Stay at your own risk. We stayed a weekend at this location and were barely in the room except to sleep. At the end of our stay were charged for a broken pendant light that we did not break, I repeat, we did not break! We left that place clean and with nothing broken. The cleaning staff claims the light was broken, are they afraid to claim the accident themselves or was the pendant damaged before we even got there? We don't know. What we do know is that we did not break the pendant or anything during our stay. They refuse to have a conversation and locked the account. Their comments to the reviews are that we are upset because the charge is unexpected - Yes, it is unexpected because we didn't break anything. We are being cheated out of $250.00. Kasa's staff basically claim we are liars. Stay away from Kasa Living because you will be charged $250 whether you break anything or not.
