The amenities were the highlight of our stay. The clubhouse and pool were beautiful, and the property itself was nice. However, the unit didn't match the luxury feel we expected. There were several signs of wear and tear, a few broken items, and even exposed wiring beneath the refrigerator. The bed was also uncomfortable.
If you're bringing a dog, be aware that the property uses noise sensors. We paid the pet fee, and after check-in we briefly left to get essentials while our dog adjusted to the new environment. His barking triggered alerts, and instead of working with us, customer service immediately warned us that we could be removed from the property if it happened again. The communication felt unnecessarily harsh, especially considering we had just arrived. Great amenities, but the condition of the unit and the handling of the noise sensor situation took away from the overall experience.
