I have to say home away from home was definitely received. It was an amazing area to be and from where I was I could see the lights downtown. I definitely would recommend this property to everyone. The only downfall is the check-in, wish it could be earlier than 3:30pm but other then that, it’s amazing

I really enjoyed my stay as Kasa in Charlotte. The property is well taken care of and it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. Likes: The property was in a nice location and close to uptown and south end. It was very clean and easy to access. Close free parking. Dislikes: The outlets were going in and out for some reason.

The place was amazing is just that we could hear the steps of the people upstairs. They would bang their feet on the ground as they walked and we could hear it.

Nice apartment close to downtown. Beware they have a noise sensor. I had my dog with me who wouldn’t stop barking due to being in a new environment and almost got hit with a huge fine. Other than that I’d recommend.

I loved the place. Clean, spacious, great windows with downtown views, very nice kitchen and dining area. Location quiet, safe with secure gate, very close to downtown, with very good communication to Piney Creek and Biltmore Estate. I loved to fly to and stay in Charlotte and go to places around from there. Hosts very informative, responsive. Very nice texts always. Thank you so much!! Best of the best for you all in KASA

We had a wonderful stay at Kasa for a long weekend. It was a great location, close to the airport and downtown, but still in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again the next time we're in Charlotte.

It was a pleasure stay at Kasa overall. The first unit we reside in has severe water leak issue and we communicated with the team and had the maintenance sent around 1am. We got the help to move to a new unit (which is a 1b1b, upgraded from the studio we originally booked). We managed to get more rest in the following 2-day stay and appreciate the responsiveness of the team. Only downsides were that the floor appears to be pretty thin - we could hear the person upstairs pacing and the alarm that went off at 4am! Not a fan for the white noise speaker provided so we were waken up a few times during the night due to the noise upstairs; and that the swimming pool was closed and under maintenance during our whole stay. However the community place is very nice and the gym is very complete so we enjoyed our stay here overall although certainly there are some spaces for the property to improve.

Best stay ever! The best stay ever! The unit has everything we need. It has washer and dryer, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, spacious and clean living room and bedroom. Location is close to Uptown Charlotte which was very convenient. I recommend this place. Staying longer would have been ideal because of the amenities this place has.

A great visit Likes: The location was great! Dislikes: The pool and clubhouse weren't available for use during our stay, especially for a holiday weekend. Having guests over and going through the bedroom isn't good. Otherwise, it was ok. Also, having one elevator isn't good. The bed was a bit hard, and the couch you sunk down in..not very comfy.

My Kasa experience Likes: I like how the place is set up as in decor. Dislikes: I like the fact that it had the accommodation I needed for me and my group I traveled with. It is fairly new, the amenities and also that it was in the center of everywhere we wanted to go.

Weekend getaway My wife and I did a weekend get away and I took a chance with Kasa instead of a typical hotel. We were both completely impressed. The gated parking lot and area of town made us feel very safe parking our car. The room was fully furnished and we immediately felt right at home. A lot of the activities we did were uptown and this was a great location. This was our first time staying here and it will not be our last. It is quiet inside the apartment and the balcony was a nice place to enjoy the morning and evenings. I will never want to stay in a hotel again. The booking, check in and check out process was super easy.

IT WAS OK Likes: I LIKE THE LOCATION,ROOM SIZE AND THE GYM. HOTEL ALSO WAS SAFE BECAUSE OF GATE. Dislikes: THEIR WERE MOSQUITOS IN OUR ROOM. WE WOULD KILL 2-3 MOSQUITOS THEN A FEW HOURS LATER YOU SEE MORE. WINDOWS WERE CLOSED SO NOT SURE HOW ALL THESE MOSQUITOS WERE IN ROOM

Kasa is great compared to hotel I frequent this Kasa location for work trips to Charlotte. The access is clear and easy as well as secure. Rates are reasonable and provides amenities versus staying at a hotel every time I travel to Charlotte. There have been times where I accidentally booked wrong dates or needed to change dates and the support staff is always helpful to resolve.

Room was very clean and the entire building had such a pleasant smell. Everything we needed was supplied for our two night stay. Pillows were extremely comfortable and the bed slept well also. Area was quiet but the walls are thin so you can hear activities in adjoining rooms but nothing that bothered us or out of the way. I would stay here again.

The place is really nice and clean and very spacious. The outside area is really nice. I wish the pool had of been open during our stay but overall the stay was wonderful and I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. The area is very close to downtown and also close to a Walmart and eating places. Everything looks just like the pictures. The neighborhood of the Kasa is absolutely gorgeous I would definitely live here if they were available to live in!
