The photos listed did not match my apartment at all. I was provided with a smaller darker apartment, with a very different layout. The balcony faced a dirt road and parking lot which defeated the purpose of me picking this apartment because of the balcony photos shown in the listing. Although Kasa offered to move me, the option provided was an apartment with a view of a parking lot. When I saw their email (original contact method being text so I could respond to it immediately), I was one day away from checkout so I decided to stay. Nevertheless, the pictures are way more than inaccurate. If they posted actual photos of the apartment I stayed in, I would have never considered this a place I’d stay in. Please be accurate with your photos. It’s disappointing and ruins the vacation mood.
