I have stayed here a couple times so I thought that it would be ok to bring members of my organization along with me. I should not have done this! We were harassed about noise (I had my 2 year old with me and he was sick so he was crying). When I explained this, I was told that a manager would be contacting me. I was told that I could have no more than 5 people in the room with me. It states no more than 5 can stay in a room but not that no one was allowed to visit. I booked this stay through sales and they were aware that I would have multiple people with me in the facility yet this was not mentioned. We were harassed at the pool, had the cops called on us, and were berated by Cassandra, the extremely rude onsite manager who was apparently lied to by Vanessa, a very unhelpful, short tempered young woman who should never be in customer service. It was a terrible experience and Kasa has taken 0 accountability for their part in this visit. If you are going to do business with anyone, you should be aware of how they operate, any updated policies, and at least attempt to ensure the safety of their guests. I will never stay here again. It is not a safe place nor is it conducive for social gatherings.

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. It was not far from anything. Will stay again.

Wonderful stay

Stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip and cannot recommend this Kasa enough!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Came in for a few days. it was everything we needed and close to downtown. I'll be back.

I enjoyed the nice clean apartment, quiet relaxing atmosphere, although there was no shopping experience anyway near the complex. Oh,The toilet seat was loose as well. Thank you

Unacceptable and exhausting - if we had known about any of this things we would have NEVER booked. Likes: The property is also an apt complex. Very nice buildings and close to the most things in charlotte. The space is a good size and fully stocked kitchen. Mostly clean and updated. Dislikes: This a virtual property. This is no on site staff. All check in, check out and communication is done via text. They are generally quick to answer but very insincere and no actions take. There is also construction going on directly next to the property. Started at 7am Monday and 4 am Tuesday. No way to sleep through the noise. Including the dogs in another apt who were awoken by the noise. Additional fees at check in. Again not posted and after the room fees and cleaning fees you get at payment. Also no safety locks on the doors. A code entry but no way to prevent someone with the code from entering the apartment. While mostly clean - the fan didn’t work correctly, carpet stains, couch was stained, not enough towels for the room or pool. Pool and amenities hours not posted except at the pool on a piece of paper. Closed Sundays and open only until 6 during the week. No curtains on the living room windows so sun at 6 am. If you plan to use the sofa bed - don’t covered in plastic - horrible to try and sleep and the sun and outdoor lights will have you awake all night/morning. Bedroom curtains only cover part of the windows so same situation. Our ceiling fan only worked with the light on. So we could not use it at night.

I did not stay at Kasa but I sure won’t stay there. This weekend a few friends came into town for an event and Kasa was the host hotel. A cookout was planned for the pool area with the understanding that there was access to the pool until 10pm. This is how Kasa showed us that there was just too much melanin in our group for their liking. First we had a speaker with us, of course we are outside at a pool enjoying each other’s company. We were advised that we couldn’t have a speaker, keep in mind the property had speakers. But ok we complied. Next as we were all seated and eating, around 5 ish a woman came out of the leasing office and shouted THE POOL CLOSES AT 6. We were all confused as that was not what was agreed upon in the contract. After a few people made a few phone calls we were told the pool closed at 8. Ok we continue on with our evening. Shortly thereafter another woman comes out and says the water is closed but we could stay in the lounge area. That doesn’t make any sense but ok we get out of the water and we are sitting around talking. The next thing we know a new woman and the police show up. So now we are confused because we have been compliant with every request made even though their actions were a breach of contract. We were then told that an email with a new policy went in to affect the night before, oh you mean the day we all checked in and you could see we were Black? Oh ok. Whatever. After a discussion with this new person (who came in HOT) and the police, we find out that the 6pm announcer advised her colleagues that we were not compliant and that she was “scared”. I’m sorry the collect of Black professionals who listened was so scary for her. The new leasing agent I understand she came in hot to defend her colleague but her colleague made it seem like we were children who were not compliant. The leasing officer as well as the police officer realized they were wrong but stuck to the “the water us closed” policy. The property itself is stunning. The clubhouse and pool area with the grill was very nice, but this organization needs some DEI training. Although I was a guest of someone staying there, I would never after this experience and if you do consider it don’t enjoy yourself too much, they might call security on you. Smh. Do better.

Muy espaciosa, y muy bien equipada. Aunque no usamos la alberca, se agradece que tenga. Lo que no nos gustó fue que al llegar había muchos (al menos 6) insectos muertos en el piso. Se ve que fumigaron pero no limpiaron la habitación después de que lo hicieron. No hay muchas cosas alrededor y eso lo hace complicado, sin embargo, overall es una buena propiedad.

Someone left their poor dog in the room above us alone. There were people partying excessivily in the lawn next door, and the people in the room above us seemed to be moving furniture all night.

I did not stay here. I stopped by to visit friends who came into town. Although the property is nice, the staff are rude. We went to the pool around 4:30 when we arrived. Someone from the office came in rudely and yelled that the pool closed at 6 even though all communication stated 10p. I called the office and spoke with Nina who verified that the pool in fact closed at 10p. Upon leaving, a white man who was staying there felt the need to come out to their balcony and scream at us that we needed to tell the others in the pool to leave or police would. I ignored him. It is safe to assume that because I am of color, I must have been with the others remaining in the area. This kind of behavior is completely unwelcoming. My family was planning to book here for a last minute trip but we will not due to the maltreatment from those residing and the rudeness of employees.

Could not have been happier. Great location, easy check in, place is beautiful, lots of amenities, gym pool all fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great stay would stay here again and recommend it to others ! It was neat, clean, peaceful, and easy to find with clear instructions!

