Clean and great experience

Very clean and well located but some uncomfortable oddities, like the sofa. (Extra deep and seemed to be missing the support on the bottom? Hard to get off of)

Thanks

I’ve stayed at Kasa FreeMoreWest in Charlotte twice now and have had a wonderful experience. The customer service is amazing, the area is great, and I love that it’s a full little apartment with everything I need for a long weekend. The virtual front desk is great and makes everything so easy! Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Loved this place, very nice, responsive history, easy check-in! Will be coming back!

great customer service and great communication and responsive. thank you.

very nice place to stay. would stay again.

Amazing place to stay. Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed. Very spacious and secure. Only issue I had was the keypad on the apartment door.

Our stay at Kasa was good. It’s close to South End and easy to get ride shares to where you need to go. My only complaint was that we received numerous “noise warnings” from the noise sensor inside the apartment for simply talking in the kitchen. I would recommend adding a rug somewhere to help absorb noise and offset how sensitive the sensor is.

I had a great time here, the unit was very clean and stocked up on the essentials that you’d need such as dishwasher pods, tie pods, and lots of extra towels. The customer service representative that you text was very handy, and helped with minor things such as not know where to go as finding the clubhouse and the gym could be confusing. My only con is I wished there was a coffee table in my unit as it was advertised in the photos.

Kasa location off of Wilkerson was great. Kasa communicated check in/out instructions very well. The location was quiet and convenient, very clean, close to I-77, minutes to Midtown/Uptown but still far enough away. I would definitely stay again

Clean convenient nice and very comfortable

This was an absolutely incredible staying with Kasa, making my visit to Charlotte truly memorable. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I come back and visit in Charlotte. The place was spotless—completely clean, neat, and meticulously well-kept, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. At one point, I needed assistance to get in the door; I called the provided contact number, and someone was immediately available to answer and guide me through the entry process, demonstrating excellent customer service. I’m extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend anyone visiting Charlotte to consider staying here for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

Enjoyed my stay great place

Great apartment Likes: Large clean apartment with everything you would need. Responsive to a couple of small requests we had. Dislikes: The people free check in worked ok but you need to read carefully beforehand.

The instructions to get inside the building seems difficult, but the instructions were clear and we didn’t run into any issues getting in and out of the building/room. The room was spacious and had ample amenities. Only thing missing were hangers, but not a deal breaker. The place was spotless. We were able to check in early and checkout at 3PM for a $50 fee, which was a life saver. Would highly recommend.

Its great place for our stay

Our stay with Kasa, was nothing short of amazing ! No complaints whatsoever. Everything was well communicated way before our arrival and clear. Definitely would be a first choice pick in the future.

Awesome location, and super easy and accessible. Definitely recommend for a weekend in CLT near south end!

Great stay at an amazing price! Top tier experience! Easy check in and the apartment had all the amenities and more! Super great location in downtown Charlotte. Highly recommend!

I won't recommend this property Likes: The property was clean and spacious Dislikes: 1. Difficult to find the property. There will be a very small sign board of kasa present at the property. 2. Difficult to approach any help. I needed an invoice of my amount paid but kasa provided me the invoice lesser than the actual amount I paid. On raising the concern, i received all kinds of junk answer.

Overall great stay. Nice, clean, and modern apartment with a well appointed kitchen. Likes: Clean, modern, and well appointed apartment. Plenty of towels and bathroom items such as soap and lotion. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, hand dishwasher and laundry soap, and cleaning supplies. Dislikes: The western stairwell kind of smelled like garbage. Also, the door to our balcony was messed up and would not close properly unless you held the handle down and pulled it shut with force.

Nice, Clean, Modern, and well appointed apartment. Nice, Clean, Modern, and well appointed apartment. Was spotless when we first walked in. Nice that there is a normal (nest) thermostat you can use to control the temperature, instead of one of those terrible hotel ones that barely work. Plenty of towels provided. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bath/shower. Hand soap at the kitchen and bathroom sink. Hand lotion at the bathroom sink. Dish soap at the kitchen sink Extra set of sheets in the closet (I think for the pull out couch). Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, and oven mits in the kitchen. Toaster and electric kettle with coffee and tea provided was a nice touch. Some dishwasher and laundry pods provided was also nice. Nice 55" Samsung smart TV in the bedroom and 65" equivilant in the family room, was able to airplay to these TVs. Access to the pool is nice (make sure to wear the wristbands). Gated parking lot and nice city views from our balcony (of course this will vary by unit). Overall great stay. We loved Charlotte and we enjoyed this little taste of apartment living in this complex.

