Great location and very clean. Would definitely recommend this spot.

My sisters and I booked Kasa El Paseo for a girls weekend. The location was superb! We were in walking distance of the beach and right about a Cuban restaurant. The concierge staff was completely virtual but extremely responsive to any of our needs. I rate this hotel a 10-10 any day!

This is a great location close to everything we needed in Miami South Beach so no need to drive. Great Restaurant surrounding the facility so will definitely stay again

our room had a strong smell of mold. It bothered my very sensitive and allergic husband! otherwise the communication was perfect. the room was clean and the location is very good. the noise did not bother us.

Friendly staff, our unit was very clean, powerful central AC, and its in a great central location! Depending on where your room is you might hear the noise from espanola way but they provide ear buds and a white noise machine. The ambiance is very much sexy miami winery. The only cons would be valet being $35 and there was a lot of back and forth between what the actual pricing was. I ended up parking at a garage 2 blocks away on 16th and Collins for $20 max. Our shower had a half glass wall so it did get a little cold with the open shower and the floor got damp often. But I would 100% book again!

10 minute walk to the beach , great location and very friendly and polite Staff ! The room was very cozy and clean. There is no cleaning unless you pay 75$ fee . They provide toiletries and beach towels , clean bath towels upon request. You can just send a text message with your request . Make sure you follow pre - registration instructions ( check your emails) in order for your stay to go smoothly. I have seen people waiting by the door and not knowing what to do and the hotel was locked . They have a phone number to call and they answer right away . Communicate with the Staff ahead of time ! I personally had a great experience and will use this hotel again if I ever return to the area .

Super clean! Concise instructions, great location, spacious rooms and the amenities are great! It can be a little loud at night (they provide complementary ear plugs) but hey, it's South Beach! I would definitely stay again!

Good location, close to many restaurants, close to the beach and shops. The hotel offers discounts at some restaurants and also beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach depending on which room you chose (I had to pay $25 to rent an umbrella). Cozy room and comfortable bed. They also have a Vallet service which I highly recommend mainly because it is impossible to park overnight on the streets of Miami Beach. I had to contact the Hotel twice during my stay and the staff were very helpful. Negative point: maybe you can be bothered by the noise. The area has many restaurants and is packed. They provide plug ears in the room in case noise bothers you. The noise of loud music and people talking doesn't get past 2am. It wasn't a problem for me but maybe if you have kids you might not have the same experience.

Fabulous vacation spot The location is great. It’s in the heart of the Espagnola Way. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We met the staff at a Meet and Greet. They were fantastic. Very young and vibrant about the Hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and they supply 2 long chairs. We loved our stay. The only thing I would add is maybe a recycling box so we could be more green.

Interesting..it's a smart hotel no fancy lobby no elevator but nice comfortable clean room with everything (TV, toiletries, iron, mini fridge, shoe rack, coffee machine). Definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed this location, there are some awesome cafes, restaurants, museums and other activities nearby. Parking in the area over the weekend was difficult, so highly suggest the valet service. As a couple who doesn’t really party, it was cool to be near all the night life and singing and feel a part of it all from our balcony! Our room was clean and spacious. Just wish I had known sooner about the yoga on Saturday mornings, and wish there had been a microwave for leftovers. Overall this was a great, prime location for our Miami experience.

Amazing stay at Kasa El Paseo This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it. First, location is absolutely perfect. It is in the core of south beach, next to public transportation (going to airport or downtown in about 25 min), two corners away from the beach, directly next to the best restaurants with highest reviews of all south beach. Despite the fact it is so close to everything, the rooms are surprizingly quiet, probably because many face some kind of inner courtyard, so you don't hear much from the street. Price are really low compared to the other hotels and this is probably because they removed all unnecessary things that are costly: you don't have a person in the lobby 24 /7, they don't have room service, housekeeping etc. However, if you need anything, they are incredible and will help you - they answer emails within the hour, when you arrive it takes less than 2 min to have the door open to check in, and there are plently of little things that make the stay perfect - you will have earplugs by the bed, all toileteries necessary, access to yoga mats, beach towels, etc. You can go change towels or get extra shampoo and other things yourself. They even give you a card that give you 15% off a dozen of restaurants on Espanola way. I even had a birthday cake in the room upon arrival!!! So their service is still amazing and personalised despite a virtual lobby. The only thing to know is that their beach club is actually run by another company, and the hotel arranged that you will have two chairs at the beach, but it does not include the umbrella. We did not know this and came with no money to the beach, and because we did not have 20$ to rent the umbrella, the guy from beach club removed the umbrella where we sat, so it was annoying and we would have wanted to know before. It can also become pricey if you just want to spent like one hour in morning and one in the afternoon and do activities in between to have to pay for shade (which is necessary for my poor canadian skin at +40 degrees celcius). Other than that (and beach club is actually run by another company) the stay was absolutely perfect. I recommend this hotel 100% and if i ever come back to Miami beach, it will be at Kasa El Paseo. Super localisation mais loin de nos attentes. Hôtel bien situé en plein cœur d'Espanola Way avec des super restos et à quelques pas de la plage. L'hôtel offre 15% de rabais dans ses établissements. Par contre, difficile d'accès avec des valises lors du check-in. Il est important de comprendre que Kasa a repris la gestion de l'hôtel en juillet (après notre réservation). Il n'y a donc pas de service sur place (pas de femme de ménage durant notre séjour, pas de clé, tout est digital) Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres et une cuisine complète. Pratique pour une famille de 5 personnes. Par contre, l'hôtel sans l'humidité, difficile d'avoir des serviettes à tous les jours, la propreté est à travailler. La gestion par Kasa de façon virtuel a vraiment nuit à notre séjour. Les personnes qui répondaient à nos questions n'étaient pas sur place et ne connaissaient pas l'établissement. Heureusement qu'Ola était à la réception pour nous aider et répondre à nos questions.

