10/10 Exceptional
Our stay was great! The apartment/room we were staying in was very spacious, clean, and had everything we may have needed. The Kasa team was super helpful every step of the way, from check-in to check-out and every need/question in between. The location is a short 5 minute drive to South End Charlotte which is one of our favorite areas to explore, while also being a central spot to other major Charlotte neighborhoods as well :) It was also nice having the option to use their clubhouse amenities -- gym, pool, business center, recreational area, etc -- we didnt have the chance to check it out, but potentially next time! Overall 10/10
