Alles war sauber, der Check-In war komplikationslos. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants und Bushaltestellen die einen schnell zur Metro bringen können. Leider konnten wir die Heizung nicht zum laufen bringen, weswegen es kalt in dem Zimmer war. Wir würden trotzdem nochmal dort übernachten.

Kasa had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot for the Alexandria Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. Easy to get inside, the included parking made our lives easier, and being able to bring our pup were a few of our favorite things. Stepping out onto Mt. Vernon Ave was great. We were able to walk around and experience the holiday festivities and pick from a huge number of a great restaurants. I’d definitely stay again.

Kasa Alexandria is in a great location, walking distance to just about any food you can think of. Also felt pretty centrally located to shopping and tourist attractions. The room itself was exactly what we needed. Check-in was simple as well as accessing the building /room. The room was cozy and very clean and we loved the hall closet with extra essentials if you needed them. We would definitely stay again and will be looking for other locations in our travels.

Great location in town with easy parking and convenient access. Likes: Location was fantastic. In the heart of Del Ray. Room was perfect for a three night stay.

Unit did not match the pictures in the listing. The grout in the bathroom was full of black mold and there were excessive stains on the wall. I cancelled my stay and opted for a hotel instead.

Ich hatte zunächst Bedenken, da es einige schlechte Bewertungen gab, was die Sauberkeit angeht. Ich fand das Zimmer jedoch sehr sauber vor. Lediglich das Geschirr bzw. die Töpfe waren nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten wurden auch Spülmaschinentabs, Müllsäcke, Seife und Spüli zur Verfügung gestellt, was ich sehr schätze. Das einzige was etwas störend war und auch in anderen Kommentaren zu lesen war, ist das seltsame Brummen, was im Zimmer zu hören ist. Teilweise ist es der laute Kühlschrank gewesen aber es muss auch etwas anderes gewesen sein, was eventuell von draußen kommt. Dadurch war es zum Schlafen leider etwas laut wobei auch Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wer jedoch auf eine ruhige Unterkunft wert legt und einen leichten Schlaf hat, der wird dies dort leider nicht bekommen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Eine Bushaltestelle gab es direkt vor der Tür. Zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten dauert es mit Bus und Metro ca 50-60 Minuten.

Great location and enjoyable place to stay if you want a nice neighborhood. Likes: Solid location in a very nice neighborhood. Dislikes: The furniture in the rooms is pretty trashy.

Eat, Sleep, Shop The place was beautiful and comfortable, I wish I had booked a longer stay. My only complaint was that I stayed during football season but was unable to get any basic channels on the TV to watch football. Other than that, it was amazing. Plenty to do outside, tons of restaurants and shops. Super quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

Fabulous location, centered in the popular Del Ray section of Alexandria. More of a boutique hotel than a more traditional stay, their model of close communication through technology worked well for us. All and all a welcoming and fun place to stay.

Unclean nice area but units aren’t fully cleaned

(Original) Eine superschöne Lage, Del Ray ist ein Traumstadtteil, tolle Community und viele kleine Läden, die Verbindung nach Washington gut, am besten mit dem Fahrrad. Kasa macht einen super Service, alles ist sehr sauber, im Flurbereich gibt es einen Schrank, aus dem man sich bedienen darf, wenn irgendwas fehlt ... auch Handfeger und Besen stehen dort bereit. Unser Zimmer hatte ein nettes Flair, bes. toll : der kl. Plattenspieler, mit einer Duke Ellington Platte ... passende Empfangsmusik für den Stadtteil. Wir würden dort immer wieder bleiben, eine ganz tolle Location.

Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and small stores. The place where the locals go. Our room just need a little love but was nice.

I'm a senior and this new age tech doesn't work for me. There was no front desk and the virtual responses took forever. The room the environment the city itself was wonderful but i need face to face contact.

Loved the neighborhood and great communication if we needed anything.

Likes: Great location, free parking behind the building, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Dislikes: The room was very small, not at all what was in the photo when booking. The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was old, there was no toiletries shelf in the bathroom.

It was dirty and below expectations. The fact there were jeans in the closet was enough indication that the place was n Likes: I didn’t. It looked nothing like the pictures. Dislikes: It was dirty. The table wasn’t clean, there was hair on the sheets, someone’s jeans in the closet, hair on the bathroom floor. I left early the next morning. It was way beyond expectations and I will never book a stay there again.

I liked the lively neighborhood around it. It was also pretty easy to drive into DC from there. It was good to have a kitchen, but there are restaurants downstairs too

Nice place, easy to find an access, and great location. Bed is comfy but my bathroom was dirty.

Clean, quiet, 3x visitor Clean, comfortable, quiet. Stayed here 3 times and it’s always a great spot for bar hoping or a quick family trip. There is a farmers market every Saturday one block from this location. This is our go-to spot for visiting Del Ray for the last 3 years.

This place is in a great location! You're right on the strip of Del Ray's amazing restaurant scene where you have multiple eatery options right at your doorstep. We stayed here for a few nights with our baby and Golden Retriever. This is a perfect landing spot if you're looking to explore the DC and Northern Virginia area. If you have a car, there's reserved parking available that's behind your building. Some other posts mentioned issues with AC. It was muggy in the room when we first arrived but after we adjusted the AC, we didn't have any issues through the rest of our stay. For reference, it was low 80's and very humid outside so that was refreshing to see! Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for an affordable stay with a lot of great walkable options with parking available to go site seeing!

