Location, communication by text with staff, full kitchen, w/d I unit, NO CARPETING-so sanitary! LOVED IT!

Girls 50th birthday trip! An amazing property! Highly recommend. We were on a girls trip and it was perfect!

great location and amenities.

Very nice hotel! Everything was very clean, and the location is great.

Highly recommend staying at The Guild on Lavaca St Outstanding service, great amenities and perfect location! Close to great restaurants, shopping and the bus stop. It was also a short walk to Congress bridge to watch the bats at sunset. Our daughter (14 yrs old) enjoyed playing the records in our room... fun surprise to have a record player. We all loved the pool! Would stay at a Guild again! It exceeded our expectations.

Great Value in Austin This was a very nice place, clean, had a full kitchen (even know we didn't us it). I terms of places to stay in downtown Austin, it was a great value.

Good family trip Great

I loved the property! Room was extremely clean. It was a full 1 bedroom apartment. I didn't want to check out. I will be staying here again.

Best Place to Stay in Austin The Guild Lavaca is the only place to stay if you plan to stay downtown Austin with your family! The apartment was in. Great location, huge apartment, amazing balcony, and the people are so nice and accommodating!

Great place & location, Confusing communication Excellent location and place to stay. Perfect distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. Clean, new, and huge. Would definitely stay again. However, be prepared for a confusing check in process. The company still seems to have a lot of kinks to work out regarding effective communication (automated messages often were not timed appropriately or contradicted information we had already discussed or changed.) Cleaning person also showed up to clean the unit after I had already checked in. The unit was clearly cleaned already so I assume this was another breakdown in communication between the company and staff. All this being said, it’s worth overlooking the kinks to stay here again. Hope they become a better oiled machine bc this place is worth staying.

Amazing location and the pool is protected from onlookers and noise.

Great accommodations! Good location! I’ll be back soon!

Absolutely loved this stay! They have thought of everything and the communication was timely and modern. Definitely plan to come back for a longer weekend and enjoy the beautiful pool. Great location for anyone going to a concert at ACL live. Only confusion was the elevator, had other residents help us out because it was obvious to them that we were new. Everyone was super friendly!

Loved the location, the modernness of the unit. We old folks did have some technical issues with the fob for parking and with the room card working in elevator, and in general the manner of communication (forms to be completed were sent to my husband and he did not relay the information to me) (fancy coffeemaker) but all worked out just fine. The accommodations and room amenities were top notch. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.
