It works. Clean comfortable place in a calm neighborhood. Very walkable to restaurants and Harris Teeter supermarket.
My big negatives are: its virtual front desk. Check out is 11:00 am and unlike a hotel, you can't just leave the bags anywhere.
If you are working on the day of checkout, you can't just carry everything around. If you have a vehicle, then you can leave the bags in vehicle; I guess. But if you don't have a vehicle, check out day can be a pain.
Also, unlike other Kasa Living places, this one is bare bone. No fitness center or in room laundry. There is no in-building laundry either. Rooms are small.
Overall, you just have to know what you are getting into. The place itself is very safe and well maintained. I would stay here again, but you just have to be prepared and take into account all the above aspects.
