I had a reservation with them for 4 nights.
On the 1st night, there was no hot water inside the room.
After working with them for several hours via Text and Phone, they eventually shifted me to a different room from Day2 and compensated me for Day1.
However, since Day2 room was different (no balcony and a worse view), I requested them to shift me back to Day1 room.
When I re-entered Day1 room, it was messy and was not cleaned up.
On Day3, they sent a team to clean my room and as such the cleaning Team trashed away my bags which had some stuff inside it.
Overall, I had a bad experience staying here and would recommend people to avoid in the future.
