Very nice accommodation for a short stay in Miami Beach. The location is excellent! Very close to the beach, beach towels and chairs provided. Just note: umbrella not included, but can be rented (quite expensive, 21$ / day). Despite being located at a very busy road with loads of restaurants, it doesn‘t get too loud in the room (at least in building 3). Not the biggest room, but big and comfortable bed and nice bathroom, soap/shampoo provided. Downside: coffee machine didn‘t work and the valet service for the car is very expensive (42$ / day!). However, we found a municipal parking garage on 13th street for 20$ / day, so it was okay.

We had an amazing two weeks staying at Kasa El Paseo. Everything was clean, confortable and easy access. Beach less than 5 min walk. Located in the heart of Espagnola Way which is beautiful and offers few speciality restaurant. Few minutes walk away from Lincoln road which offer shopping experience and restaurants. Few minutes walk away from Ocean Drive which offers many restaurants in front of the beach. Kitchen offered everything we needed. Sound of Espagnola Way wasn’t a problem at all for us, it was very quiet in our opinion. Communication with Kasa was more than easy (very very clear instructions and fast response). We will stay again without hesitation :)!

I stayed at Kasa El Paseo for 2 months combined(!) and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Jose and the team took care of me always, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was always comfortable. The rooms are beautiful too, clean, not like those stinky old buildings that you often get on the ocean side of Miami. This is the best place to stay if you’re looking for a place on the beach

Great location Likes: Location is brilliant. Loads of lovely eating places and really close to the beach. Room was clean. Dislikes: Safe didn’t work, no front desk so didn’t feel our things were safe. Asked someone to fix it, took forever to come and made several excuses not to come. TV wasn’t working and no WiFi- again, didn’t seem particularly interested in fixing it. It started working itself the second of three nights. There was a leak in the ceiling- thankfully we noticed and were able to keep our cases away from it. Difficult to find the entrance despite extensive instructions. Also worth noting there is no lift so you need to haul (4 heavy in our case) cases up the stairs. I didn’t see this noted in the advert for the room. Location was great and I liked the fact it was gates but I probably wouldn’t stay again. A reception desk would definitely help.
