The directions were somewhat confusing especially since our flight didn’t arrive til late evening. Finding things at night on a crowded Fri night was chaotic. A specific landmark to look for as a starting point to find the gates might have been helpful. The room was good … it was shy on space to put things in the bathroom, not a lot of places to hang towels etc and not many towels and washcloths. We went to the closet where it said to get more towels and it was empty. Overall the stay was pleasant and it was nice to be close to restaurants and shopping.

very bad experience with Booking with the reservation... I asked for two rooms since we wanted to accommodate 2 adults a Likes: I really like how clean it is, with good space and the attentive staff helping us. Dislikes: In building 5, the elevator and hallway area had an unpleasant smell

Great location on a busy food street full of food options. The check in process is slightly tedious but it was well worth the very homey vibe of the hotel. It was unlike any regular hotel, but still enjoyable! Note that there is a 45$ valet parking fee, but there aren’t really better options nearby anyway.

Excellent location Staff and service is nice Hotel is very clean Fyi- if you want room to be cleaned they charge 75 bucks. But it can get VERY loud.. people check in middle of the night and they moving their luggage made loud sound and vibrated the walls. The AC sometimes doesn’t work

Lage ist zentral. Das wars dann auch. Die Probleme gehen schon beim eimchecken los. Das MUSS vorher online erfolgen, sonst kommt ihr gar nicht erst durch das Tor weil man muss einen Code erhalten zum reinkommen. Es ist bis 2 uhr nachts extrem laut von der Touristenstraße her, die 10meter entfernt rappelvoll verläuft. Super zum durchgehen und dort essen, aber dort schlafen...Katastrophe. die Zimmer sind eher simple Baracken, amatratze schlecht, Badezimmertür gibts keine, nur ein Paravan zum halb zuziehen, man hört und riecht alles. Also 240eur pro Nacht für sowas ist wahnsinn. Rückblickend

A comfortable room to stay in Miami Beach close to everything Likes: Great location. Smooth check in instructions. Dislikes: No hanger or hooks for wet towel. No way they can be dried. The bath smells musty. No way to change get dry towels No tea or coffee. The resort fee is a joke as there is no place to change the towels.

This hospitality venue is lacking in HOSPITALITY. The virtual front desk is painful. I felt like there was no one to contact with questions. Our request for an early check in went completely ignored (we used their system). The only interaction we had the entire time was with the incredibly rude Valets. The fee was higher than advertised and I hate tipping so poorly especially during the Holidays) but they got what they deserved. I will not be staying with them again but maybe these issues are worth the location to other travelers.

Likes: Location is great if you're hoping to stay by the beach and different options for food. I really liked that the beach chairs were included in the booking Dislikes: Around 1am either guests or staff were socializing at the little patio set up right outside my door. They were pretty loud, especially for that time of night. There should be a "quiet time" policy regardless of the white noise machine provided in the room.

Likes: Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Die ersten 4 Tage/Nächte waren super! Die Nächte ruhig. Die Strasse bzw. das Nachtleben war für uns nicht störend. Es war sehr ruhig. Es ist jedoch sehr abhängig von den Nachbarn. Die letzten 2 Nächte hatten wir leider einen sehr lauten, unangenehmen Nachbar. Deswegen konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Dislikes: Lauter Zimmernachbar. Alles sehr hellhörig.

Posizione ideale, in una strada molto frequentata e vicino al lungomare di Miami Beach. Camere molto comode, da notare il check in ed il check out da fare autonomamente.

Great Stay Great space in walking distance to the shops at Lincoln, the beach and Espanola Way. Close proximity to great restaurants and other venues. Clean, safe, cozy and well-maintained. Well-lit. The virtual check-in makes it all very simple...

Fun Kasa El Paseo in the heart of Miami Beach Regardless the length of your stay, Kasa doesn’t clean the rooms daily, which is a major staple of the hotel industry. They really need to provide this service to be excellent. Being virtual, front desk, works safely and effectively since they are responsive when you contact them providing the service you are requesting promptly. The stairs could be cumbersome when carrying luggage. The stairs also make you doubtful about going back to your room to retrieve something you forgot or to use the bathroom.

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. The area is very lively at night and the hotel is very well located. Be careful, there is no easy car access, so if you have a lot of luggage it may not be very convenient.

Extremely clean, quiet and the best part is it’s right in the middle of everything

Situated on Main Street, just a short walk from a variety of restaurants. Features a cozy balcony perfect for enjoying the street view.

Great location overall

Staying with Kasa was an absolute delight. Location in South Beach: right outside the rooms are bars and restaurants. It’s buzzing with people and music. It was all lit up for Christmas. There are multiple coffe/breakfast spots across the street. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Amenities: the 14th street beach hut with chairs included is amazing. The virtual lock on the door, saves so much hassle from having to carry around a key/keycard. The amenities booklet provided before checkin is absolutely on point. Directions, maps, discounts at local restaurants, suggestions for gyms, where to eat, what to do. Customer service/reception: reception on site in one of the buildings. They helped us find our way to our building and showed us how to use the virtual lock system. Customer service answered straight away when we called and were extremely helpful. We were able to pay a small fee to extend our check out time. It was all virtual and easy. Everything from the booklets, to the easy checkin-checkout, to the communication was so well planned and thought out for the perfect customer experience. This will always be my go to south beach stay.
