Great Place to Stay at a Great Price
My partner and I stayed several nights in the South Beach area, and selected Kasa El Paseo prior to going. We picked it based on its location, price, and the reviews. Knowing essentially nothing about the area, we were just hoping we picked well. We did.
The property is located on the pedestrian portion of Espanola Way, which has many restaurants. We ate at the one that provides Kasa room service, and we were very happy with it. It was rated as having some of the best pizza, and it really was good. The property is located a relatively short walk to the beach and has a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. We never really had to walk far to find anything we needed.
The room itself was very nice. It was clean and nicely organized. It had everything we needed, including a small fridge. The check-in/check-out process was very simple because it was completely automated. Normally, this would scare me since a lot of places are not very tech-savvy so something always seems to go wrong. Kasa seems to have the tech thing figured out. Everything worked exactly as they said it would. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. It was very low so taking a shower wasn't as enjoyable as we would have hoped, but it worked.
Finally, the price was great. We looked at a lot of other properties and found them to be very expensive. This property was very reasonably priced, and when we saw the room and where it was located, we realized what a great value it was. We would definitely stay there again should we go back to Miami, and we would try other Kasa properties.
