Great area everything is walking distance and the staff was extremely helpful

Outstanding value if you’re staying in Miami for a longer period of time (30 days). Central location right on Espanola way so walking around South Beach is a breeze. The apartment was a true 1br with separate kitchen and living room. And the cherry on top was the daily beach chairs available for guests.

Het appartement was ruim en bood alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. Het bed was heel goed en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Er werden oordopjes geboden maar deze hebben we niet nodig gehad. Alles bij elkaar hebben we een top verblijf gehad !

This was an awesome stay as it was close to the beach, amazing restaurants downstairs, and friendly and helpful staff. The noise was not an issue at all. I was thoroughly happy staying here.

Great boutique hotel with a perfect location for a decent price. We extended a few days and it was very easy to do, host was very responsive when I had a few questions, and proactively moved us to a different room when we had some trouble with our AC. will absolutely recommend for friends in the future!

I’ve been going to this property for years. It’s my only go to spot when I visit south beach. I’m actually looking at their other locations in other states. It’s perfect for when you want to have the apt experience and not really a hotel experience but you have the perks of a hotel lol it’s a great spot to stay. The staff that is around are very nice and accommodating when you need something

Tripadvisor Lied! I cannot believe that this is rated 4.5/5 stars on Tripadvisor. This website has never led me wrong, until now. I don't even know where to start. First of all, you need a code to get into the door of the hotel. Be advised that you will have to put this code in at least 5 times before the door will actually open. Good thing we were never running from a stalker/serial killer during our stay or we would have been toast. The lobby stinks. The hallways stink. I do believe this is a pet friendly hotel, and it smells like it. Upon first look of the room, it was generally clean, however not updated at all. Our flight landed at 1am, so of course we wanted hot showers upon arrival to the hotel. That was out of the question, and remained out of the question for our 3 night stay. There is a number you can text when there is a problem with the room. The person who answered our texts for hot water advised us on multiple occasions that we should "run the water for 5-10 minutes." We ran it for 30 minutes on night two and the temperature never got above ice cold. We also found stains in our bed sheets on night two, which honestly resembled blood but I'm hoping that is not what it was (pictured). We ended up having to purchase blankets from the Marshall's nearby. Disgusting. We were offered a $50 refund for our troubles, but I honestly wanted to check out the night we arrived; unfortunately we were stuck. Thank God we still managed to have a great trip due to the location. I would STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID THIS HOTEL. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE NICE.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Close to clubs and restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

The room was very small, with just a bed and bathroom. It’s not really a place you want to hang out at, outside of sleeping and getting ready. The location is the absolute best, you walk outside the room and are surrounded by such a lively, magical environment! It can be noisy at night, but I mostly found it peaceful. The majority of the noise comes from the Italian restaurant downstairs, but it’s rather joyful to hear! You can park in the municipal lot a few blocks away for $20 a day, but there is valet at the end of the promenade. Overall I really enjoyed my time at Kasa, and would stay again, I would just book a larger room if it’s available! Otherwise, if you just plan on being outside 24/5, the room is everything you need.

Adoramos o quarto, que corresponde às fotos! Bem espaçoso, roupa de cama e banho limpas, Wi-Fi bom, cama grande e confortável. O banheiro bem grande, a única observação é que a água demorava um pouco para esquentar. Roupa de banho limpa ficava disponível na portaria para retirada, porém para limpeza do quarto era cobrada uma taxa. Super indicamos!!!

Perfect weekend getaway Likes: The location and the amenities. The hotel is located in a very cute area with tons of restaurants. We were able to get two lounge chairs at the beach for no cost. We loved the full size kitchen and how large the room was. The staff were amazing! Very responsive and always ready to assist. Dislikes: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Likes: Eine ganz tolle Lage am Española Way, wir hatten Zimmer im Hinterhof, weswegen es angenehm von der Lautstärke war. Es gab sogar Liegen am Strand und Strandtücher!

Likes: Buena ubicación, beneficio de acceder a la playa. Sistema de check-in funcional Dislikes: Si bien estaba limpio, la habitación tenía olor a humedad. Nunca pudimos utilizar la maquina de hielo, aunque hicimos el reclamo.

I have stayed 2 times, long stay, at Kasa El Passeo, a very nice and recommended place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and always available to help you with room and resources. Kasa is close to the beach and surrounded by good restaurants. Very nice place!

Overall good with some important cons. Pros: Clean and modern. Easy check in. Decent rate. Good location. Cons: The noise. There are several restaurants and bars directly under the hotel, and you are only 2-3 floors up. The noise gets louder as the evening goes on, culminating to loud chants, laughs and singing at 3am when the bars finally let out. Basically from 8pm-3am expect lots of noise. Our stay was Tuesday-Friday morning so I can only imagine how bad it is on weekends. The parking. Basically, if you have a car, you are screwed any which way. We spent about 2 hours after arriving just trying to price compare the street parking to garage parking to valet. You spend about $40-$50 per day no matter what, so if you want to add another $15 for valet you might as well. No elevator. This was mentioned in the fine print of the booking page, so in their defense we were aware of it before booking. We just didn't realize we were on the 3rd floor. It wasn't fun lugging all of our luggage up.

