Location was the best part! Dilworth is a beautiful community, and such a short walk or ride from the inner city. The rooms were clean and tidy, with enough space for a kitchenette (all new appliances). 5/5 will stay again!

Overall good experience

Ho soggiornato a Charlotte per prendere parte ad una manifestazione sportiva, purtroppo non ho potuto visitare molto la città. L' alloggio si è rivelato perfetto per le mie esigenze, zona molto tranquilla e ottimamente servita. Ho trovato la stanza in perfetto ordine e molto pulita. Sicuramente consiglierò questa sistemazione ai miei colleghi che nei prossimi mesi arriveranno a Charlotte.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The check in was extremely easy. The common areas were clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice seating area outside. Our room was clean and well stocked with coffee, tea, toiletries and towels. The kitchenette had everything you'd need except for a dish drying rack. Although the bed wasn't the most comfortable, I would still definitely stay here again. Everything else about it was great, including the neighborhood.

First time staying at Kasa Edison House and it was great. In a safe, beautiful neighborhood with many amenities within walking distance. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable but overall it was a very good experience!

Just a lovely homey atmosphere! When I did have any minor problems, a text got answered and all was fine. I felt very comfortable and safe! No oven was not any big deal… I just did not realize and had bought some food for the oven. Mainly for reference for others.

Wonderful neighborhood, tidy and silent. The Appartement was nice and clean. Would recommend it!

While attending a global church conference for 8 nights at my own cost, I was thrilled to find Kasa Edison. It was MUCH more economical than the hotels near the Convention Center, but only 1.7 miles to walk. The Dilworth Historic neighborhood was a beautiful walk to start and end my day. Arriving in the morning from WI I was approved for early checkin which greatly helped my schedule. Kasa 15 was on the 2nd floor-no elevator but I only had to haul the suitcase up once🙂 Temperature was comfortable with no option for individual room control. Nice fan/heater in the room and a ceiling fan. Kasa 15 studio/queen was perfect with a comfortable bed, nice bedding, towels, pillows, cooktop, toaster, microwave, nice size refrigerator, Keurig, plenty of coffees, black and herbal tea, hot pot (I had to send a message to learn the cord was inside😂)paper towels, dish detergent and scrub sponge, salt/pepper, olive oil. Just enough dishes, utensils, pans, bowls, but maybe add a few smaller containers with lids to store food. I walked to the Harris Teeter grocery 2 blocks away and bought everything to make all healthy breakfasts and lunches to take for the day. The TCBY store was a nice frozen yogurt treat one evening. There were lots of nearby restaurants but no opportunity to try any. The bathroom was very nice, large shower with rain head, body wash, lotion, shampoo, cream rinse. Great lighting. It took awhile to find the drain release behind the faucet. Dresser and hooks for clothing in the room. The patio was very relaxing. I finally figured out where all the valves were, but then did not have time to enjoy a fire. On check out I was able to wait in the common area while observing the final conference meetings on my computer before going to the airport for a late afternoon flight. The restroom and water station there were a nice feature. My only complaint was difficulty finding my favorite news programs and sports-many options required subscriptions. I never found Spectrum for which I have a account. The check in was new to me and the codes to enter the building the room are given 30 minutes before. It all worked well and was very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this option!

Loved our stay at this adorable, cozy aparthotel in Charlotte. The area is GORGEOUS and so many great restaurants just down the road to walk to. Very cool to see these types of hotels in the US, they are common in europe and make traveling easy when you'd like to stay longer without the huge cost, but still stylish! Will def look out for Kasa's in other cities.

My stay at Kasa Edison House was nothing short of amazing. I was impressed by how clean and well thought out everything was. The attention to detail truly surpassed any hotel experience. Checking in was a breeze and having a virtual assistant available at all hours was a game changer. They were incredibly responsive and answered all my questions promptly. My partner and I stayed in the studio for 3 days and there was more than enough room for the both of us. We never felt cramped, in fact we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was. The location could not have been better. It was a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located making it easy to explore the area. Overall my stay was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Listing wasn’t exactly what I expected it’s smaller then a hotel room BUT it was clean and cozy for the most part and in a beautiful neighborhood I enjoyed many walks around the neighborhood and there and tons of really good testy within walking distance. I’d stay here again

Perfect amount of space for my week stay in Charlotte. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful to walk around. I felt safe at all times of the day/night and was impressed with the building and attention to detail. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and I slept very soundly. Would definitely book again!

Kasa Edison House was located in a very beautiful neighborhood, it was easy to check in and out. The room was outstanding. Me and my wife will book again when in the charlotte area.

Second time staying here….feels a bit like home! My daughter lives two blocks away so we will be back soon!

This property was awesome. Clean, easy to check in and out, nice amenities, very safe. I only gave it a 4 because the last night was not good. The property has central heating and the heater was on all day and night. There was a portable heater/ac… but it was not enough to cool off the room. We tried to even open the window with no success. We could not turn on the fan without turning on the light. So that didn’t work. Needless to say, we had a miserable nights sleep. But other than that, everything was great.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay here! We loved the small kitchen and items provided, everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and the virtual front desk was easily navigated. The only slight dock of points was my husband did not find the bed to be comfortable, as it seemed to sink in the middle. We actually stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon road trip and they even put a petal heart on the bed for us! We had a wonderful time here, and found many things nearby to do in the adorable surrounding area, and definitely recommend!

Tha Kasa Edison House was a very pleasant place to stay. Our room had a kitchenette, a large bath room, and convenient to downtown Charlotte. It is a quiet neighbor hood and free parking at the apartment building. The room only had one decorative chair which wasn’t comfortable to sit in and it did not have a table.

Small room with a kitchenette and full refrigerator. Nicely done. The room only had one chair that was more of a decoration that sitting and there was no usable table other than the night stand tables.

quiet little place with everything you need for a short stay. Process was super easy, just walk-in walk-out, no hassle. Place was clean and very nice. Would recommend, and will stay again on my next visit

I had a great experience at Kasa Edison in Charlotte! A bit out of my comfort zone to only have checkin and all process digital but it was so smooth, efficient, informative and friendly! My room was beautiful, clean, felt very new and had everything I needed! The location was awesome, I walked everywhere for meeting appointments in Charlotte and also had some nice downtime at a park and restaurant.

This was a very nice, clean apartment. Perfect size for one person, maybe two. The locations was excellent! We were walking distance to downtown, a beautiful park and lots of restaurants!

This was such a relaxing stay! The Kasa Airbnb was so cozy and felt right at home while visiting the city of Charlotte! This location was in a beautiful area, seamless check in/check out. This Airbnb looked just like the photos! Would love to visit again! Thanks!

Stayed here multiple times and loved both rooms. Kitchenette is so convenient with everything you need and the free off-street parking saves you $25-$75 over Uptown hotels. Love the Kasa model with the codes, etc.

It was a great stay in a great location! Beautiful bedding and very clean. Although I did not expect to be so close to fellow guest house mates it was still perfect for the night.

Check-in wasn’t until 4pm and my flight landed at 11am. Thankfully they were able to accommodate an early check-in time. The place was cute and had plenty of restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance.

Nice place to stay for a work trip. Very quiet during the week but during the weekend you could hear the neighboring visitors watch TV

Location was ideal, area was safe, and everything was in a 5 minute drive! Definitely will be back in the future!

Absolutely perfect. I think the only down side is that parking gets a little tight. But there’s a lot of street parking in the neighborhood.
