was for another room away from the street (Rm 16) and they switched our room. I believe we arrived late and the ones before us also did not like the street noise.

Loved, loved this place! Excellent location, easily walk to shopping, restaurants, bus stop. Thank you for the awesome sound machine for sleep each night. It helped to block out traffic noise. I didn’t even need the earplugs that you leave. I slept wonderfully! Tons of pillows which I also love! I was able to do my work with the wifi, see the sights, and visit with my daughter who is in school in the area. Thank you for being affordable, clean, and so easy to work with!