This was such a beautiful hotel. We took the studio King bed room and it was perfect. The beach is literally a five to seven minute walk away. We had the best time. We didn't even need the car we rented and drove down in because everything was walking distance. The beach was so great. The water was warm. There are so many places to eat. We are definitely coming back next year.

Pessima esperienza Purtroppo non mi ritrovo nelle recensioni degli altri. L’ unica cosa positiva dell’hotel è la posizione. Per il resto è stata una pessima esperienza. Nella hall non c è mai nessuno, a nessuna ora del giorno, se hai bisogno devi telefonare. La stanza non è mai stata pulita durante il nostro soggiorno. Lenzuola sfatte, mai pulito il bagno. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, ci è stato risposto che per la pulizia giornaliera è necessario pagare 75 euro al giorno. Ma possibile??? Quindi stanza sporca per 4 giorni. Mi sembra assurdo. Non è presente L ascensione, per cui 4 rampe di scale col bagaglio grande all’arrivo, e stessa cosa alla partenza. Non Ci siamo proprio, pessima esperienza.

LOVED my stay here! Even with limited staff on site, the check in process was still seamless and easy. It is located right on El Paseo Way which was amazing - super close to really great restaurants that have discounts with the hotel (just be sure to show them your room card!) while literally only being a <5 minute walk to the beach. While it is a busier street, I personally didn't really notice much noise and was able to sleep great at night.

Such a nice room. Nothing really bad to say. We knew there would be noise because of the location but you are getting a room off El Paseo so you should know what you are getting. Close to pretty much everything in South Beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Very convenient location, walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Great service by staff. Loved the streaming services feature and access to Netflix + Hulu. Loved the idea of a virtual front desk and online checkin which made everything so much easier.

The place is really beautiful, and the room is so complete. I just don't like the Kasa system that don't need be a attendance in the desk and you must call in a America number. If you doesn't have a simcard, you have problems

Unbeatable location! The room was clean and everything else is well maintained. The beach towels and chaise lounges at the beach are an underated bonus.

What a cute hotel! Its situated on a a pedestrian street featuring a variety of restaurants and bars; you're not far from the fun! My room was nicely appointed and very clean! I appreciated that I was able to cast my preferred shows on the tv which made it feel like home. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the action on Espanola Way. The virtual check in process was easy and made everything seamless!

One of the best kept secrets in South Beach! I love this hotel and always stay here when in town. Great prices, GREAT rooms and FANTASTIC SHOWER! :) Also LOVE the new contactless/virtual check-in! Really nice!

close to everything. hotel staff were great, valet parking damage my car, made several attempts to contact them and never received a response. @$35 per day to park I at least should of received a call back. sad experience because other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, boutique hotel, charming and clean with great AC and friendly staff Located on Espanola Way, a pedestrian-only street with restaurants, vibe felt like Italy or Spain. Charming and clean with excellent AC. Comfy beds and nice towels. They give you beach towels and the beach is about 3 blocks away for an easy walk. Close to everything. Friendly and courteous staff, stairs to third floors added to the charm. We had an interior room and there was no noise. Would stay here again.

Review of El Paseo Hotel I stayed 5 nights at this hotel It was excellent location to the beach - restaurants - shopping. No taxis necessary. Hotel customer service was 6 out if 10. Only two staff were extremely helpful. Take advantage of the wine night and the coffee machine is excellent. One of our rooms had a strong odour. Padmini Toronto

Super Friendly, convenient and great prices. I'm a repeat visitor. I stay at El Paseo at least 2 times a year.. It is connected to my two favorite restaurants in Miami ( 1 Cuban and 1 Italian). When staying you get free beach chairs located 2 blocks from the hotel and a discount at the restaurants located in the charming alley. For 6 years in a row El Pasco has never disappointed and is a special treat that I always look forward to.

Great stay! I really enjoyed my recent stay at El Paseo! The location was ideal! I was in Miami for a conference and was able to walk to the convention center as well as the beach and plenty of other near by spots. The neighborhood felt safe and the staff was friendly and always available. Espanola Way is charming and offered a number of dining options literally right outside the hotel door (and a discount was available at most for hotel guests). Although the street was hopping late into the night, my room was amazingly quiet. I appreciated the boutique feel of the hotel and the cleanliness. All in all, a great stay! Thank you!
