José el Manager, es un exclelente persona que te ayuda las 24hs para todo. Sin dudas volveré a este lugar. De lo mejor que hay en Miami por precio y calidad. Muy agredecido por el trato y el lugar....sin dudas el mejor.

Muy recomendable para parejas que vayan a quedarse mas de 5 dias Likes: Esta en una de las calles mas ambientadas de Miami Beach, a dos minutos de la playa y de Ocean Drive. La habitación, con salón y cocina parece un pequeño apartamento muy cómodo. Ideal para parejas y estancias de mas de 5 días. Dislikes: El hecho de no tener recepción física siempre es un handicap, aunque es cierto que el sistema de códigos para acceder esta muy bien, y tienen un canal WhatsApp 24 horas para cualquier problema que surja que en nuestro caso funcionó correctamente.

La habitación del hotel es amplia y cuenta con todo lo que un apartamento necesita para unas vacaciones. La calle es muy animada y cuenta con muchas opciones de restaurantes. Como punto negativo la música de la calle es bastante alta hasta las 2 de la mañana, el hotel deja tapones para los oídos. El servicio de sillas de playa es muy práctico. Si eres una persona que lee los mails que el hotel envía y sigues las instrucciones tal como lo indican, el check in es bastante fácil. En caso de volver repetiría! Saludos

Séjour à Kasa pour 3 nuits (4 jours) Arrivée rapide grâce aux instructions reçues le jour j. Points positifs : emplacement idéal, qualité/prix vraiment très bien, serviettes pour aller à la plage. Points négatifs : ménage réalisé qu’à partir d’un séjour de 4 nuits (on aurait juste apprécié le changement des serviettes. La vue n’était pas le gros point fort, pas d’espace extérieur. Valeur sûre pour passer un bon séjour tout de même.

we hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad in Kasa. Het was een fijn en ruim appartement. We kregen handdoeken om te douche. Dit waren er helaas erg weinig, want we hadden er per persoon 1 voor 8 dagen. Ook misten we een theedoek om mee af te drogen. Verder was het een top locatie met alles dicht in de buurt.

Great, safe area near restaurants, convenient stores add shopping. Self check in is smooth and easy. Parking is $42/night through the hotel but there is $20/night parking within 2 blocks. But overall, it was great and I’d stay again

Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt. Aber sehr laut durch die vielen Restaurants direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Morgens vor 6 Uhr laute Müllabfuhr oder Arbeiter. Schlafzimmer kann nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. TV ist nur möglich wenn man seinen eigenen Netflix Account auf seinem Handy hat. Die letzten 3 Tage hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier mehr, auch auf Anfrage hat dies leider nicht geklappt. Kontakt war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr saubere Unterkunft, tolles großes bequemes Bett. Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering, mit langen Haaren schwierig zu duschen. Liegt sehr zentral.

Great location!! Tons of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel has beach chairs for guests. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of an elevator.

I stayed at Kasa a few weeks ago now… absolutely loved it! It’s on top of a restaurant where they play Latino and Spanish music all day and as a Latina myself it made me feel so at home. Kasa provides you with good earplugs for the night which was so useful because the music is loud at night but I’m not complaining. Would 100% come back if I got the chance :)

Excellent Likes: In building 1 in the sitting area, they had a microwave and a cooler available. Great location with many restaurants and shops. Hot water available. Our room had a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The 24h available number given, was all the time ready to help if I needed assistance.

Tolle Lage, zweckmäßige Unterkunft, sauber und easy Check in. Hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter.

