(Translated by Google) The apartment has everything you need, dishwasher with pads, washing machine with pads and dryer, a huge TV, the pool is about 500m away and very nice with lots of loungers. The #5 bus takes 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte and takes 15 minutes to the Transportation Center.

Absolutely stunning place, amenities, location and easy accessibility!! I am a travel nurse and had spent 2 weeks in a hotel then I found out about Kasa apartments… best thing I could come across. I felt at home and physically, mentally and emotionally at peace while I head to work as well as come in during the day! I enjoy everything from the gated community, to quiet hours, pool/gym as well as own private patio. One key thing is if you stay as long as I did wish I could have asked for the top floor (didn’t like hearing kids running upstairs every day). Thanks Kasa for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back or I will definitely check out the other locations!!!

We stayed at the Kasa Free More West Charlotte for a weekend recently and enjoyed it very much. The directions were thorough, check in was easy and the apartment was lovely. It could work equally well for a weekend getaway or a longer business stay. Very well appointed and everything we needed was available. The location was terrific and close to shopping, dining and activities. We would definitely staff with Kasa again!!

We recently stayed at the Kasa Freemore West in Charlotte, NC for an anniversary celebration. It was a great location for plans we’d made in Uptown and Southpark. The directions provided for accessing the building/apartment were super easy to follow. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the bathroom with its full sized bottles of soap, shampoo etc. The kitchen was great and really well stocked (pots and pans, utensils etc.), although we didn’t cook. The living area was spacious with comfortable and contemporary furnishings. We stayed on the first floor and had easy access outside for walking our dog. in fact, there was a dog walk just across the street! We would highly recommend staying at this property for a weekend getaway, or an even longer.

My husband and I stayed at Kasa FreeMoreWest and it was fantastic! The best of both worlds- the convenience of an AirBnb with the cleanliness and operation of a hotel. The location is excellent, with close proximity to Uptown and plenty of restaurants and breweries right around the corner. The full kitchen is an added bonus where we were able to cook for ourselves, too. Overall, we felt safe with gated parking, multiple access codes, and a quiet neighborhood. The physical space is clean, modern, well-maintained, and well-equipped with any amenities you might need. We loved the dog park and pet-washing station! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will continue booking with Kasa in the future.

We've encountered some initial challenges with the lock, but it's likely more due to user error than anything else. :) The area itself felt safe and calm, with plenty of parking spaces available if you drive a bit further from the gate. The pool was truly awesome, although not very deep, especially if you enjoy actual swimming. It tends to get busier on weekends; however, during weekdays, it's nearly empty, which was perfect for my daughter and I. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here while exploring NC.

This is our second time staying at a Kasa brand property, and I will say they are a great place to stay as it mocks apartments. Upon arrival we had a very hard time finding the actual property as it isn’t the one in the photo, but close to it. This is a great location to drive to all the things you want to do, and a short drive at that. This is a nice stay once you are inside and have your keys. I highly suggest having someone visiting with you COMPLETELY look over the kasa pages and hit any tabs to get the complete run down once booked. This was our mistake of missing little detail on how to get the gate code, and room code. Overall I would say this is a great property to stay at in the Charlotte area!
