Very clean hotel, with spare but tastefully decorated rooms. Remote front desk responsive, even after hours. Good mattresses, comfortable bedding, well-working AC, modern bathrooms with good water pressure. Central location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.. The area is not for light sleepers though. Would stay again.

Minus and points of attention: - Apartment not super clean at the start, 1/8 of Miami beach on the floor and a lot under the beds. - quick problems with the toilet drain, was neatly resolved. - linen not super clean, had blood stains in it and beach towel 1 with chewing gum still stuck in it. - there was no clean linen in the main building -TV Chrome system not handy, if the neighbor is zapping, your movie is gone haha - for the view hotel you don't have to do it if you think that's important. You look at air conditioners. -2 chairs at the dining table with 4 people not so handy. - kitchen dishes not complete 3 knives, 2 spoons etc... and stove, extractor hood worn out.. knob fell off, rust etc. All in all we had a super nice holiday. We kregen een melding voor werkzaamheden onderhoud hotel, echter ook geen last van gehad. We hebben een redelijk fijn verblijf gehad. Plus punten: - het inchecken verliep soepel -bij problemen in woning werd via app contact vlug opgelost -fijne bedden - grote, schone fijne koelkast -fijne douche -fijne regeling die strandstoelen reservatie op Miami Beach, dankjewel. Min en aandachtspuntjes: -Appartement niet super schoon bij aanvang, 1/8 van Miami beach op de vloer aanwezig en veel onder de bedden. -vlug problemen afvoer toilet, werd wel netjes opgelost. - linnengoed niet super schoon, zaten bloedvlekken in en strandlaken 1 met Kauwgum er nog ingeplakt. - er was geen schoon linnengoed aanwezig hoofdgebouw -tv Chrome systeem niet handig, als buurman aan het zappen is, weg jouw film haha - voor het uitzicht hotel hoef je het niet te doen als je dat belangrijk vind. Je kijkt tegen airco's aan. -2 stoelen aan eettafel met 4 personen niet zo handig. - keuken servies niet compleet 3 messen, 2 lepels enz...en kookfornuis,afzuigkap versleten..knop viel eraf, roest enz. Al bij al hebben wij wel een super leuke vakantie gehad. Miami Beach is leuk om een keer mee te maken.

This property is a POS. there is no place to check in and no one on sight They send you a link to download when you arrive to check in. It took an hour long call to check in and get to the room. Then it took 35 mins to access the TV with help.

I enjoyed this property very well. There were many dining options right outside your villa but also more in walking distance. The beach is only 5 minutes down and great shopping all around. We did not have a car but if you have one just be sure to research public parking areas unless you do valet. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

10’s across the BOARD! This is a true GEM! It doesn’t have a pool but we didn’t miss this amenity at ALL as we had access to a designated beach on blocks away from the property. The row of restaurants truly felt like an experience all on its own! We went to 5 different restaurants on Espanola Way right outside of our room and it was magical! This will be saved for years to come when we vacation in Miami. We didn’t have to take a cab anywhere! This location is perfect. The room was perfect. 10’s across the board!

Perfect location

Thank you- for nothing … to be honest: We can‘t understand the very good evaluations for this ‚Hotel´… We had a 16 nights stay: it was loud … drilling works in the late evening and daily suction works ( starting at 6 am!) We reached the reception only per whattsapp… and have to beg for fresh towels or toilet paper ( because the closet was empty- allegedly we should find these important things there in another building). We were disappointed… this is not that, what we expected from a HOTEL

Were well located

Alles was schoon op de vloer na. Locatie was ideaal, winkels, strant en eten op loopafstand. Uitzicht op enkele daken met airco units er op, geen probleem want ik kom niet om de hele dag uit het raam te kijken. We hebben het zeer naar ons zin gehad en zouden het zo weer doen.

