10/10 Exceptional
Hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I've had lately. Great location, super clean, hallways smelled clean, parking accessible, registration and ID verification very easy (took about 5 minutes). I am now a huge fan of the "contactless" hotel stay. I was hesitant at the virtual support model, but after staying here, I'll be looking for Kasas whenever I travel.
Bathroom and Kitchen were well-stocked with everything you might need. Having a full-sized fridge was great bc I was on my way to a Friendsgiving weekend and all the food I was cooking at the cabin stayed fresh while me and the bf had our date night in Charlotte.
I gave 4 stars for service because my first chat interaction did not go well and was a bunch of dead air for several minutes. That chat was eventually picked up by another agent who answered all of my questions, confirmed my reservation and resent the emails I needed. 10/10 will definitely be staying again anytime we visit Charlotte. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to see while in town.
