This airbnb is run by a company that seems to use AI to respond to guest messages. The auto generated responses were very prompt, but usually did not address the question or concern at hand. These would sometimes be followed up by a real response that would conflict with the original message, or otherwise just be hours later. When calling the number provided, be prepared for hold times and a staffer who is unfamiliar with which property you’re at. Additionally, the noise sensors noted in the description appear to be very sensitive. Watching a movie on the TV at volume 25/100 (at 9pm on a Friday night) triggered 10+ automated messages about excessive noise, with threats about cancelling our stay or charging $500. These are not real noise complaints from tenants or neighbors, just a cash grab. The space was in a fantastic location and was very clean and spacious, but these other factors brought the value down significantly.
