I had a great experience staying at this Kasa location! Check-in was very easy and they were very communicative with all information related to the booking. The apartment was clean and just what I was looking for. It is on a busy pedestrian street with restaurants/bars that stay open late but the noise didn’t bother me.

Great place! Located in the vibrant street of Española Way. Close to everything we needed (stores, restaurants, bars, nightclubs...) and a short walk from Ocean Drive and the beach. The appartment was generally clean and beds were comfortable. There were however a few cracks in the ceiling and walls. Accommodation was convenient. We were able to check in early (1pm instead of the usual 4pm) and leave our luggage at their storage after checkout to return later. The only major problem was the unbearable noise of the AC. Even with the provided earplugs, it was difficult to sleep and we sometimes woke up with headaches. Not sure if this is the case in all appartements/buildings. Perfect for a weekend gateways but I would not recommend for longer stays.

The location was PERFECT. Surrounded by great restaurants and walkable to everything you'd need in Miami Beach. I started each of my days on the beach which was a 2 minute walk from my kasa gate. I am literally thinking about when I can go back.

In the heart of everything. We loved it. It was loud and noisy, but they provided ear plugs. Music stops at 2:AM. But it was perfect for us.

Great location, but my room was poorly cleaned/managed despite having a decent design. Had insect wings littered all over the floor, small worm-like creatures on the bed, and lastly a cockroach! They could not provide anyone to come service the room and only issued me a partial refund. I also had tried to alter my reservation 24+ hours ahead, but hotel decided to follow their strict 48 hour policy. Understandable but perhaps some leniency should be considered when the rooms apparently don’t even receive much management.

The perfect location for a fun visit to South Beach.in the middle of the best food and coffee places. Modern clean rooms Likes: Location. Right in the middle of the fun part. Close enough to the beach. Modern rooms. Great beds. Great shower. Dislikes: Never saw one staff member other than housekeeping. No idea if there was a towel and umbrella deal as exists at even less expensive places.

Loved the location! Restaurants all around! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and beach chairs included at the beach club. You will have to pay for the umbrella. Which is a reasonable price. Any request I had was fulfilled in a timely manner. I would recommend Kasa El Paseo and I would definitely stay here again.

Kasa was a wonderful stay. The space looks just like the photos and spacious. I loved how close it was to everything as far as the beach and restaurants right outside, very convenient. Staff was hard to find sometimes, however very responsive and nice. They do have noise sensors so beware of music levels in your room. I recommend this stay!
