Clean and comfortable. Check in process was very well communicated and went very smoothly. Very nice pool area. Definitely walkable to restaurants/bars and the stadium. Would definitely stay again

Kasa is my new favorite place to stay when traveling! Easy check in! Super clean room! Thanks Kasa for my making my trip to Charlotte perfect!

Loved how everything right there. Kitchen & toiletries provided along with nice clean towels Take snacks and drinks! Kick back. The mattress 10/10!

This was our first experience with Kasa and it won’t be our last. Once you reserve a room, they ensure you have everything you need at every step via email and text. Checkin and checkout were seamless. The room was very clean. It passed my dust tests. As usual, we sprayed the entire room with Lysol. We had a small issue with gnats. We went and bought spray and also notified Kasa. They sent someone to spray that stopped it for a day. Since we had spray, we didn’t notify them again. Our condo was close to trees so perhaps that’s why we had them. The condo design was minimalist and layout was split with the primary on one side and secondary on the other. Perfect! We loved…loved the natural light from the many windows. There was one (smart) TV and one sofa. One night four of us sat on the sofa in the living area to watch a Netflix movie as it was more comfortable than the stiff dining chairs and metal backless bar stools. It was a lovely family moment. LOL! The addition of a nice comfy chair and ottoman or loveseat would be nice. The WiFi was awesome during our entire stay! We were happy we had brought our tablets to watch TV in the bedrooms. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable; we slept great. The kitchen had everything we needed except an ice cream scoop and thermometer. We’ll know to bring those items when we next stay at a Kasa. Parking was never an issue. There were plenty of spaces. The community was quiet with many walking their dogs. Rather than using the on-site fitness center, we walked the property for exercise. Everyone we encountered was kind. This location is close to lots of stores and restaurants. Tip: Try to get the 4th floor (top floor) to avoid potential walking noises.

We had 2 issues, 1. Locating the address and no building signage. 2. Pet hair on the sofa and floor in living room. 3. A full length mirror would be great! 4 person overhead was very noisy At times, we thought an elephant was stomping around overhead.

Very nice place! Clean and well maintained. Best dishwasher I have ever seen. Lol Nice and quiet area with access to several public spaces.

We had no major issues during our stay with Kasa. However, we do wish that the kitchen/kitchen utensils were cleaned better, as there were spots left on a lot of them. And there were a lot of tiny bugs.

Peaceful, safe and relaxing. Likes: The convenience to uptown Charlotte. Dislikes: I would have preferred to have the bathroom outside of the bedroom. I gave my daughter the bedroom but I’m a frequent bathroom user. I normally get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom several times. That’s my only complaint I have with the property.

Great place and great service!

We were here for 5 weeks and loved it. The apartment was conveniently located and in close proximity to Uptown and the South shops and restaurants. There are great restaurants (some were walking distance) and lots of fun things to see, do and explore. Highly recommend.

Super alternative to staying at a hotel. Great location for downtown & stadium access. Gated community with secure parking. Roomy apartment was perfect for an extended stay!

Nice place

First time in Charlotte, NC & I couldn’t have asked for a better place to come back and rest everyday! They were very informative prior to the stay, were able to honor our early check in, considering our flight landed at 10am, & the apartment was extremely presentable. I’ve traveled plenty but never have stayed in an apartment & I was truly blown away! Great amount of space for a decent price, very clean! Check out process was very easy as well! When I return to Charlotte I will be staying here again! 10/10 stay!

Avoid at all costs Arrived at apartments 6pm and couldn’t gain access. Called helpline numerous times for assistance and was told to wait for entry system to update. Waited outside for 3 hours then at 9pm I was told the booking was cancelled and I had to find alternative accommodation. Utterly disgusting way to treat guests. Avoid at all costs.

Had a wonderful time staying here. It's a very affordable, apartment style, short term rental.

My husband and I traveled to CLT for a last minute weekend getaway and let me just say Kasa did not disappoint! We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean and esthetically pleasing. They provided us with great instructions that lead to a seamless check-in & check-out process.

Very nice home, clean! Close to uptown!

Literally everything was perfect I would definitely book again

Besties Bday Celebration I actually love this place minus I few hic ups with equipment other than that it was great I could see myself booking there again

The place was exactly like the photos and was clean. They are very strict on no smoking policy ANYWHERE.

Just as described! Highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay. Thanks!

Super clean, a lot of communication and we were very comfortable

I will definitely stay here again. Great location, very safe and accommodating.

Sehr modernes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und ruhig aber zentral gelegen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und Fitnessraum.

great host

Kasa was an amazing stay and very close to the city. I would highly recommend this place. I will be staying here again when I return to Charlottte!

The stay was great! The automated entry was really cool. The beds were hard as hell really uncomfortable. The property looks great!

We enjoyed it. Very comfortable and convenient.

Great location. Near airport, freeway and plenty of great restaurants nearby

Wonderful, clean , excellent, innovative luxurious, and friendly staff. Can't emphasize enough how wonder an experience our stay was.

I loved my stay at the Kasa! I will definitely rebook if I ever come back to Charlotte. Area: It is a good area, just be aware that this Kasa is close to a school so there is a little bit of morning traffic and afternoon traffic, but it is easy to get around. It is a good jumping point to downtown Charlotte and to the airport area. Safety: I felt very safe, there is a coded gate to come into the parking lot. And then all entrances have a code/fob entrance. Staff: I briefly met housekeeping, and she was very friendly and approachable. All other communication has been appropriate and timely through texting and email. Parking: There is plenty of parking options at the property, don't worry about it.