I loved the concept of a home away from home. All the conveniences of being at home while away. Everything was cleaned and stay was well stocked for all needs. Only thing missing was a keurig. lol. Seriously this will be my go to place for Charlotte from now on.

Great Place to stay Likes: The location was great. Big spacious apartment very nice and convenient. Nice surroundings definitely recommend. Dislikes: Parking was a little tight. More handicap parking.

We loved our stay :)! We got in a little late and the host was ALWAYS responsive! .

Likes: facility

Kasa is a great alternative to traditional hotel rooms. Safe clean and very comfortable accommodations with all the comforts of home while on the road. I plan on using them indefinitely for my hotel needs in the Charlotte area

Kasa location off of Wilkerson was great. Kasa communicated check in/out instructions very well. The location was quiet and convenient, very clean, close to I-77, minutes to Midtown/Uptown but still far enough away. I would definitely stay again

The stsy was nice, we really like the place and would like to consider renting an apartment in the building Likes: I like the property very much. Dislikes: We had to use noise canceling earbuds because there was a dog barking all night one night. I made the issue known and it was handled for the rest of our stay.

Great stay in NC! Would recommend

Stay and accommodations as described. Easy to communicate with owner

Love security and home feeling amenities (kitchen, bathroom , laundry etc)

Clean spacious rooms. Very quite and very good pricing! Would stay again!

Having stayed at a different Kasa property I can say that the experience was the same but with free parking lol I would easily stay at either of the Kasa properties without a second thought.

Nice clean and in a safe area.

Shady company. Gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Falsely advertise rooms. The room we got a “studio” is not even shown on the website. Asked for a refund and refused to even tho we booked 4 nights and stayed for 1. Extreme noise from surrounding and above units. Broken bed frame. We booked through Expedia and management lied to them and made up a false maintenance issue for the reason we left early. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! Willingly take people’s money knowing they’re screwing then over and then lie about. When we requested a phone call we never got one. Shady shady place

Great price for and entire apartment great location besides the noise monitor it’s a must book Likes: The property was very clean with great location to uptown charlotte. For the value this is a must book on your stay in charlotte. Dislikes: The noise monitor in the apartment was a little awkward. Got a noise alert when playing my small portable speaker. I think there should be a meter that you can literally see and adjust your volume accordingly

Quiet place.

PLEASE READ. We booked under the impression, based on the listing photos, that we would have a true one-bedroom unit with a separate bedroom and living space. Instead, we arrived to find a studio-style layout with no separation at all. As parents traveling with a baby, this was a critical factor in choosing this property, and the misleading advertising created a very stressful stay. The so-called “bedroom” was so small that even a pack ’n play could not fit inside. Adding to the issues, this was not a hotel as advertised but rather an apartment complex. The noise level from the unit above was excessive, with constant stomping and banging throughout the night, making sleep impossible for us and our baby. We checked out after one night and requested a refund due to the false advertising. Instead of addressing the issue, management refused, citing a supposed “maintenance request,” which was entirely inaccurate. This property is neither family-friendly nor accurately represented online. The advertising is misleading, and the management is unwilling to take responsibility. I strongly discourage anyone from booking here.

Enjoyed our stay Kasa FreeMore West is a very nice, secure place that is conveniently located to downtown. The staffs on the ground are professional and friendly. The apartment was spacious. Definitely recommend.

It was very pleasant arriving to a clean and well kept place which matched every description on the Airbnb website. All the essential comforts provided by the host in the kitchen and bathroom were great and did make a nice enjoyable difference for us in our 7 night stay. We found the bed and pillows comfortable enough to not miss our own home bed. The convenience of having good working appliances in the kitchen and a full washer and dryer made our stay and easy and practical one. Being able to going back home with washed and clean clothes was neat. We will look no further next time we go visit our relatives in Charlotte, we will book with a Kasa place again.

Seamless check in, extremely clean, and easy checkout! I’ll definitely book with Kasa again.
