Accommodations were like new. Short walk to a few restaurants and breweries. We even walked home from BofA stadium on Saturday night (2 miles). Facilities at the property were great - we enjoyed the pool table at the clubhouse but didn’t have time for the pool or the workout facilities. Kasa people were helpful and quick to communicate. I would stay here again if ever back in Charlotte.

Came for the PGA
Location was perfect. Close to the football stadium, airport, and great restaurants. There is a brewery down the street that is within walking distance. Unit had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Charlotte.

Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property.
The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay.
There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby.
The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car.

Stayed at Kasa in Charlotte NC for 4 months. Stay was great. Apartment was as advertised and staff were friendly and responsive. The clubhouse and gym are also nice amenities . I’d recommend a stay at this Kasa location for any short or long term travel to Charlotte NC.

We loved our stay at Kasa FreeMoreWest in Charlotte. The online check in process was very easy. The apartment was beautiful. The amenities in the club house were top notch. The complex could not be more conveniently located ( 2 minutes drive to the city center, right next to Wesley heights with so many locally known restaurants). 10/10

Likes: The pool and building with the game room and workout room was awesome! My son and his friend really enjoyed that and gave them something to entertain them in the evening.

This is a gorgeous property. It comes with a lot of convenient amenities and products. There were only a couple of issues we experienced. The first was that in order to get into the front door, it took us a minute to realize you have to push the door in before pulling. Secondly, the shower door is a bit difficult to open and close. Also, bath mats would be nice. Lastly, the only thing I would add would be a cutting board and maybe some curtains.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of secure parking, the room was spotless and bright, and the location was perfect! The Host was easy to reach and responded to texted questions in a reasonable time, if not immediately. Bed was comfy and so was the couch. My gf and I like to really relax on vacation and this was a perfect place to just chill. We will be back!!!
