Excelente Hotel, comodo y buena ubicación muy recomendable Likes: Excelente ubicación, el hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesita un huésped, si tu idea es conocer Miami Beach y no ir tanto a la playa o tomarlo como prioritario (de todos modos esta muy cerca 300 m ) es el hotel ideal. Lo recomiendo y volveré

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It is very secure. The location was fun because of all the restaurants in the beautiful area. The host was very responsive. Anytime I reached out. I think the only issue we had was the shower and getting it to work appropriately. But the host responded immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa El Paseo! You really can’t beat the location—it’s right in the middle of everything, with the beach, shopping, and tons of restaurants all within easy walking distance. There’s even a little market nearby for any essentials you may have forgotten. The room itself was simple, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We arrived after hours and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We asked for extra towels during our stay and the request was addressed quickly; the staff was always very responsive and helpful anytime we reached out by text. If you’re looking for a clean, easy place to stay in a great South Beach location where you can walk just about everywhere, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

First off, I had a room facing the street. I was very impressed when I walked in; it is a very large and beautiful Airbnb. I felt comfortable and right at home immediately. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night; I would have loved to stay longer. I arrived in the evening, and the street noise was quite audible. However, the music stopped around midnight, and it was quiet after that. For anyone wanting to get to sleep earlier in Miami Beach, there are earplugs on the nightstand. The Airbnb has a really great layout and is very clean and spacious. The entrance was easy to find, and everything else went smoothly, too. Truly an excellent Airbnb!

Front door access to some of the best restaurants around, and located right on the main strip of Washington avenue, where there's many businesses and clubs. Two blocks away from the beach. They offer great amenities for you while you're there.

Local excelente, uma ótima localização, o atendimento foi muito bom, sempre que precisei de alguma ajuda eles me respondiam super rápido e resolviam o problema, eu amei ficar hospedada aqui e com certeza voltarei, o quarto super limpo e organizado, não tenho o que reclamar do hotel, estão de parabéns, recomendo muito a Kasa e agradeço pelo ótimo atendimento prestado

I kept pinching myself at this gem of a home away from home💖 Likes: I LOVED everything about this property. A true gem in Miami Beach - even amongst an abundance of stiff competition - I kept pinching myself! Super location, walkable neighborhood, great atmosphere, a friendly, responsive team with a can-do attitude both virtually and in person! My suite was spacious with excellent storage, loads of windows and natural light, the street it's on is vibrant and well equipped, it even came with beach access complete with towels and two loungers just a short walk away and the company managing the beach space were friendly and even had a selection of cold beverages on hand to keep you hydrated and sunscreen for sale😊 The communal library, balcony, and water filling station on my floor were nice touches. I can't say enough good things❣️ Dislikes: I was fine with these points, but it's worth noting for other travelers to give a complete review. I can't speak for the other buildings - these are historical buildings, Building 1 had no elevator. The on-site team didn't hesitate to take my bags up the stairs, though - offering without being asked😊 The mattress was firm Towels for both the bathroom and the beach are small. The windows don't block out the sounds of the street, and it's quite the party outside at night. There were ear plugs thoughtfully provided on my nightstand💝 Lots of door access codes to remember.

Quarto pequeno, porém ficamos apenas duas noites e foi bom para o que precisávamos. A localização é muito boa, estava com receio do barulho, porém não ouvimos nada, só que nosso quarto era mais atrás (tanto que havia apenas uma janela pequena, e a vista era para o telhado). Foi super fácil para acessar, como também, para utilizar as bikes (só que elas não podem na orla da praia, policial nos parou) e as cadeiras de praia também.

The location is right in the middle of Española way - this means is very well located but also very busy and noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, they provide ear plugs that might help. The check in process is super easy and they provide everything you need for your stay. I don't give 10/10 mainly because of 3 small details: - You need to return the beach towels at check out time (11h). We were planning to stay at the beach until our cruise pick-up (13h00) but couldn't because we had to return the towels (even though our luggages were stored with them which means we were going back for sure) - They told us to be at the lobby at 11h for check out and luggage storage and only got there around 11h30 after a few calls and whatsapp messages - The bed was a bit old and noisy every time one got up or moved.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was also incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

A True Gem in the Heart of Miami Beach 💖 I truly can't say enough good things about this property- As a solo female traveler I felt safe and value for money wise - surrounded by stiff competition - I kept pinching myself. A super blend of the historical and the modern; great wifi that even worked in the street; a friendly and responsive can-do team both virtually and on site, lots of solid dining options and bars right outside the door, beach access with 2 loungers and towels included just a short walk away. A stones throw to Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive, and Collins and a short drive to Little Havana and downtown. Note - no elevators but team took my bags up without having to ask, firm mattresses, and gets quiet loud at night on the vibrant street below(although ear plugs thoughtfully provided 😊 I would stay here again❣️

Difícil acceso y servicio de personal nulo Likes: Su ubicacion Dislikes: Fue muy difícil encontrar el apartamento asignado. Estuve 1 hora entre edificios y sin ascensor, fue muy complicado y difícil. Nunca me comunicaron que no tenía ascensor. Con 2 maletas subir al primer piso, nada cómodo. Habitación pequeña. Las lamparitas de noche no funcionaban. La máquina del café no funcionaba. Me parece muy caro para la calidad del servicio.

It’s vibrant, it’s joyful, walkable from anything you need in the Miami Beach area. The host is responsive for 24/7 (i wasn’t informed about the building’s code change until i arrived, however all is good).

Me encantó el sitio, muy buena ubicación a solos minutos de la ocean drive, habitación limpia y amplia, baño adecuado recomendado 100%, lo único fue el cambio de clave en la puerta principal llegué bajo mucha lluvia y la puerta no abría por el cambio de clave con la suerte que había un chico en recepción me abrió y me informó sobre la nueva clave :( pero valió la pena arrendar en este sitio gracias

Overall, we had a great stay with a few minor inconveniences. The check-in process was not as simple as expected because the original link we received did not work, and we had to request different links before we were finally able to check in. Once inside, the Airbnb was clean and in a great location—very convenient, close to Ocean Drive, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. The shower drain was clogged on our first night, which caused the water to build up quickly due to the accessible bathroom having a fairly flat floor. We had to shower very quickly to avoid water flooding the bathroom. Maintenance came the next morning and unclogged the drain, and we had no issues with it afterward. The host was very responsive and quick to address our concerns. Overall, it was a great stay and location despite a few inconveniences.

The rooms are very affordable. No elevator, easy communication between the host and guests. They accommodated early check in for my group, the rooms are nice and cool and clean, I did choose to use the blanket from the spare bed rather than opening the sheets on my bed because the pilling was freaking me out on the fitted sheet. Every restaurant surrounding the hotel is great, has happy hour and any verity of selection from steak, to seafood, sushi, Cuban, Italian

Good apartment for a Miami city trip. Just had problems with no warm water in one of the rooms which could not be fixed, also the Safe was not working

This place exceeded all my expectations. It's very nicely finished and came supplied with pretty much anything I could need for a nice stay. The staff was very responsive and constantly checking in with me to make sure everything was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

El lugar cumplió con mis necesidades, esta a 2 calles de Ocean Drive y acceso a la playa, es un lugar muy céntrico. El restaurante que esta abajo de la Habana 1957 es excelente opción para comer y además tiene descuento por parte del alojamiento.
