Likes: The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The location was excellent very near (easy walk) to countless restaurants and music venues. Very near the University. The following dings prevented a 5 of 5-star rating! The garage passkey did not work which caused check-in anxiety. Two spoons in the kitchen. The shower curtain needs replacement. No battery in the bedroom TV remote.

Some issues but overall good stay Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.

Great stay with seamless check in and check out Likes: Clean, spacious and close to a lot of places Dislikes: Parking situation when checking in was a bit tedious but very clear instructions made it easy.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay! Great location, amenities and modern and bright apartment with everything accurately listed.

Great spot but could use a nice cleaning (it was pretty dusty). The lockbox entry was also broken at the elevator.

Great location and amenities. The pool was wonderful. Comfortable and spacious and the price was better than hotel rooms downtown.

Had an amazing stay!

Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros of this place. The room was located right on the street and you could hear people talking outside and all the noise from the street, including garbage trucks at 6am. It was also very loud outside the door in the hallway. We could hear a service door being opened and closed and people talking in the lobby. We also didn’t have more than 7ish minutes of hot water in the shower. Lastly, on our last night, the fire alarm went off 3 different times. When I went to the front desk, they said something in the fire panel was setting it off and the fire department was there but they had to wait for a tech to turn off the fire alarm. We got very minimal sleep on our trip and were disappointed in our room. I was also shocked to see that other people have had these same exact issues in the past (hot water heater not working properly and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night). Kasa must own several different rooms in this building but you don’t know where your room will be located until you check in. There were only 2 rooms that we saw on the first floor. The building itself is in a good location in downtown Austin but our room placement was horrible. I would recommend you spend a little bit more money to stay in a hotel and guarantee you’ll get quality sleep.

Positives: Exciting location near lots of bars and restaurants. Big apartment in nice building. Huge balcony with a good view of the city. Very comfortable bed. Negatives: Did not match the photos. Furniture in kitchen and living room seemed thrown together and was uncomfortable. Loud thumping music from nearby clubs until 2 am. Window covering over window right above the bed was sheer and off-white. So it was very bright very early. Huge balcony only had 2 small metal chairs and 1 small table.

Perfect place to stay in Austin! Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops right outside the building door. The apartment was extremely clean, and the building amenities (pool and gym) were great.

Great place

Great space, easily accessible, very communicative hosts. Arrival instructions were very complete- perhaps a list of bullet points may have made it easier to maneuver? Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The location was walkable to everything which was the goal! Restaurants, parks, coffee, and the capital were all just a short walk away. It was fun hearing all of the downtown bustle both in the evening and in the mornings.

Great location great space

The location is top notch. Check in requires a bit of attention but isn’t bad and I don’t think merits a downgrade in the review. The set up of this apartment/hotel complex downtown could not be more convenient once situated. The host is very responsive.

The place was wonderful. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved that it came with a lot of often overlooked items like an iron, hair dryer, dish sponge, laundry detergent. They really did think of every detail. We loved the big windows overlooking downtown Austin. We'd definitely stay here again.

Kasa was super quick to all correspondence and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay - the place was spotless and really comfy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin! And our fave eating spot was Torchies Tacos… yum! Thanks for a great stay!!

Our place was spacious, clean, modern, great location, easy to get in and out by car or on foot. Large bathroom, great kitchen. Nice balcony. Fitness room. Management was very responsive to our requests. It was a special place to stay.

We had a great stay here. We especially loved that it was so walkable to virtually everything we wanted to do.

Great location but be aware there is bar, music noise till 2 am. It was ok with us because we were worn out but not if you’re a light sleeper. Nice large, clean space.

Great stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location and close to everything. The unit was very spacious and modern. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an awesome stay!

Overall, great place to stay--lots of space, clean and quiet. The arrival is a l little challenging--but basically you have to make a temp stop through the sales office parking area, go up, get the access keys and come back down and move your car into the overnight parking from the sales office parking. This does mean you need to leave your car and stuff, and then come back. The apartment access is secure and everything feels good once inside. The apartment is part of a large development with several Kasa units and presumably leased/purchased regular units. The location is in urban downtown Austin, and the same caution used in any big city should be applied here.

If you want Downtown Austin, this is it. Everything is an easy walk from the apartment. Nice, clean space. Efficient check-in/out process, which is made a little more difficult if you’re parking a car. Overall exactly as advertised.

Lovely place. Ideal location. Everything we needed for a short trip. Plenty of space.

Extremely loud location at nights and weekends. Somehow the air vents combined with adjacent street layout funnel sounds from nearby clubs into the unit. You will need earplugs to sleep. It feels like you are in a club.

Lovely property. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay! Sadly we only found the shower curtain at the end of our stay hidden in the laundry space. Overall the place is just awesome

Great spot

Great place to stay. A dozen restaurants and stores are located just outside the property. Was clean and spacious. I will stay here again in the future.

Great deal in the heart of DT Austin. Bed was so comfortable I bought one to replace my current mattress.

Amazing place to stay, right in the center of downtown so there’s lots to do within walking distance. The place is very cozy and makes you feel like a home away from home. The host is amazing as well behind just a text away to assist you with anything you may need.

Well explained check in instructions which made it fast and easy . Great location with everything walking distance. The views from the apartment are great and it overall makes you feel like home.
