The location was awesome and the customer service was excellent. One minor thing to consider before booking is the location. It was very lively Saturday night and the noise was noticeable inside the room. Especially the echoing from people accessing the common areas (live music from Espanola way, the electronic door lock tones and people traversing the stairs). There was a “white noise” machine in the room and using the chirping cricket sound setting helped mask the majority of this. That being said, if you are booking this location it’s likely because you will be out having fun and making the noise anyway.

Parfaitement situé pour visiter à pied South Beach. Bonne literie. Quartier latino festif assez cher , musique très forte la nuit mais nous avons apprécié les bouchons d’oreilles laissés à disposition dans la chambre. Le seul bémol est le parking , très difficile à trouver à minuit et ne parlant pas anglais ! Il y a des Vallet qui prennent 40$/ jour , bon à savoir il y a des parkings situés entre océan drive et l’hôtel qui sont à 20$/jour

Had a great stay at El Paseo! It was great to have easy access to everything in Miami from shopping to the beach to great restaurants downstairs!

Miami visit Hotel is located in pedestrian area with lots activity. Our room faced back so noise wasn’t an issue for us. They did have earplugs at bedside. The television had to pair with your phone and use your own app to view. No ice machine that we could locate. NO elevator!!so beware that you have take your luggage up the stairs. Great location, few blocks from south beach- lots restaurants and stores in walking distance. Overall great stay

Overall, I would say that the experience was good. The check in process was simple and actually made things in my opinion, alot easier than checking in at an actual front desk. The virtual front desk was very convenient and they were always quick to reply via text message. The link that they provide has everything you need. Through out the trip they would also periodically check in on you to make sure you had a good stay. The room had everything that we needed for our stay and the hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, beach, and everything else all well within walking distance. We were able to cast to the TV to watch some of our favorite shows. There were some minor issues with WiFi connectivity, but we worked past that and that didn't effect our visit. I only had a few small issues during my stay. One I would say was the amount of noise that comes from the hallway. I thought that there would be alot of city noise, but due to our rooms location, we didn't have any of that. The only noise we had was the constant conversations in the hallway (which I will never understand why people feel that is the place to do it) and the need for people to open and close their door numerous times throughout the morning. I also wish that we would have gotten one of the rooms on the outside with some sort of view, our only view was of the the windows of other rooms. Despite these couple of things, I would still say that our experience overall was good, the virtual front desk was simple/easy, the staff were always attentive and replied back almost immediately to text messages and were helpful, polite and courteous.

The Good. The Not So Good. What I would have done differently. We checked into the hotel on a Wednesday and checked out on Friday. We did not get as much street noise as others may have experienced. The room did not have a balcony and was not on the street side. The Good Room size Space was large. Had a one bdrm. with two queen beds, living space included vinyl futon, vinyl chair and small kitchen table with two plastic chairs, Floor was painted battleship grey surrounded by a Spanish tile Room location The hotel is located on a small pedestrian street with a couple of good restaurants. Hotel provides a card to get 15% discounts for restaurants located on the street Beach is located 2 blocks away. Reasonable price Decent price for the area. EST ~$139.00 per night The Not so Good No Cable TV Instructions was provided in the room on how to connect your personal device to the tv, but I was not successful, so we watched TV in the evening gathered around a personal laptop Slow Internet access The internet was not consistent. Frequently experienced delays while streaming on the laptop Furniture outdated -See Room size Virtual Check in process The hotel provided the address of the main hotel instead of the actual building where I had reserved a room. After dragging the luggage upstairs (no elevators in the first building) I found an employee who said I was in the wrong building. The person called someone else, and they came over and helped us find the location/room. He provided instruction /and the combination to get the room key and explained how to open the doors. The second night we found someone standing outside the door who was also struggling to check in. We showed him how to open the box to get the envelope for the room key. There are no names on the envelope just numbers. Nothing is provided by the hotel to let you know which envelopes is associated with each guests The man took all the envelopes out of the box and wandered off to find his family. If anyone tried to check in, they would have not found their keys. Parking Valet Parking is $35.00 per day. We opted to park at 16th/Washington Street, two blocks away for $20.00 per night. The parking garage does not offer in and out service like the valet. What would I do differently. Pay more for a hotel on Ocean Center Drive or Collins that offered parking, tv, internet, front desk with a slightly better location.

