The good: Location is good, although a bit noisy, which was to be expected given the location. The room itself was spacious and had a good size shower and a small kitchen.
The bad: Our room wasn't ready upon arrival and we had to wait around for about 30 minutes with our luggage for the cleaners to finish up, despite getting a text message an hour earlier saying our room was ready. The cleaners only spoke Spanish, so it wasn't clear exactly what was happening. The bottles in the shower were full of rust from the rack they're sitting on. We kept getting messages from Kasa to hang the "checked out" sign on the door when we left, but that sign was nowhere to be found.
Each room is equipped with Chromecasts, however there's no privacy with the way they're set up. Anyone on the hotel's WiFi network can pause, play or stop what is being watched on any Chromecast in the hotel, or even cast something completely different or inappropriate to that TV. Each Chromecast is also numbered the same as the room, so you could tell who was watching what at any time. This is a major oversight. The TVs were also really small.
The lobby area of building 5 was full of piled-up garbage upon arrival and was very uninviting. The stairwell is super narrow and the elevator is small, slow and doesn't instill much confidence that it will reach the next floor.
