It was my first time at this hotel. The good thing is the location of the hotel, unfortunately that's where the good ends. There were three of us, and one of us was a child, we checked in late at night (there were no problems with that), but early in the morning the hotel began renovations, right opposite my window, none of the staff paid attention to my complaints, but a day after my check-in I received an email saying that noise was coming from my room (my family and I were not in the room), I again tried to contact one of the employees, but alas and ah, this did not happen, my calls and letters did not reach them or they deliberately ignored them, and also the hotel was booked for a week, for this week they left 4 cups and 2 rolls of toilet paper, I don't know about you, but it seems to me that there should be at least twice as much! terrible service