I had a wonderful stay. I was traveling on business and was not familiar with the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the simple room layout, good price point, quality amenities in the room. New modern appliances everything you need for a short or longer stay. Full fridge, full size stove and oven, microwave, well stocked dishes, silverware and cookware. Washer/dryer in the basement a little out of the way but not a major problem $0.50/load. Limited drawer space manageable, and I appreciated the simple furniture layout and the access to roku! I would love to stay again if the price point is right.

Absolutely LOVED the location of this place. Walking distance to everything you might need! Very safe and kid and dog friendly neighborhood. I will absolutely be back!

It was a great stay and I would recommend it! Comfortable and convenient. Great location. Likes: Spacious, comfortable, great location, kitchen stocked with needed utensils so we could cook meals. Good customer service - they respond quickly when you have questions or concerns. Dislikes: The shower needs attention. There was a leak on the shower head, but they responded to the concern when we reached out. It’s nice that they have shampoo, conditioner, and soap…but the products were old and musty smelling and needed to be replaced. Overall, these were just small things and won’t prevent us from staying again!

Room was not clean when we arrived. Location great and good decor. Can be loud at times as our unit was above the street. They do provide ear plugs. Didn't like the full face scan needed to check in on the app.

I have stayed in this location before, however in a different unit. The unit I stayed in prior was much nicer than this one. The carpet on the step up to the bathroom was old and frayed. The AC remote needed batteries. The kitchen floor needed to be cleaned better. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing and the towel bar in the bathroom was not secure.

Excelente ubicación y muy bien equipado El estudio es perfecto para una estancia breve. Muy buen situado, limpio y muy práctico. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, suficiente espacio en el armario, una nevera muy amplia y un pequeño lavavajillas. Las ventanas aíslan bastante bien del ruido exterior. Detalles que se agradecen: una tostadora, tapones para los oídos, un dispositivo de sonido ambiental, café descafeinado orgánico, 3 libros preciosos y muy interesantes... En la misma calle hay numerosos restaurantes, una farmacia, una pastelería, una escuela..., y los sábados por la mañana un farmer's market 😉

The room was great. The registration was a nightmare and the support was terrible. Absolutely no human contact and the “robotic support” I received was condescending and of very little help. For example: we needed an extra blanket. Despite multiple requests NEVER got one. I have traveled all over the world and consider this among the worst experiences of my life

An impersonal, digitized, unpleasant place to stay. like an extended stay without a front desk or free breakfast. Not at all in line with the typical Air BnB experience.

Easy& quick early check in

Regret to give glowing review so it won’t get full . I t was great . I actually regret placing a glowing review because I want this location to be available every time I visit Alexandria Delray it was wonderful .Clean and inviting and responsive to addition requests . Just a suggestion to check over sink stoppers are in working g order . This was corrected quickly . Also lower the medicine cabinet . Good addition for full mirror 🪞

I’m sure Kasa offers good stays... It was most likely my experience at the specific unit i stayed in that left a bad impression on me. When I first arrived, there was a really bad smell coming from the sink area that never went away. Not a big deal but would bother me. I also couldn’t enjoy the tv because the remote batteries were dead. Luckily i had a pair of batteries with me. The walls are pretty thin and i could hear every conversation out in the hall or outside on the sidewalk. So if you are a light sleeper, i would not recommend. On the last day my unit lost power so that was unfortunate. I didn’t make a big deal out of it as I was leaving anyway, but it was just inconvenient. Other than that, the unit was pretty clean and it was an easy check-in/out process. SIDE NOTE— there is a $20 non-refundable fee for damaged property. The other choice is a $220 hold on your cc but I thought that was just too much.

Had a terrific time at Kasa! I highly recommend staying here if you need a small place to stay while visiting Del Ray or wanting to be close to Old Town without being in the middle of the noise.

It was nice. Very responsive host and there is a phone number if you need it for immediate service. The side streets are dark, but the area seems very quiet and safe. No issues. Thanks for having me.

Was able to accommodate a last minute booking and just what I needed for a few days stay. Walking distance to a ton of food options.

This is a great studio located in a cute older building right in the middle of some of Del Ray best restaurants and coffee shops. The studio was very comfortable, a nice open space. It was the perfect place to stay if you are planning to stay in the cute Del Ray neighborhood. It is full of friendly people, families and dogs! Close to old town but far enough away to be just perfect!

Very cute and great location. Kasa was quick to respond and the room was very clean.

Great place! Exactly as pictured, but it didn’t mention the stairs to get up to the units. Very easy check-in and check-out. Having all of the kitchenware already there was very useful, and the supply closet in the hall was great when I needed things like more toilet paper. The AC worked well, too!

It was in a quiet and safe location. Also had restaurants in walking distance and shopping and grocery stores as well. The stay was clean and comfortable with no issues. Definitely look forward to using Kasa again.

We found some roaches in our room. The kitchen floor was dirty (when wiping it with a cloth the cloth was all black) and the carpet looks really old. The mouth trap underneath the sink is not a good sign either…This place needs a complete upgrade

Would stay here again, great location. Love Del Ray!

I don't think paying almost $1,000 for 5 days is not worthed. The room and bathroom are very small. The carpet was too old and needed to be replaced. I am pretty sure the carpet was clean but since it was old , it looked dirty.
