I LOVED my stay here… check-in was a breeze, the room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. It was clean, quiet, and charming. The location was awesome and in walking distance of everything I needed. A special shoutout to the on-site hotel concierge, Jose. He was so friendly and helpful and made sure to always ask if I needed anything else in the room… more coffee, bath towels, beach towels, etc. 5 stars for Jose!

My husband and I wish we could’ve stayed longer… we had a king bed that was super comfortable and we loved the overall charm of our room. They also supplied really great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A little bit loud in the evening but to be expected as we were along a pedestrian only street with several restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the location just needed earplugs to fall asleep. We also had a sound machine already in our room which helped with the noise as well. Would stay again!

Só achei confuso o check in, pois a explicação não chega antes, e se você não tiver wi fi na hora, fica na rua. Não tem atendente à noite. E achei ruim o sinal da TV. Fui no início da Copa do Mundo e não consegui ver o primeiro jogo do Brasil, pois durante toda minha estadia o wi fi não funcionou no quarto e sem wi fi não tem TV. Achei bem ruim isso. O atendente disse que ia resolver, mas não conseguiu e ficou por isso mesmo.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, great sleep, I honestly couldn't hear any noise from the party downstairs, but just in case you are sensitive, there are ear plugs for your convenience. The communication was amazing, anything you need, they will take care of you, I even asked for an early check out at 1pm, and no problem, they provided that. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, regardless if you are a couple or coming here with your elderly mother to show her Miami Beach.

I was a little hesitant about booking this hotel because I am used to staying at well known hotel chains. I could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hotel is so cute and conveniently located. The beds and pillows are comfy, and the bathroom is a nice size. I loved the shower pressure and the sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Sure it's loud; this is South Beach. But with the provided earplugs, we all slept just fine. I was also unsure of how this setting would be for a family, and it turned out to be great. The room is plenty big for the four of us.

I stayed at the Kasa for 6 nights, the hotel itself was very clean and great great location, but unfortunately my stay was not very great. Wifi was not working for 2 days and it took them 1 day to get it fixed even after I complained. 3. At the time of check out I asked if we could have a late check out by 1 hour ie. from 11am to 12pm as it was pouring rain outside, they refused 4. My flight was later I the evening, so asked if they had a place I could store my luggage which was also refused ( I had to be out in the pouring rain with my luggage). Altogether this absolutely did not create a good guest experience for me. So if you care about guest experience or any of the above this may not be the place to stay at.
