This is a very unique property. We stayed in one of the older buildings. I love the fact that there was a nice machine. The instructions to find it were incorrect but staff soon sorted that out. Storing our luggage for us for six hours was gold. The location cannot be beaten. I highly recommend this property.

Great location and improveble service. In my opinion room windows need darker curtains and cleaning service should be a Likes: Perfect location if you want to be around ocean drive, Lincoln avenue area. Dislikes: At first the virtual service is a little confusing. Not having your towels changed or room cleaned for 4 nights is a bit much. Rooms don’t black out completely and cleaners hoovering the corridor carpets at 10am is not what you expect when trying to have some rest.

Perfect location to beach, restaurants, and shopping. You will not regret staying here! Location is so perfect you most likely won’t need a car. Only downside, they only provide housekeeping every 4th day so plan for icky, sandy floors. Staff was very helpful.

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this apartment. The hosts were excellent throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive via chat, always replying almost immediately and helping us out whenever we had a question. That level of communication made everything very easy and stress-free. The location is fantastic. Española Way is probably the nicest street in all of South Beach, full of charm, great restaurants, and a really vibrant atmosphere. We loved spending time there, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment itself is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax. One thing to be aware of is that it can get quite noisy at night since the apartment overlooks Española Way. However, we actually found the lively atmosphere and background chatter to be part of the experience and really enjoyed it. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided for guests who are more sensitive to noise, although we never felt the need to use them. Would gladly revisit!

The moldy air was unbearable. Likes: Location. Dislikes: The moldy air in the room was unbearable. As soon as I entered the building I could smell mold. The room had overpowering smell of sweet scent like if somebody was trying to cover up the moldy odor. After one night there I woke up sick from mold and got an asthma flare up. I am highly allergic to it and this was extremely unpleasant experience.

Excellent stay, central location on busy restaurant area but perfect peaceful and quite one in room. Comfy and clean with very helpful call centre if any issues arise - we got locked out of our room and blowed the electric and both problems were fixed quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this company for your stay

We booked with Kasa el paseo a few months ago and really really liked it, easy check in, whats app text with a real person that helped us through everything and no hidden deposit or extra costs popping up. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back. Too bad it wasn't the same anymore, I booked the room online for 99$ up on arrival I had to do a pre check in that turned out to ask for either an extra $20 for security of room damages or a $250 hold. You won't know about that until you booked the room. Transparency would have been welcome. Second the chat "person" you interact with now is straight AI and before I even checked in at 6pm they would blow up my phone by sending me the same mail back to back, it was super annoying. They had something good going when they started out, it felt good booking and being there, like people doing business with people. Now its just the same as everywhere else. Monetized to the T and just mechanical.

The check-in and check-out process was clear and seamless. The parking instructions were also clear and the paid parking was generally convenient. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless and great water pressure in the showers. But it would have been nice to have a chair or two in the apartment and a microwave available. Overall, our experience was positive.

The property is right in the heart of a busy street. Although being convenient and close to the beach, it is not a great location for a hotel. We had read about the noise before but didn't realise how bad it would be - the chicken shop opposite our room played music with heavy bass until late at night. Even without the noise, the street lights remain on all night and the windows only have inadequate blinds that let pretty much all of the light in. A really easy way to help both of these issues is to get some insulating blackout blinds that will help with both the light and also block out some more of the noise, and it's absolutely crazy that there isn't any already given how cheap this would be to do. When we checked in the door lock said it was critically low on battery. Luckily we arrived early enough that the staff were still workined, we raised this straight away and it was dealt with before we needed to leave but otherwise we would have been locked out with no way to get back in.

I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, but there was no staff member available at the reception. As a result, I did not receive the access code to my room until an hour after my arrival. The room furnishings were very basic and below expectations. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned at any point during my six-day stay. The hotel’s location was the only positive aspect of my experience.
