Great value for money Likes: All perfect , especially location, public parking for 20$ per day just a short walk away, same for the beach and Ocean Drive Dislikes: Like in liste of places, no view. You better keep shutters closed and spend a day outside. But it didn’t matter to us. We’d still return to the same place.

Great location Likes: Really close walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, beaches and shopping Clean, thoughtful touches such as earplugs, ironing board etc. Dislikes: Stairs access only, challenging to plan for if you are relying on wifi as an international visitor as the access codes come via email or text only at check in times

Great location, clean room, friendly staff.

Very good location in the center of much action. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is not it, however, as the night life on Espanola way is always alive and well. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with lots of places to eat and things to do close by then this is for you. Highly recommended.

Inmejorable!!!

The location is excellent, but unfortunately it was too loud. Our room was in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant's kitchen, and until the morning hours we could hear plates clattering. It was very difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay. It’s right in the middle of everything. Only thing if you have a pet you might want to consider boarding like we did bcuz you can’t leave your pet in the room when you go out.

Convenient location. Good price. Quiet.

Location is excellent and close to the beach, restaurants, stores and bus lines, is not that noisy as we thought for other comments. Local assitance people (mostly the dominican guy) was super nice when you find him and tried to do his best to always give a solution. Sadly we had a lot of problems with the A/C that worked properly 5/6 of days out 17 of our stay. I stopped texting the Kasa management 'cause they fixed the problem the day and in the evening it wasn't working and it was tiring working on that almost everyday. Towels for the beach and bathroom were also hard to find which was kind of annoying we had to go several time to go find them which was a waste of time also. Was not the worst experience but not the the best really for the price.

very good thank you so much

Nice hotel in the middle of the action. The rooms are clean. The online check worked without any problems. The hotel is right on Espaniol Way, a busy street with many restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive and the beach. You can park cheaply for $20/24 hours in the parking garage on 16th Street.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This isn’t a hotel, it’s more of a hostel. Rooms are dirty, dirty toilet brush left in our bathroom, ripped bath towels, and I cut my finger on the broken shower handle. Dried liquids on the ground. Management wouldn’t refund even one full night of my stay.

Amazing Excellent hotel, very good location and the staff is the best. We greatly appreciate José's help, he was extremely helpful and was in every detail to help us. If you are looking for a comfortable place with everything near this is it.

Recomendado.

Right in the center of Espagnola way and a two street walk to the beach.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok Likes: Die sehr zentrale Lage am Espanola Way. Eher eine Ferienwohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Sehr groß Dislikes: Zimmer hat muffelig gerochen

Had a great stay here! Very clean and looked as expected. The location is perfect. Would stay here again.

Likes: The location is absolutely amazing. Although there were no staff present on-site and I prefer in-person communication, they responded promptly and effectively via their website. Dislikes: The building does not have an elevator. The policy is not to clean the room every day. They provide us with a clean room upon check-in, and if we require any cleaning services during our stay, we must pay for them. On Christmas Day, there were no towels and coffee supplies available in the cabinets.

Okay for short trip I had 4 nigt stay . Place is very near to all but so smal. Need window access or laundry or clean facility . Room is so tidy but it’s def for short

The overall stay was great! Wish we had more books in the bathroom for hanging clothes!

Likes: Perfekte Lage Sauber Hilfsbereites Personal

Amazing location, clean & spacious suite, furniture seems new & bed is comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although a pitcher should be included for water. We asked to move to a different suite on our 3rd day as the 1st suite (5303) was not quiet enough (thumping music from until 1:30am & delivery/garbage trucks at 6:30-8:30am). We’re light sleepers. For others it may be ok. The hotel provided ear plugs & a noise machine but those didn’t work for us. Included two beach chairs at the beach. The 2nd suite (5303) was quieter but we could hear the drums from below until 1:30am most nights. It wasn’t thumping/loud. There were not any noticeable morning noises so we were able to sleep well. We requested two days of housekeeping service since we were staying for many days. There were coffee pods & a water cooler in the main building. However, they ran out for two days during the holidays. Decent value, not great value, given the price paid & it was no frills, no amenities.

Super close to the beach. Close to Ocean Drive which is a bit more lively at night but the Airbnb isn’t too close where you hear the loud music. Espanola Way is a cute restaurant spot. I loved staying here - it was super convenient and enjoyable!

Nice location if you don’t mind the party vibe. Incredible neighborhood. Price was pretty decent for the location. Host was very helpful and responsive. All and all pretty fun

Pros: very central location. Walking distance to many restaurants, beach, public transportation, etc. Despite being located in a very busy pedestrian area, I didn’t hear any noise and slept well! Easy checkin process. Very responsive team. Cons: would be good to have more closer room for clothes to hang/store. There not always someone at the front desk but this was not an issue for me though some may find this a concern. I didn’t get my room serviced daily but I simply kept it tidy and this was not an issue for me though some may want to request cleaning service as needed.

We stayed for a week and we loved it. The location is very convenient, lots à of restaurants options, beach walkable… The room was away front the Main Street so pretty quiet. We had a lot of great amenities (beach towels, umbrellas, ear plugs…) We will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location with plenty of options to eat @ Española Way (Kasa offered a 15% discount at the restaurants on that street), shop @ Lincoln Road, and relax (beach at short walk). Spacious and clean accommodation. Kitchenette with all the basics. Overall, an excellent value. 9.5/10. Important: Kasa is a VIRTUAL front desk hotel, read the self check-in instructions, and the amenity guide before arriving.
