Over all it was a rough stay. Check in was confusing. Spent 4 hours trying to get the AC in the room fixed. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone they made it right.

Checking in, checking out, and stay were very nice, easy and convenient, however the parking was very unpleasant and expensive, $32.00 per 8hrs, when we stayed for 3 nights and 3 days. I think you should have a complementary parking system. The valet parking was also expensive and very inconvenient.

Excellent value and excellent location. The room was clean and check in was simple with instructions. It's on Espanola way so there is lively restaurants below but my room was on the opposite side and there was minimal to no noise. The only challenge was the mattress was very hard and not very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and over all they are spacious. I went to some other hotels and after seeing them from the inside they are significantly smaller and for a bit more expensive. And for the location it gets no better than this with many restaurants near by and the beach crossing the street I say it was well worth it

I have stayed here twice. First visit went pretty well except they kept referring to me as Brandon via text communication despite correcting them several times. The link they provided me kept going to “Brandon’s” account. It had all of his past and upcoming trips. Anyway, aside from this, everything was great. I stayed a second time 9/13/24. This time they got my name correct and information correct. I got a text from Kasa with information and it said I could check in early. I selected a 12pm early check in which was approved. I received a text at 11:30am saying my kasa was ready. I was in the room at around 12pm and took a shower after spending a few hours at the beach. 5-10 minutes into my shower an employee opened my room door using the door keypad. I yelled “hello!” The employee said “you aren’t supposed to be here yet” and then closed the door and left. When Kasa asked for feedback from the trip, I explained this and they responded by saying no one entered my room. I wasn’t going to even post a review but thats pretty bold to tell me that I’m the only one who accessed my room. I was the only guest staying in this room and an employee used a code to enter after my check in time (you can hear when using is using the door entry keypad). See pictures with them referring to me as Brandon 3 times despite saying they would fix it and remove the number. Also, see picture of Daisy telling me no one entered my room. Despite these two major privacy concerns, the location is fantastic and the rooms are clean.

Excellent This has been my go to place since the early 2000s. Love this place, convenient, clean and in the center of all the action and restaurants. Excellent customer service, Jose and staff were wonderful, and provided me with caring exceptional service. Will always come back !

Came to Miami for 4 days 3 nights and stood at one of the buildings in masa el paseo. There is no staff on site which is a down side but over all liked our room, location, and security of the site. Everything in south beach is walkable from here which made it a great spot. On top of that, the buildings are in between a section of town that has plenty of restaurants to choice from the second you walk out the gate. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The only issue I had was when I requested an additional towel I was denied and told that we are only able to receive two. There were two of us and we only had the two towels they supplied to us so when my wife used one for her hair, it was quite wet this requesting an additional one. Not a huge problem, just a heads up. Over all, I would come back…but would bring my own additional towel.

Great place close to the beach and good restaurants! Likes: Close to everything. Clean and clear instructions. Well managed. Dislikes: Our room had slightly different finishes than the pictures (smooth walls instead of textured and modern tile instead of Saltillo tile floors). The room was also smaller than we thought but it was very clean and well maintained.