Schone en fijne kamer op een toplocatie! Likes: 1 straat van Ocean Drive, midden tussen de restaurants van Espagnola Way, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en koelkast. Onze kamer zat in gebouw 7 en was heel erg stil. Vroeger inchecken is eventueel mogelijk. Verder zijn er ook strandlakens aanwezig. Goed werkende airco. Dislikes: We troffen 2 nog levende kakkerlakken in onze kamer aan. ( op zich niet zo gek met al die restaurants in de buurt, maar nooit fijn) Er was geen magnetron en ook geen zwembad aanwezig. Het inchecken verloopt via een scancode die je bij de voordeur aantreft. ( je moet dus wel internet op je mobiele telefoon hebben). Het is prettiger wanneer je al de gegevens die je in het persoonlijk portal moet invullen, je dat al de avond vooraf kunt doen. Nu sta je met je koffer aan de voordeur en het duurt wel even voordat me alles hebt ingevuld. Info vooraf/plattegrond vooraf zou ook fijn zijn. Voor ons ( en later ook andere aankomende gasten) was het een verrassing dat de accommodatie uit 7 gebouwen bestaat. Nu is het bij aankomst even zoeken, omdat je niet weet waar je alle gebouwen moet zoeken. ( ze liggen allemaal aan dezelfde kant als de hoofdingang en wordt met bordjes aan de muur bij de toegangsdeur aangegeven). Je krijgt een badhanddoek en kunt die zelf verwisselen voor een schone. Bij ons waren er alleen helemaal geen schone handdoeken aanwezig in de kast ( met toegangscode te openen)

I have been coming back to this location for years and I must say that I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was a musty smell when we first entered the room which eventually went away on its own. After having been there for a week and a half we noticed bugs were all over the kitchen sitting area as well as the bedroom. In the bedroom the bugs were crawling on the nights stands, the floor, headboard and bed. We tried taking care of it ourselves but the issue continued although it only calmed down a bit. When we pulled the sheets back on the bed we noticed that the mattress sheet was filthy. There was hair and stains on it. We didn’t trust sleeping in the bed so for the last leg of the trip( we were booked for 10 days) my mom and I slept on the little couch in the living room. We were offered to switch rooms one day before we left but decided not to switch. We were advised that the bugs may have been ants. Location as always is amazing though.

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. Jose was so wonderful and the balcony on the 2nd floor was the best view beside the short walk to the beach. don't let the virtual front desk scare you they were still very attentive. We will be staying there again.!!!

Dennoch Top Preisleistungsverhältnis und für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Likes: Top Lage und schöne Umgebung. Dislikes: Es hat in den Zimmern gerochen. War nicht so angenehm. Zimmer konnten nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. Außerdem war es sehr laut und man hat viele Geräusche von der Straße und aus anderen Zimmern hören können.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Kasa. L'appartement correspond aux photos. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et des activités. La rue est animée principalement par des restaurants, mais nous n'avons à aucun moment été dérangées par le bruit.

Good place to stay for short stays. If staying longer I would stay elsewhere due to bath towel issues and wi fi. Overall Likes: Nice location on Española way. Good air conditioning. Dislikes: Limited bath towels and wash rags. We checked overstock in main lobby it was empty on both times we checked. WiFi was also not the greatest at times for Tv

We stayed here for 5 days. Great "Stylish, Clean and Safe" Place, Great "Romantic" location in Española Way , and Great "Very Good" Service!!! Kudos to the Management and Staff! Keep up the good work! We had a problem in our bathroom, 5mins after we messaged them in the app, the maintenace staff Braiden was there right away. Braiden fixed the bathroom in just 2 to 3 minutes!. He was also nice and gave my husband a little tour of the place telling him especially the fire exit etc. Jose was also nice and welcoming! The other Staff (a tall man) we didn't interact with him but he was nice too and smiles, and nod from a far. Safe clean place! Our room has a complete kitchen, it was clean and complete with a generous supply of olive oil, salt, and pepper, dish soap, sponge, paper towels etc. The Bed was very comfortable that made us sleep until noon almost every day. This place was relaxing, and clean. The noise outside was just in moderation for us but they are thoughtful enough and provided an earplugs for us that we didn't use because the noise wasn't bad in where our room was.