La ubicación es excelente, una zona muy concurrida y agradable con muchos servicios a corta distancia (supermercado, bares, farmacias, etc...). El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy equipado y cómodo. En nuestro caso hubieramos necesitado dos camas sparadas en uno de los dormitorios, ambas camas son de dos plazas. Igualmente lo pudimos resolver con un sofa cama que hay en el living. Por lo demas todo perfecto, altamente recomendable.

The location was great, check-in was a little tricky but it was virtual so it’s expected. The space was big, great amenities. Would stay again.

Issues as checking in with a very noisy room (music, singing, drums all evening long every night) on 2nd floor on Espanola Way. When we requested to be moved to a quieter room, it took over 2 hours to get anyone's assistance. The hotel has no one onsite to assist with issues, and instead you are directed to a call center where the people are not empowered to do anything, except give polite responses (and without solving issues).

This hotel is in a decent location. Close by to many restaurants, primarily cuban cuisine with the exception of a few pretty good Italian restaurants that this hotel offers 15% off at. At El Paeso you are two blocks away from the beach. The beach club offers two lounge chairs but an umbrella for extra charge of 21$. In addition you are two blocks away from ocean drive and Lincoln Rd for any shopping and nightlife. This is a decent hotel and great for low maintenance travelers. The hotel room was clean but nothing special. This hotel is similar to just a Airbnb stay. At the beginning they could not accommodate our early check in request unfortunately which left us waiting in the heat for a few hours. A 4pm check in is kinda steep to competitors standard 3pm check in. Virtual help was okay but I suggest calling rather then talking to virtual guide because responses are extremely generic. Overall 4/5 and would recommend.

great location great location, but noisy as you are on the busiest street in Miami beach. Close to all the best restaurants in town. Good vibe, easy walk to the beaches. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if possible

Great location with beautiful clean rooms. Close to all attractions around south beach, the restaurants, beach, shops etc, hotel is in a busy area but my room on block 3 was very quiet, I will always stay here when in Miami.

Nice, clean and in a good position at Miami Beach. Good restaurants and near the beach to have a relax time. The room was bigger that I thought. Beds were comfortable and the check-in procedure was simple and easy. Thank you for everything.

Great location at the 15 th street end of South Beach. Lovely restaurant district. Yet the rooms are quiet and with my earplugs I slept well. Convenient for everything you need to have a great stay. Nice, clean rooms and a bathroom door xx

DISHONEST - STAY CLEAR! They have a policy in writing on Booking.com of only requiring a deposit for future reservations if a higher fare is booked. Then they suddenly demanded payment in full ($800 for a reservation 8 months away). When their manager was contacted by Booking, they would not honor their written policy. The Kasa El Paseo in Miami Beach, FL, is conveniently located to everything South Beach offers. The Kasa went above and beyond to make our vacation the best. Unfortunately, we had two reservations due to a misunderstanding on the travel dates with my group. After our first night, we had to check out because we had a one-night reservation, which created an issue with the hotel check-in on the 2nd day. We were initially booked in a deluxe one-bedroom queen/queen bed, but they upgraded us to a Deluxe two-bedroom king/queen with a kitchen. We were staying six more nights, so they definitely made our day. A few minor details provided before check-in would have made things easier: (1) include information on the beach chair and towel (2) Provide check-out information in the initial email or send an email last evening before check-out. (3) Location of trash removal (4) Towel exchange. Kasa provides an email, phone call, and text option with questions. I used all three and had a response within minutes. If you are looking for a great place to eat, the restaurants around the hotel have excellent food that is reasonably priced. Many reviews mentioned loud noise, and we did not experience any noise based on the unit we stayed. Kasa El Paseo is an excellent place within minutes of the beach, with shopping, entertainment, and great food. Also, you will not need a car if you stay at the Kasa El Paseo. A big shout out to Celine + Team Kasa for all their help answering questions.

Perfect location close to everything around. Easy access and entered into a very clean room with two big comfortable beds. Perfect for friends trip. Asked for a room in the back from the Main Street. And can’t hear anything from the party going on outside there. No need for earplugs in this room.

Cool hotel in a great location. It can get a little loud at night but the ear plugs left in the room take care of that. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was exactly as in the picture. Very nice and updated. The location was great. The downside is be ready to carry/pull luggage and belongings because it is a half a block from either side street. Be prepared to pay over $30 a day in parking which is at least a block or more away. It was a great stay nonetheless. Would stay there again now knowing the process.
