Ótima localização e quarto bem limpo e confortável.

Likes: It was quiet, clean & in the center of many great food venues. Dislikes: There is no one (or rarely anyone) in the lobby. I get “virtual” check in, but it’s not convenient for people who don’t do things all of the time on their phones. It’s too disassociated to the public.

Value for money Likes: Everything in Detail was exceptional. The location was great, room was clean & spacious. Many restaurants & convenient stores around + the beach is like 2 blocks away.

Placentera pero con déficit de servicios de horeleria Likes: Ubicación y habitación Dislikes: No realizan limpieza. No cambian toallas. No hay personal con que comunicarse. El inodoro se tapa constantemente.

Hôtel idéalement placé au cœur de south beach, à même pas 10 min à pieds de la plage. C’est propre, tout est fourni (serviettes de plage compris et chaise longue auprès de blue brothers). Seul petit bemol, le bruit étant situé sur espanola way les restaurants peuvent faire beaucoup de bruit avec la musique mais l hôtel fourni des boules quies donc cela ne m a pas derangé plus que ça! Très rapport qualité prix, je reviendrai sans problème :)

Likes: Hotel bello, check in in automatico comodo con codici, posizione centrale ed è pulito. Dislikes: Letto non troppo comodo, stanza un po piccola e una cosa a sfavore è lo staff che non c'è e puoi comunicare solo tramite whatsapp.

A localização é excelente, na Espanhola way, cheia de restaurantes e muito próxima da Lincoln Road (cheia de lojas e restaurantes). Dá pra ir a pé para esses lugares, para a Ocean Drive e para a praia que ainda oferece 2 cadeiras de praia. O quarto possui bom espaço interno, boas comodidades.

Excelente y hermoso lugar, con una ubicación privilegiada con todo lo hermoso de south beach, sin duda regresaré a este lugar. Baño y productos de aseo geniales, todo muy limpio.

If you require a room with space, soundproofing, an elevator,and functional electrical outlets, I’d look elsewhere. Likes: Location, price, cleanliness. Dislikes: I had to tolerate extremely loud voices/laughter coming from hallway from 12:30 pm till 4 am. Not acceptable amount of time. Actually, that’s the main problem with the stay.There’s no one there for an emergency.i had no hot water one day. It was repaired, & the electric outlet in bathroom was broken. The sink hardly drained adequately & I did report it.

My wife and I, loved it here at kasa el paseo. I thought it was excellent value, rooms very cozy, clean, had all the amenities we needed, and excellent location. We step outside and you’re surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops. I personally didn’t hear noise at night and short walk to the beach. I highly recommend and would return for a nice, clean place to stay with excellent value.

Do not stay here number one they lie about having parking on the ground they don’t second they don’t say it but this ““ hotel is spread out over like eight buildings over like seven blocks and they only give you the address for one I wasted $50 and an hour and a half Trying to check in and unload my car and find parking because these idiots did not mention they were spread out all over the place It was real fun trying to parallel park and make six trips to unload my car and go down a block of a side street where the building is hidden there’s no staff you deal with some fool via text they don’t offer refunds and now I can clearly see why I travel 12 months out of the year two weeks out of every month and this is by far away the worst hotel experience I have ever had I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel and the people who work here do not book this place stay away

This will be our second time staying and the rooms and location is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be staying again.

We loved our stay at Kasa El Paseo We were a bit worried about noise levels but it was no issue! Central, clean and everything we needed Will just travel lighter in future as we had to carry our bags up the stairs We will be back!

La ubicación es excelente si te gusta estar en una zona movida y llena de bares. Los servicios que incluyen como las bicis, el guardado de maletas, descuentos en restaurantes y demás me parecieron súper. Lo malo es que es exclusivamente para dormir, ya que el cuarto es chico, no tiene una heladera como tal (es tipo cava) y no hay mesita o algo así como para comer algo de delivery. El café de la cafetera estaba rarísimo, por lo que recomiendo Kasa siempre que vayas a estar todo el día fuera y vuelvas solo para ducharte y dormir.

Loved this place! Very close to the beach. So many resturants nearby. Literally as soon as you walk out the door. I recommend this place 100%. Only thing to note is there is no elevator to bring up luggages. For me it wasnt a problem. Would stay here again.

Items stolen out of my room by staff. Staff accessing rooms without permission. The company could not care less. Not going to reimburse or replace the items.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thankfully we did not run into any issues. I would say the parking situation can be a hassle if you plan to stay many days but once your settled it’s not bad we loved the location-walking distance from the beach and many restaurants

As someone who is highly mold-sensitive, I had a difficult time sleeping and functioning throughout my stay. I was here on business, and even after just the first night in the room, the brain fog from the mold exposure made it hard to focus during meetings and remember details. There was visible mold throughout the room, specifically above the entry doorframe, along with many water stains painted over that could have hidden spores. I didn’t bother requesting a different room because the support here is fully automated and it didn’t feel like it would lead anywhere. All the communications I received were handled by an automated system.

Great location

An older building in the heart of it all, a short walk from the beach, and immersed in culture. While our room wasn't very big, it was clean and modern despite the age of the building. There is no elevator but it's only a few floors. The shower took a very long time to warm. It took me a good 5 minutes to get it to a favorable temperature. But it is a nice bathroom and shower and the amenities were great. The television does not have cable or streaming channels but with their free Wi-Fi you can access apps and cast from one of your devices. I recommend to the owners to provide easier accessible channels because a lot of people are not tech savvy, but I was able to cast from my phone and watch our apps that we subscribe to like YouTube & Hulu. It's not hard, but it would be nice if they provided clear instructions. Our check in and out were easy, contact free, and customer service was very responsive via text or app. We had to wait about 25 minutes to retrieve our luggage after we had checked it, so we could go to the beach before check in time. There was not anyone at the front desk during business hours, so I had to communicate through the app, but they responded right away and got someone to meet us. We took advantage of the free beach chairs and I could see the free bicycles that were available. It felt like a nice comfortable home in the middle of a fun and festive, culturally rich neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was fun and comfortable.

Good location

The location truly is prime, we stayed in building 7 and even though you're located by a busy pedestrian alley full of restaurants, the rooms are completely quiet. You can walk anywhere in South Miami and get back late safely anytime, as all the doors are secured by code. You also get 2 beach chairs included for the entire day. There is only receptionist during the day but there a fully available closet full of linens at the desk, they provide the code. We loved our stay and recommend it!
