Holiday home in the heart of Miami Beach
Likes: Apartment had all requirements for us to make ourselves at home - full kitchen, bathroom, living room, spacious apartment. We liked the location - walking distance to the beach and lots of nightlife and activity happening near us (despite being directly above Espanola Way, we had almost no street noise in our room).
While we were in Miami, there was a severe thunderstorm over a few days with lots of rain, the staff put sandbags at the entrance to prevent flooding. Our room also had some leaking through the ceiling - again, the staff were responsive and did what they could to address the issue, even offering to change our room.
Dislikes: The only complaint we had was the lack of hooks and rails in the apartment, which made drying our towels and wet clothing a bit of a challenge.
