Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer und es war komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt und es is toll, dass man im Espanola way bei vielen Restaurants etwas Discount bekommt. Lärm hat uns nicht gestört, wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Es war leicht zu finden und mit den Türcodes sehr einfach zugänglich. Zoll für uns.

Perfect place to stay the night before our cruise. Lots of good restaurants close by and the beach is within walkable distance. The walk/run path down the beach was t too far away either. Certainly enjoyed staying here.

Fabulous, short, sweet, spot on location, easy. Likes: The room was immaculate when I walked in. Cozy, clean, well-maintained. I appreciated the size of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom as well. If I stayed longer I would've absolutely used the beach chairs and towel to go to the beach. I even appreciated the cookie wafers next to the coffee maker. The location was exceptional right in the middle of Espanola way, and so close to so many other bars and restaurants. I also appreciated how even though I definitely heard loud music late into the night, there was a sound machine provided to help go to sleep. I will definitely be back here. Dislikes: I think adding a breakfast component would've made the experience even better, though I'm not sure if there was a main lobby to the restaurant. It would've been great to meet other guests.

We had a wonderful stay and are leaving very happy! Everything was on point from start to finish. The check-in process was very easy, and the location is perfect—very central and just two blocks from the beach. The hosts were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions, which made everything even easier. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Really nice location. Can walk to the Beach. Their are alot of restaurants nearby. The only bad thing is no parking but they did have valet parking for the hotel and it cost me an extra 50 bucks with tip. Also they had a lot of restaurants outside my window playing loud music. But they did give you ear plugs. Plus their was alot of Argentina fans and their just won the fifa game against England and are going to the finals so they were really celebrating.

I had a really lovely time. It was a nice hotel. They gave you beach towels, which was really nice if you forgot yours. The only bad thing is that their was no parking. I had to fo valet parking which was an extra 50 bucks with tip and I did not see an elevator so I had to carry my bags upstairs. It was a little loud because the restaurant was just outside playing loud music and their was a lot of Argentina people their and they just won their fifa game against England, so they were celebrating going to the finals. But the hotel did give you ear plugs. I loved the shampoo and conditioner they had on sight. It was in walking distance to the beach.

Tienes descuentos en todos los restaurantes y bares de la calle por estar alojados ahí, además también tienes hamacas en la playa por estar alojados en este hotel. Volveremos sin duda.

This location did not have staff onsite, odd but I guess this is where AI is taking us. There was a phone number on the wall to call where I spoke with someone that looked up my reservation and sent me an email with details on how to find and access my room. I had to get assistance from another person staying there to find my room. The check in process was unwelcomed stress, I was able to finally find the building number. The process of entering a code at the building gate, another code to a door that led to another door where my room was available but not without entering another code was too much. The property was very nice, but I welcome the human aspect of assistance if issues like this arise, none was available. My check in was 4 pm and yes I was there at 4 pm.

Staying at Kasa El Paseo was great! Being right on Española Way was fun since there was tons of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We were here in Miami Beach for Supercon, so the 5 min drive/15 min walk to the convention center was super convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the extra snacks! The only thing is that the front door and windows allowed for some outside noise to leak in, but that’s expected of such a busy pedestrian area. The staff provided the earplugs for those who need to block out the noise. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area!

Great stay The room was small but nice. The bed was big and super comfortable. It’s a great spot to wake up and go outside and immediately hit up some great bars and restaurants though it can get a bit noisy at night if you’re trying to sleep. Great price and location for our plans for the weekend

Great hotel in a great area BUT be aware that there are NO elevators, there is a front desk but there is NO ONE physically present at that desk during the day/night. The hotel is managed REMOTELY from Los Angeles via phone (they are helpful though via text). When you arrive you MUST have your confirmation number so you can check in remotely using a QR code at the front door so you can get your room # and code so you can access your room (which was difficult for us because we were in a noisy area and it was difficult to understand the gal on the phone. She was patient though which was great. Our room only has outdoor metal stairs up to the 2nd floor and we will have lots of heavy suitcases to bring up tomorrow then back down the next day which will be difficult and we hope it won't be raining. Towels for the beach are provided. The front desk area does accept Amazon deliveries and there is also a supply closet that has extra toilet paper, etc. Bathroom mirror has great lighting. Good beds with lots of pillows, good TV with Roku, great room lighting, there is a safe. There are two entrances and multiple buildings. Housekeeping helped us find our room because it was tricky and there was no signage to lead us there.