The place was a great stay and the location was great! The only downside is that the bed was extremely squeaky.

The communication regarding the pool was last minute and inconvenient. We should not have been noticed of the pool closing at 6 with a text 6:15pm.

Bel appartement mais l'absence de personnel fait défaut Likes: emplacement bien si voiture (ce n'était pas mon cas) Appartement vraiment très bien, propre, grand, confortable, équipé, et très belle piscine. Dislikes: situation moyenne si on est à pied. Pas de personnel. Principe du code pas forcément pratique, il ne faut pas avoir de souci de téléphone Télévisions sans chaine de sport. Un peu cher, aucune compassion amicale/commerciale pour 24h perdues (cause pourtant exceptionnelle : annulation de mon avion due à l'ouragan Beryl) ; et sms de menace de payer un supplément au check-out et de me blacklister alors que j'ai quitté pile à l'heure.

If the pool was open, then the stay would be much much better. Likes: The room is spacious and clean Dislikes: The sofabed mattress was horrible, and I asked them to change it, and they did it the next day. The pool was closed for the entire time we were there... After a long struggle, they agreed to pay back 400 USD for my stay. I am still waiting.

10/10 stay, the check in process was a little confusing but nothing we couldn’t manage! the place was clean & well equipped with everything we needed! the only downside was not being able to play music at a certain volume because of the noise sensors so i was kind of nervous to play music & I was looking forward to getting in the pool but it was closed unfortunately the whole time we were there. Everything we decided to do was close by & the neighborhood was lovely. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bed was not comfortable. Pool didn’t work until our last day there. Air conditioning did not work one of the days we were there.

They tried, but it was a very uncomfortable stay. The furniture looks nice, but leaves you sore. From the bed to the couch to the chairs, all very uncomfortable. The apartment was infested with fruit flies and we could never fully clear them out. The pool, which was a main reason for choosing Kasa, was shut down for our final 10 or so days, with no reason, no timeline to reopen. Extremely disappointing. Walls are also thin and we had several issues with our upstairs neighbors who we could hear getting intimate and would not shut their dog up after hours of consistent barking. We had no cutting board when we arrived, but they did buy one and provide it when we notified them. Overall, it was okay. Wouldn’t go back.

Kasa is a great company to book with . The space was very comfortable, clean , & nice . I highly recommend staying there . It’s worth every penny .

I recently stayed at this Airbnb for 2 weeks. While there were some positive aspects, my overall experience was mixed due to a few issues. Pros: Accommodations: The apartment is roomy, offering plenty of space to settle in. Amenities: The gym is well-equipped, the pool area is vibrant and enjoyable. Cons: Noise Levels: The walls are extremely thin. I could hear every step from the person above me throughout my stay. It was like they stomped every step, which was quite disruptive. Fire Alarm Issues: During my stay, the fire alarms went off, and I received automatic text messages from KASA. These messages threatened to end my stay if I didn't respond immediately. It seems there is a noise sensor inside the apartment that triggered these alarms. Unreliable Internet: The internet connection was poor both in the apartment and the clubhouse, which made it difficult to work. Overall, I would have booked a different place for the price if I was aware of the internet and noise issues.

I was very pleased with the condition of the room. I did have a small problem entering the building front door. Also the air conditioning seem to be set on a timer and made the rooms a little bet to cold for my health issues. Other than that I had a enjoyable stay.

Property matches as described with well equiped amenities. Location is ok if you have a vehicle to move around. There were some small hiccups such as inconsistent wifi connection in the unit and turning knob on washing machine thats broken. Managed to improvise but the Kasa crew is always very attentive & helpful when these were brought up to their attention. Thrash valet is definitely an added bonus at the property.

I originally planned to stay at a hotel, but for the price it made more sense to pick this instead. The price would’ve been the same for a hotel room. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s literally about 15 to 20 minutes to all the major shopping areas. And about 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants. It’s very close to CVS and Walgreens so when we needed to stop and get things, it was a breeze. It was about 12 minutes to the airport. I love the fact that it was a full apartment. The hallways are very clean as well as the elevators. The parking for our particular building was secured with a big locked sliding gate that you had to have a code to get in. And to enter the building you needed a code so I felt very secure. The kitchen was so nice with a big beautiful island and wood stools to sit in. They even had dishware, pots and pans and silverware so we didn’t have to buy any. Complimentary teas, coffee and such were already laid out to use. The apartment is minimalistic, a design choice which I love. The bedroom had a massive TV and was decorated very cozy. We liked that the bedroom had a ceiling fan so we didn’t have to always turn on the central air. The bathroom was a good size and it had a soaker tub/shower combo. The walk-in closet was amazing. It was so big and held both me and my husband’s clothes for the week. They had a complimentary hair dryer, iron ironing, board and even beach towels. I was so happy to have a washer and dryer in the apartment so we could clean our clothes before we flew back home. We loved having a private balcony as well. There was a trash service that came and picked up our garbage. The pool was really nice although we couldn’t swim in there because it had just shut down for maintenance for a few days. My husband absolutely loved the gym and said it was very high-end. My only complaint was the bed was very low to the ground and mattress was a bit thin which made it very uncomfortable for my husband who’s 6’5. Nonetheless I 100% recommend this location and we will be back.

When we needed help, Kasa responded immediately and was so polite and helpful. The Kasa was really nice, spacious and clean. They had a lot of amenities, like towels, cooking utensils, and cutlery.

It was wonderful! The property was like luxury apartments.