Toppen boende med perfekt läge på Miami Beach. Några minuters gång till stranden där solstolar ingick. Nära till shopping gator och restauranger. Española Way är en väldigt livlig gata fram till klockan 02 men det visste vi om och det fungerade utmärkt att sova med hörlurar med noice cancel, det fungerade även bra med öronproppar. Köket hade allt, sängen var skön, badrummet var stort, super smidigt med kod till port och dörr! Det finns ingenting att klaga på, tack för en toppen vistelse på Miami Beach!🌟

poor customer service, negative experience Unusually bad customer service for a hotel... I understand this is a budget hotel because it does not have a front desk, etc. I called when I booked 9 days ago asking if I would be able to stow my luggage somewhere, since I have flights with early arrival and late departure. I was told I'd be able to tow my luggage. Upon confirming today, I received an automated email that this is not in their policy. I replied by email since I was at work, voicing my questions and concerns, and asking follow up questions. Instead of receiving a real response, I got a very similar, clearly copy-and-pasted email that appeared automated and generic for these questions. That was unhelpful, so I tried calling after work, at which point the person who answered the phone rather rudely replied that this is not an option. I told her I had already heard this wasn't an option and was merely following up my concern that I had been misinformed previously? I had a hard time reaching someone over the phone, and the whole experience felt disingenuous and odd. So instead I tried requesting a refund, so I could book elsewhere that would not cause inconvenience with my luggage for half the stay, and the people I spoke with became very hostile and said I needed to cancel through the 3rd party site I booked on. The expedia site representative was incredibly helpful and tried to assist, but they also dodged his calls, until I called back and got someone's name. Then they refused the refund. I found that ironic, since when I first spoke with them, they told me they couldn't discuss cancellations or refunds and it had to be through the 3rd party site, but then they refused that. I don't know, the whole process wasted a few hours the night before my trip. Any reasonable hotel would've at least tried to accommodate, or otherwise given refund, rather than force me to stay and leave negative reviews. Super dodgy, poor customer service. Also noticed in some other reviews that they charge you unless you clean your own room and change the linens. What's the point of paying for a hotel if you don't get any customer service, get charged $250 if you don't change your own linens, need to pay to store your luggage at another facility if you arrive early or check out late?

Great location close to the beach unfortunately they do not have a place to store your luggage so you will have to find a place and also pay for it. The beds are wonderful and the water is hot. You do have stairs. You have to carry your luggage up so pack light

Likes: Świetna lokalizacja, blisko na plażę, sklepów, restauracji. Bardzo dobry internet, czysto i przyjemnie . Myślę że warte swojej ceny w tym miejscu. Dislikes: Klimatyzacja była do bani i nie można było jej włączyć, działała kiedy chciała i podobnie było w pokoju obok. Szkoda że nie ma personelu który zmienił by ręczniki.

Dieses kleine niedliche Zimmer mit großem Bad, liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von Starbucks, ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Strand/Ocean Drive und ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Parkhaus (20$ pro Tag) entfernt. Dislikes: Für 4 Personen leider kein Platz für dementsprechend Gepäck.

The most reasonable rooms at this property do not look like the actual pictures on their website. It can be very misleading. I do love the Spanish style bistro in that area beautiful very walkable.

Kasa, thank you for the stay. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. We did not know there were places available on espanola way but it’s a beautiful area and very easy to access. I would stay here again if I wanted to be on south beach at a decent rate.

Perfect location with great amenities We really loved this property, which feels like both a hotel and a short stay. The room included a small living area with fridge and coffee maker, bedroom was a good size, and we had plenty of closet space. Everything was well stocked and we even had beach towels. The location was perfect - Espanola Way is lovely and charming and the beach is only five minutes walk.

Nice room with good facilities. Excellent location and price. Very responsive to replace safe battery.

The property is nice, is a central area, with many options. The problem is when is your first time and you discover that a) no parking around and you have to overpay a garage or take uber just to pick up your car, b) the lock is complex to use ( one hour waiting for someone to open the door) and c) no staff around, all electronically made and also with the help and inconvenience related to this ( late check out is impossible, have a fee and was for an hour, due I was in the half marathon in Miami and transportation was hard, if you don’t make it on time, is 60 dollar fee just to open the door and retrieve your stuff, because no staff, valet or bell boy closet to leave your things) resuming: review the bad reviews, they all said the true; if you are ok, then you will enjoy the room; but definitely, I hardly will be back, just simply, doesn’t worth it.