Love this place

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The location is amazing! overlooking one of the most lively pesdestrian streets in the area full of amazing dining experiences. The responsiveness of the team was always immediate and friendly. We felt wanted and heard at all times. The rooms are not luxurious but are comfortable, clean and welcoming. They are great for a couple or a family and dog friendly. We felt very safe which was important. We were minutes from the beach and shopping. It was truly the best way to experience Miami!

It was a bit difficult to find with the entrance to our particular building right in between two outdoor restaurant seating areas - literally just a door to mark the location. They do try to help you find the place with instructions ahead of time but it's still difficult until you find it. It was quiet and couldn't hear the outside noise which was nice. There is no nearby/walking distance laundromat options and not one located in the building which is unfortunate. If you go to the beach (nearby and easy to get to) you kind of want to be able to wash your bathing suits and towels but the lack of facilities makes it difficult. Tiny kitchen but it was perfectly functional. Pretty big bathroom but the shower doesn't have a door and it makes for a bit of a chilly shower with the warm water from the shower pulling in the outside air. Overall a decent place to stay for a decent price.

It was a great location with bae sites and restaurants at your front door! And very close to the beach!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und hatten am Anfang sehr viel Pech. Aufgrund von viel Regen mussten wir zwei mal das Zimmer wechseln, da es in zwei der Zimmer reingeregnet hat (undichte Decken und Fenster). Im ersten Zimmer hat es aus der Decke auf das Bett durchgetropft und geregnet. Gut war, dass uns schnell geholfen wurde, allerdings nicht persönlich sondern via Nachrichten und dann durch eine Art Hausmeister. Einen Tag später mussten wir wieder wechseln. Hier kamen wir in ein Zimmer, in das es „nur“ im Bad undicht war und wir da ja nicht schlafen. Ich habe drauf hingewiesen, dass uns das nicht gefällt aber der „Hausmeister“ hat das wohl nicht richtig verstanden. In diesem Zimmer war auch die Dusche nicht gut, das Wasser ist dort immer im ganzen Bad verteilt gewesen. Das man sich da nicht direkt wie zu Hause fühlt, ist dann auch klar. Ein Upgrade auf ein anderes/besseres Zimmer oder Ähnliches als Entschädigung für dieses Hin und Her wäre auf jeden Fall angemessen gewesen.

Perfect stay in lovely neighborhood Likes: Kasa El Paseo is located in the middle of Española Way, a vibrant street with numerous restaurants. In the evening there’s always drums and singing, so if you want it quiet, this is not for you. Personally, I loved it! The Kasa is 5 minutes on foot from the beach. In the neighborhood there’s shopping, supermarkets bus stops, basically everything. The room was nicely decorated, the bed comfortable. It was very cold but after turning off the AC and opening the windows (which is not always possible, but at this place it is), the temperature was perfect. The bathroom was modern and equipped with hairdryer, ironing board and flatiron. Dislikes: It took a while for the shower to get hot, but once I figured that out, it was okay.

Definitivamente recomiendo hospedarse con Kasa. La habitación estaba impecable, espaciosa y tal cual a las fotos. El anfitrión estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo y contestó nuestras dudas al momento. Warty rozważenia Likes: Pokój był przestronny i wygodny, telewizor miał Netflixa. Wszystkie bramy i drzwi były na kod wiec check in i check out był niekontaktowy jak w wielu hotelach w Polsce. Obsługa była pomocna na chacie. Była też lodówka i suszarka. Ogólnie hotel był bardzo okej, był położony na jedynej ulicy deptakowej bez samochodów z dużą ilością ludzi i stolików- inspirowany naszą Europą- „española way”. Na plaże było 5 minut na nogach. Dislikes: Czasami można było ciężko zasnąć z powodu oświetlenia na zewnątrz i głośnej muzyki bo hotel jest otoczony restauracjami otwartymi do późna. Jeden dzień wszedł mi karaluch do pokoju (miałem pokój na piętrze, dużo jedzenia i był bardzo deszczowy dzień- pewnie dlatego ale wszedł i musiałem go zabić). Za przedłużenie pobytu o kilka godzin biorą bardzo dużo pieniędzy- $25/godzine albo $52/3 godziny, w większości miejsc przedłużenie o kilka godzin jest darmowe. Mimo kupna przedłużenia +3h i braku kartki „check out” na drzwiach tak jak proszą, itak mi weszła sprzątaczka podczas snu do pokoju po 9:00, więc przed oryginalną godziną wymeldowania o 11:00.
