While the hotel was clean, it was very confusing to locate my unit. Although it was behind a locked gate, it didn't feel safe for a woman traveling alone after dark. The entrance to my building was in an area that wasn't clearly marked and looked more like a utility maintenance area than a hotel guest area. Also, as a senior citizen, I asked for a first-floor unit after learning my unit was on the second floor with no elevator, but they couldn't accommodate my request.

Unexpectedly Great Stay Likes: We were absolutely stunned to have found such a lovely accommodation at such a prime location at such an affordable price. We didn't meet many staff, only one lovely gentleman who showed us to our room because we couldn't find the right entrance and the establishment has more than one. I think it was the end of his shift and he still took us to the room. Overall, we loved the room, it was quiet, the AC was strong, which we liked because it was extremely humid outside. We'd definitely stay here again. So many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are the moment you step outside of the hotel premises. Dislikes: We loved everything.

The stay for 10 nights at Kasa hotel was great, the room is spacious, clean with a keurig coffee machine and a king bed. Beach towels are also provided. My room was not overlooking the street which made it relatively quiet. There is no special view but it has a lot of natural light thanks to two big windows. Most importantly the team, from the guy at the reception to the housekeeping team and their supervisor, is friendly, helpful and proactive. I would stay again.

We were excited to stay here based on the reviews that we had read but were ultimately disappointed. When we first arrived, the check-in was rather confusing like many reviews state, there is no personal to greet you or guide you. While we were in the “lobby” waiting for our code, 2 other families showed up also confused as to how to check in. We tried calling like the instructions said to do so if we had questions, and we were on the line for quite a time. Once they gave us our room code and number and arrived to the room, they had given us the wrong one. Yet again, we called and waited longer than what we should have to be given the correct room (more than an hour) we had to call multiple times to get an answer. It seemed that you were never talking to the same person and they always had to refer back to their “notes” to see what was going on. Mind you there are also no elevators and having heavy luggage was not ideal having to go up and down the stairs until they got us the right room. When we finally got into out room, there was insects on one of the beds. Overall cleanliness is not there. The hallways also smelled like urine the whole time we were there. Pictures are a little deceiving. Wouldn’t stay here again.

(Translated by Google) The location is the best thing about it; the area is nice and it's close to everything. The noise at night is very heavy, and the facilities already feel old; when it rains, water leaks in. The virtual reception makes things very difficult because it's hard to contact someone when you need help. Also, animals appear in the room and even get on the bed, something that should be addressed immediately.

My stay went well. It was a little difficult to find the entrance and to get in. The room was clean. The location was fun! They did charge me the full price a few weeks prior to my stay. Then also charged another 400 that I’m still having trouble getting taken off my credit card. Kasa report that it’s an Airbnb issue. An Airbnb has me reach out to Kasa so it has not been resolved as of yet.
